My check engine light was on and the owner ran the diagnostic himself. He explained the problem and quoted me a price. The work was done while I waited. Again, although they were extremely busy they attended to me in a timely manner and the cost was fair. By the way, this was my first time there. I would recommend ERI without hesitation.

I have been a regular customer for over 5 years and have paid for at least 3 oil changes i did not ask for ("we thought you wanted it done"), and just recently was charged a $180 diagnosis charge to determine that my car needed an alignment even though I told them it needed and alignment. When i picked up the car they seemed apprehensive to show me the invoice and when i called them about it after the fact they argued with me...ie, i was wrong...they were right. Not a best practice in treating a long time customer. Trust is paramount to me. To slick for me. Wont be going back.

I took my car to Josh Smith for several reasons (Todd told me they were certified to care for my…read morevehicle); check engine light, loss of power, hatch trouble and brakes. After paying $600 and having left my car the whole week, my car was not better. Amber messaged me to ask how the car was and I told her it was the same as when I took it in. Todd called me and never asked a question, just jumped in arguing about what I originally took it in for. Needless to say, my car has gotten continually worse and now I need to find a mechanic to do it properly. That $600 would be helpful.

I brought my vehicle to Tire Country for an oil leak and paid for a full oil change and repairs…read morebased on their diagnosis. The very next day, the check engine light and oil light came back on, along with an "Oil Pressure Low" warning. When I returned, I was told a part had come off and was put back on, and I was charged an additional $40 for three quarts of oil, despite having just paid for an oil change. After speaking with the owner, I brought the vehicle back for him to inspect. He stated he found the leak but said it was difficult to see. When I questioned why the original issue wasn't properly diagnosed, I was told the vehicle had multiple leaks and that they had already fixed one. I ultimately took my vehicle to Wolf Creek, where they immediately identified the leak and advised me that attempting to repair it could cost even more. Had I been given that information initially, I could have avoided spending nearly $700. Overall, I am very disappointed with the diagnosis, communication, and customer service. I expected a thorough inspection and an accurate diagnosis, not additional expenses for an issue that was not properly addressed. Now I'm out nearly $700 and without a vehicle.
