I had a slow leak in one of my wheels. Took it to a tire shop and they couldn't figure out why it's leaking since the rim wasn't cracked or bent. I found this (Wheel Cosmo) on Yelp and decided to give them a call. Rafi, the owner, assured me they can take a look at it without charging me. I head on over there and was greeted by his wife (I assume) and she lets Rafi know I'm there. Rafi asks me to pull the car in so they can take a look. He acknowledged the leak and was able to fix it, with my permission. It's been about 5 days and my PSI is the same it was when I left the shop. I usually dropped about 5 PSI per day. I scratched the rim on a new Camaro and got several quotes for repair. I knew nothing about rim repair and have never used such a service before. Well, i am so glad i researched this and found Rafi and Wheel Cosmo. There are mobile companies that will "fix" your rim at your location. I asked a couple of them what their process was and if the wheel would be removed. They said they didn't remove the wheel or tire. One of them even told me the paint job might not match the original sheen on my black rims. Since i just got the car, i wanted it to look like my rim was brand new again! Enter Wheel Cosmo! Rafi explained his company's process (powder coating) and i dropped off the vehicle for half the day. Rafi had his crew take my car back immediately. Brought my car here to fix because I found out that I had a bent rim on the inner lip of one of my rims when I went to patch a tire at my other place. The other place doesn't do rim straightening so they could only balance the wheels to 0. The bent wasn't that bad and I thought I could live with it since it was balanced. It continued to bother me till the next day so I found Wheel Cosmo on Yelp. I was greeted warmly and the owner gave me a quote and said it will take about 1.5hrs for straightening and balance. Once done I drove it and can tell it made a difference on the handling. Although my other place balanced my wheel, there was a small vibration still. Now everything is smooth. Just got my wheel back today. Grade A job! Rafi was extremely helpful from start to finish. Couldn't ask for more. I have a 20" machined aluminum wheel (from a 2016 GMC Sierra), that had considerable scuff along the outer rim as well as a deep gouge in one spoke. It now looks seriously as good as new. They have the lathe machinery and everything else to do the repair like its supposed to be done! And It's only about $75 more than what I would have paid for some fly-by-night, paint-over repair job that most other places offer. For anyone with machined/polished aluminum rims, you MUST go to this place. Don't take the risk with some wheel repair that doesn't have a lathe, and only can file down the damage and paint over. Best Rim Place in Los Angeles. I accidentally dented my Mercedes C300 Rim and i could not find it anywhere. I looked on ebay and there were 3 places selling it but they were in New York. I finally found a place that had my same rim in Los angeles. First i went to 3 places locally in NOHO that gave me the run around for 3 days saying they could fix the rim but never came thru. I finally got pissed off and took my rim back and looked on ebay and found Wheel Cosmos. From the first phone call there friendly staff assured me that they had the rim i wanted and or they could fix my existing rim. Once i arrived i was greeted with coffee and a 2 hour wait time while they fixed the rim. They offered a very clean waiting room with Wifi. I was very impressed while waiting at there rim collection. If i had not found these guys i would have been driving on a donut for another week. They gave me a great price. I was very happy to have my benz back on the road that day. I was recommended by a friend who got his rims repaired on his Audi, so I was already expecting great service. I had dented both of my front rims from driving like a maniac. When I brought my car they took great pride in repairing my rims. My front left rim had a minor hairline crack and they welded it for me as well. When I left, I felt a little off balance on my front right rim and I called and spoke with the owner Rafi. He said don't worry about it, if the problem still exists bring it back and we'll check it out for no extra charge. I brought it back and they fixed it, and no more wobbling. I almost used one of the services that comes to you and sands it down and repaints, but realized that my wheel had a type of machined finish that needed to be refinished rather than repainted.That led me to Wheel Cosmo, who is able to do this type of restoration and much more. I contacted Rafi, sent photos, and got a quote. When I brought the wheel, he realized it needed a little more work than he thought, but still held to the same price he quoted. This place is A-mazing! I completely tore up my rims trying to coming out of a parking lot in downtown LA. There was a delivery truck parked right in front of the exit. So in order for me to make the turn, I had to go slightly onto the sidewalk and didn't notice that it was high. Well, there went both passenger side rims on my 2015 Subaru WRX. My husband had called several places that he had worked with before, but they were all so far away and didn't have a fast turnaround. I was stressed with a leak in my daughters after market wheels. One of the rims had a previous bad weld repair and was now leaking. I took it to Wheel Cosmo and Rafi had the guys grind it down re-weld the rim. It now looks like new. I am very happy and satisfied. Well worth the money. It was a fair price as well and they did it while I waited. The repair took less than two hours. Really friendly staff as well. I will use them to refurb the wheels on my BMW. Great find. One of my wheels was leaking air at the valve. . Took it to three different tire places and they couldn't fix it. Looks like there was a crack on the rim. Called Rafi and he told me to bring it in anytime. So the next morning I took it in and found out that it was cracked. He told me that it was a hard fix but he would try his best. His team welded the crack and the the valve hole and re drilled a new valve hole. It's been two weeks and it holding air. Thank you Rafi and your team for a great job!!! read more

In March 2016, I took my BMW 535i to have Cosmo Wheel repair two wheels that were scratched. Cosmo is ligit. My wheels were repaired and looked new, just like when I purchased my car. Wheel Cosmo is FANTASTIC! I'm writing this review for my boss. He just got a new Infiniti Q50 and wanted to customize his wheels. All the local places near us didn't seem to have the best reviews on Yelp, so I found Wheel Cosmo on Google. After seeing reviews/pics, my boss set up an appointment. He dropped his car off in morning and the car was ready by 3:30pm that same day! He had his wheels powder-coated in black. The wheels look great. They look like they came straight from the factory that way. No imperfections, etc. Just a clean glossy black finish. I will be bringing my car soon and will definitely refer others as well.
