My DOC (not Carla) bailed on me for the venue meet, and made me feel like I was panicking for no reason with a timeline that will be formulated week before wedding. (Again not Carla) Thanks to my maid of honor coming through with an amazing recommendation, I was given Carlas's number after feeling defeated and upset with my previous DOC not supporting me or showing up for me when necessary. After 2 hour conversation with myself and my mom, I immediately felt at ease with Carla. My concerns were validated as "No way should a timeline be started 1 week before event". With many tears had during our initial conversation, that night I slept the best I had in all my wedding planning with Carla coming to my rescue and the rest is history. Details Made Simple is just that, Details Made Simple. From hiring (DMS) that August evening to my wedding on October 7, 2023, I was in The best hands Possible!!! We had a few phone calls in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and the month leading up to the wedding, myself and Carla were in contact regularly. Finally, they failed to set everything up on time despite having advance notice, so we had to delay the entire wedding for around 45 minutes to an hour for them to finish setting up. If you want your wedding ruined, pick these guys. If you want your wedding to go well, pick someone else. Afterward, they were completely unrepentant and unapologetic about it. When my mom left a negative review, they threatened legal action if she didn't take it down. Well, I'm not scared of their threats. If you guys want to sue me, reach out and I'll give you my address so you can effect service of process. I would *love* to litigate the accuracy of this. EDIT: the owner has responded claiming that this review is not true, but the pictures speak for themselves. She is lying. Imagine what else she is lying about. The owner doesn't even know me - we've never interacted and she's never heard my name. Message me if you would like more information. Do yourself a favor - read through her reviews. Many of them are positive, but quite a few are negative - I'm not the only one saying this. Finally, look how often she calls people liars, unstable, immoral, etc. when they complain about her. Ask yourself this: do you want to be the one she's one day calling an unstable, immoral liar on here after she screws up your own wedding? This is how she talks about the people who complain when she drops the ball and ruins a wedding. Maybe one day it'll be how she talks about you. Rachel, if you're reading this: if I'm really slandering you, then sue me. I will give you my address so you can file the lawsuit and serve me with process. But you're not going to do that, because you don't actually want these allegations adjudicated in court, because you know that they're true and you would lose.

Above and Beyond…read more Our daughter's wedding was Saturday 10/1/2022, our driver Billy kept a close eye on the questionable weather coming from Hurricane Ian, he was totally correct about the weathers timing. He walked all of us one by one to bus and church with biggest umbrella ever. Needless to say it didn't rain on us but he was totally prepared. Carmine also took awesome care of the groom and the groomsmen, she was terrific and so professional. While we were in church Billy went to tuxedo shop swapped out the tuxedo pants for my husband, father of the bride(broken zipper) no one ever knew. This was the one splurge for my wedding that I was 50/50 on spending, but was worth every penny. We were able to get family and close friends from our house, to the church and to the venue. They have the best rates I could find and incredible service. John is the owner and is very easy to work with, our driver was named Joe and was incredible. He helped get bags out to the car, helped fluff my train and get me ready to walk down the aisle with my dad while making sure my husband didn't see me on the way. I am so glad I ended up booking Action Limousine because I nearly didn't and it was a great decision.

The wedding couple was Italian and Portuguese and they incorporated both music for the wedding. I was told that the DJ was familiar with Portuguese weddings and even offered to play some popular music before the couple even asked! The emcee got the mother of the bride on the dance floor! They also had a photo booth and the guy running it was great. He never got impatient, smiled and had a wonderful personality.
