Minimum order is a dozen for one flavor...ordered a dozen of the 'naked' chocolate chip (always a good gauge), dozen snickerdoodle and an assortment ('naked and dressed') for a good friend. The chocolate chip was super delicious - crispy, chewy, buttery, with the perfect ratio of chips without being overly sweet. The snickerdoodle was equally delicious and crumbly like a coffee cake. I love the cinnamon/sugar combo and these were perfect! Whipt is not a bakery but a commercial kitchen so don't think about just stopping when the sweet tooth strikes (sad face). During COVID I am trying to help and support more small businesses. I have two opinions on this place, so I gave them a 4 Stars and here's the opinions. The first time I have ever tried this place is during COVID. This place is an order and pick up, rather than going and choosing, if that makes sense. The first time I went was because on their instagram they we having an a la cart options. Normally they only sale by the dozen. So with this option we were able to get one of everything and try it all! Went to go pick up, very safe and since its always an order pick up spot. You don't have to go into an actual store. In my opinion, my daughters and my family..we didn't love it. The chocolate chip one was the best but it wasn't great. I thought it would taste like the num num cookie from Disneyland, if you know what I mean, but it doesn't. My second time I've tried these cookies was for when I bought these for my daughters party. It was able to be wrapped by itself, it was also an arrangement. My guest loved them! My family and I didn't try them again but my guest asked where they came from and even asked to bring some home! On top of the cookies were edible images, those I did try, and it was very good! So I just wanted to say, we might not have loved them but all my guest did! So to each its own. An awesome experience from start to finish! I found out about Whipt from a friend's Instagram page. Personalized cookie cakes, which were perfect for favors at my parent's 50th Anniversary party. I reached out via Instagram and asked if I still had enough time to place an order for these treats. They said, "yes" and I was thrilled. I completed the order form on their website, uploaded the pic I wanted used for the personalization and sent the caption, too. After I placed it, I received an order confirmation and was told that the order would be ready by the time I had requested. On the day I was to pick-up the order, I even received a test message that my order was ready! They have a commercial kitchen in Benicia, where you can pick-up your ordered goods. I don't think they can take walk-in orders. So, be sure place your order for these goodies! When I picked them up, I met the owner, Krizy, and chatted for a bit. She was so nice! Ok, where do I start! When planning our wedding, Lori and I wanted to do something very different. Wedding cakes and cupcakes are now the norm. We got married yesterday, Nov. 20, 2016, and those Whipt Snickerdoodle Cookie Cakes were absolutely amazing. We also had our photo placed on top. Our guest loved them. They loved having their own individual treat during the reception. Kudos to Whipt!!! Another great part of our wedding day, was that my sister, Vena married us, and it was her birthday. She expertly guided me through the process and helped me arrive at a selection of cookies that would be a hit at our party. I ordered 75 cookies with a mix of our company logo and a bowling picture. I supplied Whipt with .jpeg files of the art and Krizy sourced some of her own bowling pictures to add variety to the mix which I thought went above and beyond. I appreciated that. I picked up the cookies from the new location that she is working on getting up and running in Benicia. I was pleased to find that it was right off of the freeway. You can hop off and hop right back on. I delivered the cookies to the bowling alley and since I hadn't tasted one yet, I felt it was my duty to perform quality control testing on the Snickerdoodle cookie first. You know, to make sure it wasn't poison. ;-) The cookies looked beautiful, the artwork was sharp, and it tasted AMAZING! First, these aren't your normal bakery cookies. They are about 1 inch thick, crispy on the outside, buy chewy on the inside. One of the comments I overheard was, "This is the best thing I've had all year!"
