Finally a sandwich salad place, it's like a dream come true, cause I love chicken salad, egg salad,…read moreand pimento salad, the southern holy trinity of sandwich salads. If they start serving ham and tuna salad, I'll probably have to cash out my 401k and become a franchisee. A place serving a pentatonic choice of sandwich salads is a near perfection; if they add bologna salad this place might rule the world. But then they will probably have to change the name to "Sandwich salad salvation". They even have a "Sassy Scott", if I were chicken salad this would be me, crazy. I got a "classic carol" club sandwich with broccoli salad. I also order a small pimento salad to try. Sandwich on a croissant is perfect. Broccoli salad is fresh with a hint of sweet. The cookie is a wonderful dessert. I liked the pimento salad, great flavor, fresh with a shredded texture. However, I miss the more cheese sauce texture of most pimento cheese. They have their own club style crackers, slightly different then standard club crackers, maybe some wheat, very good. Service was fast for my carry out order, they have a drive through service. Staff is friendly. Inside is inviting, dinner meets picnic vibe.

When I mentioned to her it was the wrong type of Chicken salad, she said, "my bad". She didn't offer to give me the correct order, just turned around and did something else. I could eat the Buffalo, but it's not my favorite and wasn't what I ordered.

About twice a month I drive a sixty mile round trip to get a chicken liver dinner from Lees. In the…read morepast their livers have been the best you can buy very moist and soft however on my visit today I received a dinner with livers that were dry as a bone and hard as a rock. I was there at about 7:00pm and I know exactly what they did. These livers obviously had been sitting around for hours allowing them to dry out. Why in the you know what would a manager allow something like this to be served to their customers? I don't know if I will go back not knowing if I'm going to get trash or not. You lost a great customer Lees!

I ate all three pieces in front of me and I opted for potato wedges and the Mac and cheese and I ate all of that too! All of it in one sitting. And I don't regret it. The chicken was sooo good! And that biscuit i had... oh man. I peeled it apart and took a look at it. Beautifully golden and lightly translucent from the butter. The young man who took my order made sure I didn't forget the honey for my biscuit and it was absolutely perfect. Lee's served me up with a biscuit better than some places in town that are supposedly known for their biscuitcraft. Oh yeah. The chicken! Lets get back to the chicken with its crunchy skin and tender meat all good to devour on their own nastiness but also accompanied by sauces to dip in. Oh my. It keeps the meal interesting when you have delicious sauces to change up the flavors with. I had ranch and honey mustard to work with and alternated between the two. The actual meal was a blur reminiscent of a shark feeding frenzy. I sat in my seat, the chicken was placed near me, and a instantly a pile of bones would appear. The workers must have thought i was a wood chipper type of machine. I sat near a TV in a tidy little dining room.which. The service was top notch and the employees looked like they enjoyed themselves at work. Not a bad experience at all. I'll be back for a gizxard meal some day. And a chicken sandwich. Props to the young dude who recommended the potatoes wedges. They were phenomenal.

I was looking forward to Cane's after reading all the glowing reviews!!! Well, ummmm…read more... Underwhelmed. If your claim to fame is chicken fingers, you'd think they would be stellar, right??? On a quiet Thursday evening we were served borderline cold fries, and 3 fingers.. quite small fingers... like 2 bites each. The ketchup dispenser was broken. Plus you have to pay for extra sauce. The prices seem high for these petite fingers. You can go next door to Meijer and get a big bag of frozen tenders for the price of 2 combos. I'm sorry Cane's.... But MEH.

Beautifully presented on a fine plastic bowl tray overlaid with custom printed paper (i suspect it's imported from the orient). I imagine the chicken fingers are each held up to the sun to bathe in its rays before the chef dips each one with loving care into a carefully prepared batter. Each chicken finger is held in the batter for exactly 14 seconds and this is repeated 14 times with the chef ceremoniously thanking the chicken in his mind for sacrificing its fingers for the sustenance of humanity. They are then fried in the finest oils pressed from plants grown with care by Brave farmers toiling tirelessly in the fields of this great country, driven by the sacred duty of securing the fried chicken oils to satiate the appetite of the people. How they accomplish this and still pop out my order within a minute of me tapping my card on the payment terminal is beyond me. It was efficient and the meal was stupid good. The special sauce should come in a cup and be offered as a beverage. As a plus, they have the tiny ice cubes that are the hottest (or should I say "coolest" (har har nyuck nyuck wink wink)) trend in the ice cube market. According to Ice Cube Digest, 9 of 10 ice cube users prefer the tiny ice cubes in their beverages and 100% of them prefer ice cubes when they want icy cool drinks. I made all that up but I bet it's 40% correct, 90% of the time for some populations probably almost. To sum it up cuz i need a food nap, eat here. It too goot. Now sleep bye. Music good, busy lobby. Awesome, mad friendly service. Cool decor.

I swear I come to Wonder Whip to order Chili Cheese Fries with a side of burger. It's crazy to me…read morethat I enjoy their chili cheese fries as much as I do. I may just promote this as the new diet trend of 2025. I ordered their jalapeño cheddar burger on this visit and upgraded my combo to a large side and a large drink with an additional upgrade to add chili and cheese to my fries. My order came out quick and the service was absolutely superb as usual. I took my meal to the table and hurriedly opened up my side order and the sight hit me hard. The ultimate order of... Chili...Cheese...Fries. it was a heaping mound of fries with loads of chili and cheese. In approval, I inadvertently exclaimed "yeah" too loud and quickly scoped around to see if anyone might have heard me. If they had, I'd be forced to take the meal to go. A hearty mountain of deliciousness. My mind spun through scenarios on how to take this task on. Hire a Sherpa, get a pickaxe, and a pack mule perhaps? No no no. My food would be cold by the time they arrived. Focus and use what is at hand. The Wonder Whip Angel provided me with a plastic fork like the Lady of the Lake. It came out of my white bag like Excalibur. I should have asked for a second fork in case the first one breaks or wears down. I should've had a contingency plan. Curse me for a fool! But wait. I still had that burger to get through. I hurriedly scarfed it down enjoying every bit of it, but distracted the entire time by the thought of getting to my fries. I made it to the last bite and thanked the burger for giving its nutrients to me. I raised my fork high with my right hand and opened the clam shell with my left. For anyone watching from afar, I'm sure they only saw a small tasmanian devil tornado of activity with arms and legs and chili and fries and cheese whipping about. They'd be surprised to know that amidst that chaos, was a happy man enjoying a great side dish at a terrific value thanks to Wonder Whip. Im full. Now sleep.
