It is located in a charming, quiet courtyard in the middle of all the action. Chahir Maizi says the burgers and bacon were cooked perfectly for our American taste. Chahir Maizi says the clerk was extremely nice and the cook came out to make sure we were enjoying our meal. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I believe west sussex police also stripped about the burgers and received great reviews. I have also been informed that the local law courts attend regularly and have also raved about the food and beleive drugs are being put into the burger beause they are so amazing and exceptional. I believe the resturant is owned by two brothers and two brothers operate the resturant and make profits. THE FOOD IS AMAZING.

Please note that my three star rating is based on the gluten free pizza here, but I think that the regular pizzas were a lot better, and of good quality. My partner ordered the pepperoni pizza with a normal base, while I ordered the seafood pizza with a gluten free base. The pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven which is a bonus, and come with a good range of toppings to choose from. The wait time was quite long, I think we waited over an hour, but they did make us aware that this may happen. Both of the pizzas came with a sprinkle of rocket on top which made it a nice touch, and were served on corrugated card, to avoid the base steaming. My pizza tasted good when it was hot, but as it cooled it lost a bit of quality, and the base become squeaky, like some gluten free bases can. I did enjoy that the sauce was spread right to the edges though! My partner's pizza was really good, with lots of toppings, and the base was cooked really well and tasted authentic. In saying all that, I think we would order from them again, the prices were really reasonable, and as I said my boyfriend really enjoyed his normal pizza. They also come in different sizes (gluten free only available in 12").

Also ordered the chunky dough balls which were pretty good. All in all, great first experience! Will Defo be ordering again.

As a native Texas woman, I love me some burgers…read more HOLY SHIT this place is amazing. Whilst waiting in queue outside for "The Breakfast Club" (shocking, I know) I spotted this prize just across the lane. At first glance I felt a little "Texas vibe" from the building, and loved that it was a little nook in the corner. Intrigued, I ran over to read their menu. SOLD. We had "The Devil Went Down to Brighton" and "Tennessee Terror".... one thing is for certain, they do NOT SKIMP on any of the listed ingredients for each speciality burger. WE ANNIHILATED IT. I came home to write a review, thinking of all these incredible things to say... only, my food coma is sinking in and I really gotta end this here. I support TF out of Brighton Burger; my NOW FAVORITE burger in Brighton, and I support TF out of this message. zZZzzz

It is both a blessing and a nightmare that Brighton Burger is so close to my current flat. A…read moreblessing because, let's face it, these are some of the best burgers I've ever tasted, and a nightmare because it's going to be hard not to get one every single day... Set up in a tiny, shack-like kitchen just beside the Giggling Squid, Brighton Burger serves hearty, honest, flavoursome food. Their menu is wonderful, hosting many unusual eats and obscure burgers - from wild boar to buffalo- but they also server your usual burger and fries to a very high standard. The burgers themselves are almost moist and full of flavour. So moist, in fact, that my takeaway burger soaked through the paper bag (my only teeny complaint!). This can be forgiven though, for as soon as you bite into the juicy burger, cuddled by sweet, soft bun and topped with whatever glorious accompaniments you opted for, everything can be forgiven. Literally everything. This last visit had me trying out the buffalo burger, which was absolutely delicious! Not as different tasting as you might expect it to be, but certainly different enough that you notice you're tasting something new and out of the ordinary! I added chips to my order and they came out, all thin and crispy, just how I like them! I almost typed there were 'too many chips' there, but let's be honest there's no such thing. There were loads of them though, in one portion, so maybe share between two if your appetite is not massive! The man who served me was pleasant (they always are!) and the service was quick and painless. The burger and chips came to around £8 which, though not the cheapest in Brighton, is so so reasonable for the portion sizes and quality of the food here! There's also a few tables and chairs dotted out by the front of the place, so you can sit in the sun (when it's about) and enjoy your burger in peace, watching the world go by! If you're in Brighton and you haven't tried these burgers then, firstly, shame on you, and secondly TRY THEM. I'll eat my hat if you're not impressed and back again for seconds the next week! :P

A healthy disrespect for customers permeates every aspect of this joint. There are numerous signs…read morecommunicating this. One reads, "If you came in here to BITCH, you have already used 98% of your time. Use the remaining 2% to find the door." , and so on. Look: the place's name is a pun on a well known epithet. So let's look beyond the aggressive facade to the food. Things got off to a bad start because there is no veggie or fish option. Therefore I chose blue cheese burger from their slightly quirky list. It was one of those insipid patties that have been formed into a mould. Not a good sign. I feel a little queasy thinking of it all actually. The saving grace was my fresh banana milkshake, which went down very well. In sum, a cheap and cheerless place.

When I went only 7 people had ever finished the burger completely, I didn't feel up to it myself. The rest of the menu is pretty standard with Hawaiian, Blue Cheese and BBQ burgers.

I've had a lot of fried chicken and this happens to be the absolute BEST. It's a tiny corner shop…read morethat probably seats less than 25-30 people and there are a few seats outside. It was my last night in Brighton and I had done loads of research and came upon this place, it's fairly new so not too many locals new about it but I decided to give it a try. The service was a little slow, one guy working but the food was way too fucking good. You have the option of wings with different sauces or fried chicken burgers. THEY ALSO HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS. I decided to order the Hot as Cluck burger with Fried Potato skins & 2 sauces. WOW.... I'm not even sure if I can use my words to describe how good this was. The thigh fillet was so juicy, moist and flavourful, the coating was crispy but the breading was evenly spread. It was topped with pickles, lettuce, & spicy chipotle slaw. As a side I got the fried potato skins... fuck French fries - these were insanely good. They were fully cooked, had a great crisp to it and a bit chewy. They were seasoned perfectly. I also decided to get 2 of the homemade sauces. The Thai basil & jalapeño creamy sauce and the Sweet Soy & Ginger. They were perfection. The Thai basil went great with the potatoes and I would splash a bit of the soy on the chicken burger. Now the most important part is after I had finished I didn't feel gross, I didn't feel as though I had eaten junk food! That's called quality right there. Please check this place out! Keep Eating, Angela
