Very simple access to the drain (they could drive to it and lift the grate out of the way). $200 to snake the drain. This was a surprise, but I am new to the area and wanted this done so my garage would stop getting flooded. Big storm coming. For $200 they ran a snake and found a blockage at 30 feet. They said they weren't sure if that was the only one, but I could pay them an extra $300 so they could run their camera down the line and look. I hesitated.
