When my boyfriend told me this was the best burger he has had I was kinda skeptical because he doesn't even eat burgers that much. I went there and got the Benneton burger and my mind was blown. The whole burger was absolutely amazing, the bun was so soft I literally stroked it before I ate it. The patty was amazing! I had my first experience of Burger Brothers a couple of weeks ago - and I definitely know now why folk rave about it. It doesn't look like much from the outside, so you could miss it, but boy does this place have heart. We were on a works outing, and so I was ordering for 12 people. Literally all of us were impressed. The folks serving us did not stress about have a whopping order dropped on them at lunch time, and even had the forethought to ask if I minded the couple of people behind us in the queue jumping ahead of us. Great service! I had the Benetton Burger with Halloumi, which is a doozy and highly recommended. I normally don't like overly stuffed burgers, but this was real easy to eat in my hand. They're a favoured go to of mine on most menus and I quite like biting my way around Brighton one bun at a time. I had a quick nose on their Facebook page and someone had written, "Wow, it's been 5 hours and I'm still thinking about it..." That made me laugh so much I jumped into the car still chuckling to myself. Well thank you very much enthusiastic reviewer. You were spot on! I had the Classic Beef and what a charmer he was. Complete with a slice of mature cheddar, plum tomatoes, wild rocket, mustard, relish, cracked black pepper mayo and caramelised onion - I hadn't enjoyed this much of a taste explosion on the go since I fell in love with Jamie Oliver's sausage bap (not a euphemism). It really is a cut above your usual burger fare. The prices range from between £5-£8.50 and it's worth every penny. Some might be disappointed to learn that they don't do fries, but I'm not holding that against them. They're not called Burger and Fries Brothers (not very catchy) and their tasty and filling namesakes more than make up for it. They do however, do some rather delicious shakes and smoothies to wash it all down with. My only disappointment was that I forgot to take a photo to share with you. I can't believe there aren't more reviews about Burger Brothers on Yelp! I'll cut straight to the chase: The Chicken Bazinga burger is, quite possibly, my favorite burger ever, in the world. Like, I -literally- wrote home to my mother about this burger. Sure, others hold a special place in my heart (namely, In-N-Out, back in Califor-Nye-Ay) but for quality, quantity, and sheer holy-fack-this-is-incredibleness, BBs wins every time. The burgers are juicy, and full of flavour from the meat and the seasonings. The Bazinga has guacamole, cheese, garlic mayo, and if you so wish, their spicy, kicky sauce, which is damn fine, son, damn fine. I don't normally eat beef, but I did sneak a bite of the Our Favorite burger and hot diggity! I'll stay to true to my chicken, but the beef burgers are also winners here. The buns are golden-brown and glazed to perfection. The meat-to-bun ratio is just right. Thinking about it is making me weep a little bit. Also, the guys who run the joint (Happy One Year, Burger Brethren!) could not be lovelier chaps. Finally, someone who understands the meaning of burger, daaayem. 'Gourmet on the go' and that is exactly what it is. Now, to be honest, I've never been massive on beef burgers but this is another level. I would have been if they were all like that! Ahhhhh boner inducing burger heaven. These guys just nail it for me. I'm a bit of a burger addict and have been on a quest since trying my first BB to better it. Thus far I have found only one place that come close (lucky beach) but these boys were the pace setters. The menu is short and sweet but you can pimp up your burger in many ways (think chilli sauce, chorizo etc). They even do a special every now and then (lamb burger which I was gutted I missed) and if I had one complaint it would be that they should add a special a bit more often. No fries but who cares, means you can have another burger. The shakes are also pretty decent. They boys (or brothers) seem like proper grafters also. They certainly put the hours in and it shows! He had told me how fantastic this place was and I was half persuaded. I try not to go to Burger Brothers too often, because I would eat there every single day if I could... and I don't want to get even fatter than I already am! The guys that run the place are lovely, polite and very passionate about burgers, I got chatting to them one time and they said when they were younger they'd have weekends where they'd just stay in and create all different types of burger recipes, and thus Burger Brothers was born. Best burger I have ever had hands down! The bun is amazing and the burger is very juicy. They use quality ingredients and have a wide selection of burgers and fillings.
