First they started to take X-rays and I asked them to confirm that this was covered by insurance since I thought I had recently had them taken. Very rude brunette hygienist acted annoyed, but asked front desk staff and confirmed these were covered by insurance and that I wouldn't be charged. A month later they sent me bill for over $100 for these X-rays. I explained I just wanted a cleaning, no extras, no flouride, etc. Again she acted annoyed and kept probing on why I didn't want the flouride treatment. Asked if it was too expensive, don't believe in it, etc. Huh? Since when do I need to explain my reason for wanting or not wanting a medical procedure to a hygienist? Then after taking extra X-rays she tells I need an extra procedure with anesthesia so they can do a deeper cleaning which of course will cost another couple hundred bucks AND I'll need to reschedule because they "don't have time to do it now"! She gave me an estimate for this extra procedure and added the fluoride treatment BACK IN! So she wasted my time, tried to aggressively upsell me like a used car salesman, overcharged me for X-rays I didn't need and still didn't clean my teeth!
