I purchased an ac unit from them in May 2020. Great people came and professional installed it very…read morequickly. It's been fine up until August of 2024. I had a warranty with them 5 years part warranty and 1 year labor warranty. I reached out to them in September 2024. I always maintained a good relationship with them so I thought. I had another company come out and they said my TxV valve needed to be replaced. My ac was blowing warm air and the thermostat was changed etc... I reached out via Facebook and James said they were moving to a bigger facility and he would text me when he could come out. A week went by he never responded I reached back out again nothing. I knew he wasn't honoring the warranty I received. I didn't think they were like this. I'm still open to working it out with them and maybe even getting a new hearing unit installed. I rarely hold grudges but, honor the warranty man. Not sure what the issue was with James he kept making excuses all the time. I guess it is what it is. I've looked into pursuing a civil case for not honoring the warranty I have the paperwork still but the lawyer said it would cost quite a bit of money for me by the time it's over I could spend that on a new ac. I wish we could've rectified the issue that's all. I told everyone about them they were great family owned business and did such an amazing job. Make sure these clowns register your units I found out my unit was never registered they're ripping people off big time. Live and learn.
