I contacted Kathy from Oh So Pretty Vintage after she was recommended to me be a friend. I am planning a tea party bridal shower for a friend of mine and was going to rent some linens and the tea party set. I was given a quote and was told the deposit would be 50% which was fine and I was more than happy to pay. She originally gave me the wrong price after adding up everything for 50% which was fine, accidents happen, and I was not upset about that. What did bother me was the fact that she promised me a contract to look over and a credit card link to pay the deposit and it's been over 1 month and a half now and I never received anything. (See picture attached) I was originally promised a contract on 4/28/23 or 4/29 and today is 6/11/23 as I write this review. I don't feel it's fair to wait over a month and a half for a contract to review, especially if I was going to pay 50%. I would not feel comfortable recommending them to my family and friends due to the lack of communication and promises of receiving a context to review.

Once we handed over all of our information like vendor contacts, guest list, décor details, etc., she took it from there. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and always made us feel taken care of. On the wedding day, the timeline was seamless, and we had total peace of mind knowing she was handling everything behind the scenes. We were able to just enjoy the day without worrying about a thing.
