Rolando was great! He was so patient and kind even when our two young kids were cranky on a long drive home. Everything was perfect. Will use again for sure. read more

Slighting behind in posting this review as I've now used Bill and his team of drivers on four separate airport trips. Each ride has been awesome - reliable drivers who are friendly and great behind the wheel; clean, safe vehicles and all around great service. They are now my go to ride service in LA, hands down! read more

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! My friend and I used Wheels Up for our trip to LAX and back. Very easy booking and communication. Despite of the brutal LA traffic, we were on time for our flight out with time to spare. No issues whatsoever. Our return flight was arriving very early in the morning , yet, our pick up driver Sarkis was ready for us welcoming us back home with a big smile on his face. Thank you, guys! I will definitely use Wheels Up again. Highly recommend. And, it feels good to support local businesses. :) read more

Wonderful job to and from LAX. We were so tired when we got home we didn't notice we left a backpack and a phone in the car; Richard came back TWICE to deliver them (before we noticed we forgot them!). Love supporting local businesses. Thank you!! read more

Have used Bill and his amazing team twice. Both times they showed up on time and ride to LAX was prompt, smooth and fun. We were delayed several hours on one of our trips home, I texted Bill and he promptly replied and advised me that I had nothing to worry about. We arrived and just as he had stated, we were picked up promptly. Prices are reasonable for the amazing service. read more

We always use Wheels Up Connections ! Bill (the owner) and his associate drivers are always reliable, courteous, and professional.

Have used Bill and his team twice and they provide exceptional service. Great communication and were extremely flexible with last minute return airport pickup changes due to flight issues. Will never Uber or drive to the airport again. Reasonable prices for the level of service provided. A+ read more

I just had my first ride with this company, which was an early morning trip to LAX. I would highly recommend them. They were very reasonably priced (similar to Uber) and were very easy to work with. I received a texted confirmation the day before the flight, then on the day of the flight was texted when they were on the way and when they arrived (5 minutes early but they told me to take my time). The driver was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again when I need airport transportation. read more

Luis was our driver and he was excellent. Fast and efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all a very safe driver. highly recommend the company and Luis. read more

Highly recommend. We were referred by a friend and were pleased with their car service. I like having a responsible point person who arranges the rides. We had Richard and Bill as our drivers to/from LAX. They keep in contact with you via text, and they were both prompt (even early). Their cars are clean, and the drivers are personable. I like that Bill (owner) has a small group of drivers he knows and relies on, and he also seeks feedback on his drivers. My only suggestion is to have an online or email form to fill out, as I find it more difficult to fill out forms via text. I won't hesitate to call Wheels Up for another trip. They will even do concert drop off/pick up and out of town trips! read more

So glad Wheels Up Connection exists! Excellent in every way. Perfect communication, drivers were friendly, responsible and right on time (even for a 4AM pickup), prices are fair. This is an invaluable service in our foothill communities where ride sharing has become unreliable. Thank you, Bill! I've recommended you to all our neighbors. read more

There's nothing relaxing about traveling but if you want to make at least one leg of it feel normal, hire Bill and his crew. I have used Wheels Up Connections' services 3 times and the company came through for me every single time, no matter flight delays, traffic, or anything else that may interfere. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your airport transportation needs, they are worth every penny! read more

Bill and all of his drivers that I have met so far have been on time, fast with communications, and really nice.

Fantastic Service! A friend saw a recommendation on NextDoor and forwarded it to me. Our drivers, Luis and Sarkis, were friendly on the drives to and from our destinations. They advised us they were on our way to pick us up and informed us of the type of vehicle they were driving. Everything went smoothly, even when we were advised we had a flight change on our way home. Bill was always easy to reach, from my initial communication to our arrival at LAX. I highly recommend Wheels Up Connection, we will definitely use them again. read more

We had excellent service from Sierra Madre to LAX and back again for our international travel. Good communication via text and very clean vehicles and nice drivers. I was provided service by Miguel and Bill for my trip to LAX and back to my city. The service not only was exceptional (clean cars, polite and professional personalities, perfect driving, and helpful with luggage and questions) but was also the cheapest one could ever find. Cab services to LAX and back will try to rip you off, but Wheels Up Connection was very reasonable. I totally and 100% recommend. read more

I highly recommend this company!! We waited too long to book with the car service we normally rely on, but that car service mention this company has good reviews on our neighborhood FB page so we thought we'd give them a try. We texted all our information to Wheels Up Connection and got a response right away. The prices and accommodations offered were great! We needed a ride to LAX airport for 5 people plus lots of luggage. Our driver Luis was right on time, professional, and friendly. We got to the airport in comfort and right on-time! When we made arrangements for pickup, I gave the wrong pickup time, but I didn't notice till the actual date of our pickup. I accidentally requested our pick up of 11a, but it should have been for 11p ! I text Wheels Up Connection ASAP to explain my mistake. Fortunately for us they were available to accommodate our pickup at the correct pickup time!! They were great at not making me feel bad about my mistake and assured me they would be there. As promised, they were there on time to pick us up and take us safely home after our long trip. We will continue to use Wheels Up Connection for our large party travel needs !! read more

Great service from both owner/driver. Clean cars and reasonably priced. My driver was a little behind but that was communicated to me when I booked as I was a last minute booking. Not having to deal with the Uber/Lyft lot at LAX and being picked up curbside has me sold. Will definitely be using them again soon. Definitely recommend read more

Great friendly service. Well worth the price for the convenience. They will be my go-to from now on.

I saw an ad for Wheels Up last week on a local FB page. I contacted Bill and asked if he would be able to transport 6 people for my husband's surprise 50th birthday. I needed someone who could be precise on timing and would play along with my cover story. Bill was great on both fronts. I would absolutely recommend and will use again! read more

Been using bill and his team for a few years now. They're great! Always on time. Good rates, too.
