She was always available to answer our questions and help us consider things that we would have completely forgotten about (such as umbrellas for our guests instead of having them suffer in the heat). They were there for us from the moment that we started working with them, even though we only had the day-of-coordinator package (as I'm very type A and wanted to coordinate as much as I could). Dez and her team had regular checkpoints to make sure we were on track and provide guidance on anything we should work on prior to our next meeting. After life took over and I got busy, especially closer to the wedding date, Dez absolutely took over and I could not be more grateful. Everything that we needed, she was only a quick email or text away.
