During install they Broke a part on my car that automatically unlocks my doors when touching my handle. They Replaced the part though which is nice and Installed Bass knob as well, but it took 3 weeks to get both parts in the shop then I had to drive all the way back and leave my car overnight for the 2nd time. And now I have noticed that my Bass knob and Amp wasn't tuned Properly. Now I have to go back to a different shop to get them to tune everything properly. Communication was not good. Took an average 4 days to hear anything back from anyone there. I did not have these problems when I went to a different Audio shop. I have seen great reviews on this place, so I decided to try these guys. Sadly, I feel I didn't get the best Quality business I thought I would get.

After speaking with Jeff, post me losing my cool with Andrew, he found a different system that had to be custom made to work. So in Jan, MIS took out the failed system that they installed and replaced it with a modified system that functions perfectly. They worked to fix a problem that was not an install issue. It was a component issue. It took time and they got it right. Since they were willing to work with me and provided me a functional infotainment system I had them also install a front and rear dash cam system. I really appreciate the customer care. Thanks

they installed an upgraded flatscreen in my car-and the front camera stopped working, which was…read morejust installed 10 days prior and worked flawlessly- they blamed it on the new flatscreen and refused to fix it- the screen they installed was put in by them as an authorized installer, soo, if you mess up someone's front camera- that worked before you touched it- as an authorized installer of the equipment you should be able to find out from the manufacturer what to do to fix it. instead they just sent me an email blaming the flatscreen and not doing anything else about it- then again they are an authorized installer and could have had the screen replaced under warranty (it was brand new in the box...)

He came over to see the space for himself, and gave some recommendations as to brands, where the subwoofer sits, where the speakers should be positioned etc. Their crew was highly knowledgable and were extremely neat as they climbed around the ceiling, cutting holes in the ceiling for the speakers, and teaching me how to use the system. In the end I was thrilled with the final product. It packs plenty of punch, yet the speakers also bring out the delicate high notes of the music, and I'm able to hear with with a delicate clarity I never have before. If you want to spend $400 on a system go to Walmart, if you want to spend a couple grand (or more) on a top shelf system this is the place to go!

Had whole system installed here like seven or eight years ago now about. Cant remember who it was…read morebut a nice Mexican & took him a while like almost an hour in a half. Ill always remember his hands were solid white for some reason when he came out. It was at different location than it is now. I did have all the wires but it seemed like a lot of gear still to put together with thick gauging which isn't exactly easy to install but not an expert. (Special shout out to Kyle C. who helped install the first half of my system so this is a token of my gratitude as well) In conclusion he charged me $100 even and honestly to this day haven't had a problem with anything not working unless my box tips over and the power or ground come unplugged every so often. Absolutely recommend this place these guys have won awards and prizes for days. Awesome people.
