Fed ex never received the shipment and Apple had to replace the item. When my so confronted the man, he lied and tried to walk the story back. However it seemed to have every reason to do with the fact I was white. He claimed, "I didn't know that was your boyfriend" to my so. Not to mention the man said, "if there's anything illegal in the package, I don't want to know." Sounds like they're definitely shipping stuff they shouldn't be out of this location. Oh yeah, the man working the front also called my so a "f***ing b***h" as she was walking out the door after confronting him. Not to mention the lack of intelligence to steal an iPhone in 2025.... Apple shut the device down and tracked it within the day. If you need assurance your package is gonna be delivered safely, I would look elsewhere.

Dear SwiftX Customer Service,…read more I am formally disputing your conclusion that this package was successfully delivered to me. Your response states that the available evidence includes "delivery signature photos," GPS records, and confirmation from the delivery agent. However, I never signed for this package, nor did I authorize anyone to sign for it on my behalf. Therefore, I need SwiftX to clarify exactly what you mean by "delivery signature." If you are claiming that the recipient signed for the package, please provide: 1. The actual signature record; 2. The name of the person who allegedly signed; 3. The exact date and time the signature was obtained; 4. The location where the signature was obtained; 5. The complete Proof of Delivery record associated with the shipment. A delivery photograph, GPS coordinate, or a driver's confirmation does not establish that I personally received the package or signed for it. If no recipient signature exists and the package was instead left unattended, please confirm this explicitly in writing. I also request that SwiftX preserve all records relating to this delivery, including the driver's delivery records, GPS data, photographs, signature records, scan records, timestamps, and any internal investigation notes, as this matter remains formally disputed. Please do not simply repeat that the tracking status shows "delivered." That is not the issue I am disputing. The issue is whether the package was actually received by me or an authorized recipient. I did not sign for this package and I did not receive it. Please provide the actual evidence supporting your assertion that I personally accepted the shipment.

All my information was received and as she was going through her process, she explained to me all things I needed to know. When all was setup and completed, she took my card and I added a tip because these people are doing me a great service. How relieved I was to find someone of this caliper willing to do this for me ... and setup an account so that I can continue to use their services. I was flabbergasted at that.
