Then when the employee was confronted of the situation he started screaming and being very unprofessional all while I (the customer) could over hear. This company left my bathroom a complete sh** show. There was fecal matter everywhere. On the walls, floor, etc. tho this job does entail a certain amount of "mess". What mess  was left was completely unacceptable. The owners justification of his employees outburst and unprofessionalism was completely out of line. You didn't just lose one customer, you lost respect as a business owner, and I will make sure that everybody that has issues with their plumbing  seeks another business. -- Derik Board

Luckily we found LoRich and when I spoke with Rich at nearly 7:00 PM, he was more than pleasant and said he could come out right away to see if he could fix it. Rich showed up in a professional vehicle was personable and knowledgable. He inspected the heater and knew immediately what needed to be done and he also had replacement parts in his van and was able to fix our heater quickly. Super nice, professional and great rate too. I'd recommend LoRich to anyone!

I would hire them again and again. They moved a gas line for me that was (unbelievably) strapped up to the garage door framing!!!! What, I know???? That had to change!!! They came out right away and once I approved the work they got to work. Moved my gas line, serviced my furnace, serviced my AC unit, replaced three leaking shutoff valves, replaced the non working guts of the toilet (flange, fill valve, etc.), flushed and serviced the hot water heater, and then I had them do the same maintenance at my nephew's house next door. They are really professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, along with being reasonably priced, just hire them, they are fantastic!!!!

Disappointed 18 year customer. I have been a previously…read moresatisfied long time customer of HE Neumann, but that all changed in December of 2025. I had routine maintenance on my 2 year old Carrier furnace and afterward, it would not work. This became a two month headache of failed attempts to diagnose the problem, freezing cold nights trying to sleep, an expensive bill for all of the unproductive service calls and mostly a deep impression of indifference on the part of the company. Perhaps they are so big now that a residential customer is unimportant. Their claim of 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed was no part of our experience. Aside from one individual who attempted to help us, management has been silent and indifferent. This company feels just like every other company these days who has outgrown their need to listen to and help a customer. I will pay our expensive bill that took two months to generate before a solution was found and even then it is not conclusive that the AC will work in the spring. Please if you are looking for a heating and cooling company, consider this experience of ours. Sadly this company does not focus on customer service as they once did, we are extremely disappointed.
