They didn't have enough room for both of our dogs at the Spokane Valley location; but they were able to book us a reservation at their sister spot in CDA! They took our dogs in without question and when we picked them up they didn't even charge us with the State of Emergency going on. However, I can't remember a time when the lady didn't make a passive aggressive comment about how I don't bring my dog in often enough. Today she decided to throw in a comment about my own hair. I was there 7 minutes early and waiting in my car. The guy turned on the "open" light and I went inside. First thing he did was rudely admonish me for getting there early and waking his dogs and making them bark. I should have left then but had to have my dog in care incase I was held in the hospital for a day. Because of complications, the surgery was rescheduled and I picked my dog up at 10:30. She was in the same enclosure he put her in when I left. There were two piles of poop on the floor, it was all over my dog, her harness, her blanket and when I lifted her out off the filthy floor I got some on my wool sweater. He was nice enough to bathe her so I did not get it on my cars interior. It was clear in the 4 hours she had not been out, had been ignored and I have no doubt that's the way she would have been all day if I hadn't shown up. She's a sick little 13 year old Jack Russell with a brain tumor, and they treated her like garbage, I went in back when he washed her off and saw several dogs in cages, small cages, The big lie about no cages, or kennel, treated like family, is complete BS. Its dirty, understaffed, and a horrible place to leave your dog.

Recommended by a coworker who takes her dog there every weekend so we gave it a try. I needed a…read moremental health break from the 6 month old puppy so we dropped her off for the weekend. She almost didn't want to get in the van when we came to pick her up and ran back to the owner several times. We got a fun video of her playing with the other dogs, jumping in the kiddie pool and playing with toys. All the dogs in the video look happy with tails wagging all over the place. We have been back several times and now my pup jumps out and runs to the owner when we open the door.
