I visit Which Wich about once a week in the mid afternoon (for those wanting to avoid a rush, 2-3 is a good time) and get their veggie/caprese sandwich most of the time -and it's amazing! The sandwiches here are some of the best I have ever had. The ordering method is really easy - I love that you just grab a paper bag, check the sandwich and items you want and just go up to pay. I have been to Which Wich too many times to count...practicaly everyday for a very long time. Go in today and was told they are under new managment and the new "almost" assistant manager said its easy to work here with 17 and 18 year olds that have no sense in themselves and dont know how to work well. VERY VERY poor choice to call on your employees like that. The line was long...my sandwich took forever. Guess Which Wich is down hill and due to the change in management WILL not be back. For me sandwich places are a hit or miss. I can not stand subway so any new sandwhich shop I come accross I have to try. Sandwhichs have to have an even amount of bread+ meat and toppings/dressings for me to enjoy it. Which wich does all of this. First time having them a couple of days ago and I was impressed. The guy behind the counter welcomed me and asked me if it was my first time in, I said yes. He then came out from. Behind the counter and walked me though the process of ordering. He wasn't pushy or demanding. Good service jist like it's ment to be. Ordering from here is sort of different from other places You choose your sandwhich and then find the corsponding bag and fill out on the bag with the provided sharpie how you want your sandwhich to be made give the bag to the cashier and you pay for your food. They will call your name when it's ready. I had the 10" Italian grinder with chips and a drink. They also have 7" and 14" sizes as well. I ate it all in one setting but I could see someone eating half and saving the other half for later... Please was very clean which is a plus I'll definitely be back. read more

My co-workers and I decided to stop by this place and give it a try. I like the idea of the concept. Sandwich was good, but organization is lacking. We ordered 3 sandwiches each back to back and waited 40 mins for our sandwiches. The confusing part was, my co-workers had receive their sandwiches about 10 mins apart, but we waited another 15 mins for my sandwich. Would have thought the sandwiches would be made in the order we had placed it, but seems more like shuffling a deck of cards. Like I said...a lot of confusion going on during the lunch hour rush. Wasn't surprise my sandwich was not made correctly, but it was still good. I hope they will figure out a way to be more organized and run a lot smoother. Very good. Many different combinations of sandwiches. I tried a chicken sandwich with blue cheese and buffalo sauce to essentially create a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was quite good. They put a little too much sauce on but I defiantly love it more than other sandwich places. read more

My wife, son and I needed a place to grab a bite to eat so after a cursory review of the area, we decided to visit Which wich. They have a very unique setup where you select a paper bag with the type of sandwich you want and you select the sandwich components on the bag. The process is very efficient and the staff and owner Dan are delightful! If you don't like your sandwich you get it replaced, a refund, or both! Overall not to worry as we thoroughly enjoyed the meal, the ambiance, the staff and my picky 1 year old even enjoyed his grilled cheese sandwich. I went in here tonight and ordered the Elvis which is a peanut butter and banana sandwich. After I paid and was waiting for my "wich", they told me they were fresh out of bananas. At first I was bummed, but they told me they already had someone running to the grocery store to get more and shouldn't be long before I would get my food. This is a great place to go to grab a sandwich. The variety of choices you have to make a sandwich is incredible. While the process may seem confusing to a newcomer, it's really quite simple. They have brown bags on which you place your order using a Sharpie. They have some ready-made ideas, or you can wing it. Far superior quality to other similar sandwich shops. I've been several times and never found the wait too long nor my order botched or unsatisfactory. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. In fairness, I've only gone on weekends, so I can't speak to any weekday rushes, but I've left more than satisfied every time. My go-to is the spicy black bean with spicy toppings added, but there are so many options from which to choose, enjoy finding yours! (My daughter loves the pizza-wich.) read more

Nothing but praise for this location!! I called up and talked to the manager, Dan, and told him I needed to order 150 individual boxed lunches for our company-wide catered lunch. I was nervous he might say no or wouldnt be able to do it but he eagerly said no problem and we started to coordinate the order! He worked with me step-by-step and was great with communicating in a quick manner so we could get this order placed! 150 individually ordered boxed lunches is no easy feat, so i was a little nervous that this was going to go horribly wrong, missing sandwiches, incorrect orders, you name it. We got to the store to pick up our giant order and the staff looked kind of excited when i told them who i was and what i was picking up. They made 150 boxed lunches in less than 2.5 hours and you could tell it was a big accomplishment for their team! The boxes were labeled with sandwich type and employee name, stacked neatly in boxes with a piece of paper telling me what was in each box. Everything was so neatly organized it was just fantastic. This catering experience could not have gone any more smoothly and we want to thank Dan and his whole crew of rock star sandwich makers to delivering service above and beyond today!!!! I had the philly sandwich, regular size. When I go to a sandwich shop I look for that "local sandwich shop" vibe and not the "corporate" feel. The difference is really evident in the portions of the sandwich. He regular size here is not enough to justify the double digit price tag. I will say the bread was excellent but the whole bag gimmick etc doesn't make up for the feeling that they are weighing each ingredient. The "local shop" vibe always is stuffed to the gills and leaves you feeling satisfied. Also, if you making "house chips" please include more than your normal airbag frito lay brand chips sitting right next to it. Jimmy Johns is a solid three and this falls short of even that experience. read more
