First let's discuss the crust. It doesn't taste like a traditional Italian pizza crust. Is that a bad thing? Absolutely not. It was a cross between a pizza crust and pastry dough and it was super yummy. I could eat it by itself and be happy. The Smother's Park was a good meat combo pizza and then there was the mashed potato pizza. Okay, it's odd but I must admit really enjoyed it! Also, the garlic knots are worth getting.

For example I beta tested the Kentucky Fudge Pecan Pie in a baby sized cup and found that I love it! I also reaffirmed that I have zero allergic reaction to pecans. Furthermore, I discovered that pie crust bits in ice cream are flipping fantastic and something I will include in my extensive list of things I am thankful for come this November's Turkey holiday. Props to the Ice Cream expert whom I had been told crafts these flavors in house. Is it some kind of Ice Cream elf? Maybe. That doesn't even matter. Who or whatever is making this delicacy is doing a great job at creaming this ice with fantastic flavor and ruining my ability to drop this final 4 lbs I'm trying to shed. This Not the first mishap I have dealt with from Door Dash drivers. The driver delivered the wrong order so I called Panera. They made everything right on their end then said that I'd have to call door dash customer service to have someone pick up the right order and bring it to me again and was even told I'd receive a follow up call to make sure I'd received my food. An hour later I still had not received the correct order and no follow up call. So I called Panera again and found that no one had been there yet. I again called Door Dash customer service and was told that the order had been completed so there was nothing that she could do aside from the refund which should be in my account within 5-7 days. The refund btw had been initiated by Panera Bread Not Door Dash. I do not understand WHY the driver could not be contacted to redeliver the correct order to my home to make it right. I was told that I could order everything again but why in the world would I want to take a chance on having the same thing happen AGAIN because of Door Dash? Panera was very nice about all of this and as far as I'm concerned Door Dash is completely at fault with this and failed me as a customer.
