I've been here a few times and it's never less than 30 mins to get a sandwich. Literally the slowest service I've ever had, every time.

Three-Six General sources from small farmers and ranchers across Texas. Their meats are always 100% pasture-raised and free from any hormones or antibiotics. " - Farmhouse This chicken salad is absolutely divine. It has simple elements and no unnecessary additives. The only thing that can be tasted in this chicken salad is a bit of mayo, red onion, lemon juice, and jalapeño. It requires no "extra" seasonings. I am not a big fan of mayo, but for those who are, they will find this salad is light on the mayo. I did add EVOO to the mix to spread the chicken salad across sourdough bread. Outside of this chicken salad, I've purchased various cuts of meat and cheese from this shop. Each item I've purchased here seems to be better than the next. #supportlocal

God DANG that $13 cheesesteak was good…read more I don't regret the $2 bagel upgrade because this house made bagel is one of the softest, most fragrant, beautiful bagels I have enjoyed. Respect to Mile High Mo's for shipping in amoroso rolls but today, this bagel was just as pleasing. I chose chive/onion cream cheese and there was not an overwhelming amount; it interfered with nothing and instead complimented the flavors like a humble wingman. The beef was wonderful (do they still use 36G ingredients? bc that would explain it) and the onion/pepper perfectly caramelized--their look, flavor, and texture were all ideal. The cheese portion was generous but was in harmony with the rest of the sandwich. Service was friendly and their time estimate was accurate. There are a couple bistro tables outside so you have a chance of eating there if you like. Just like Sunny's before them, there is no inside seating so if you're a new customer be aware all orders are packed to-go. I personally prefer the paper packaging they used in the past to today's styrofoam, but my sandwich was still lovingly wrapped and topped with a nice napkin within my little clamshell which warms my jaded heart. I look forward to visiting the rest of the menu here.

Great service, quick, and delicious!…read more The heavenly eggs were so good with the candied bacon, and the dirty fries were honestly enough to make me full on their own. I would come back and try their stupid hot (ghost) flavor next time. I had the habanero and it was spicy yet the chicken flavor was still good. If you're a true spicy fanatic I would recommend this spot to try, as there is still good flavor outside of being spicy with their chicken.

When we moved to San Marcos and realized they were opening one up across from HEB off exit 205 we both looked at each other and said in unison "uh-oh". Hot chicken sandwiches are one of my favorite things to eat on the planet. Our yearly trips to Nashville aren't complete until I go to Prince's, Hattie Bs and Boltons. The first time we went to Tumble was 2 days after returning from a trip and I'll put T22 up against any of them all day. We have never even gone to the Hattie Bs in Austin because we don't need to. I have tried a couple other hot chicken spots in the area and was severely disappointed. They set the bar that high. A Big Larry is a must have. Blood orange frozen marg with a Gran Mariner floater that is perfect for that Central Texas heat. Bone-in chicken and tenders are great but the OG sandwich is the star of the show. You can choose from 6 different heat levels from nothing to "stupid hot"...which is in fact stupid hot. I go one notch below (cluckin hot) and my wife enjoys dang hot. The OG is huge so come hungry. We have actually taken to ordering the Lil OG so we don't drive home in a coma. Try it Korean style at least once. It doesn't disappoint. They have several other sandwich versions as well so, plenty of variety. The fries are like old school McDonald's fries (compliment, have to get the comeback sauce of course) but the ranch beans are my typical go to. I do wish they had potato salad like other locations but the slaw is great if I'm in the mood to cool things off. They are also know for their pies, I'm partial to the Key Lime. The happy hour menu (4-6pm) is a legitimately good value as well and has items on there you'll actually want to order (Big Larry, Lil OG, etc). The staff, management, bartenders and hosts are always attentive and cheerful. We bring our dogs and sit on the patio and everyone comes by to give them some pets, water bowl and even the occasional treat. You'll love it here just like anyone and everyone we take here who visits from out of town or who we brow-beat in to going who hasn't been yet.
