I'm imagining her cutting fresh wheat grass and putting it through the tiny juice extraction machine. Came out and started banging a sealed container to loosen up the sediments and shook it up. I asked her , " Don't you guys press fresh wheat grass?" - she said No. my question is, how can you have a business with that in the name and promote it in many ways, and not give fresh juice ? After stumbling upon Nona's I began to feel a little more at ease about Owensboro's local scene. Nona's is the epitome of a local business. They strive to sell almost exclusively locally made products, and the owner is on the mission to serve her community as best she can and is so friendly. I really appreciate all Nona's stands for and love dropping by when I can to look at the locally crafted soaps, lotions, art work, and wide assortment of foods. Oh, and in addition to the cute store there is a juice bar and pottery painting business inside as well!

We need a few cases for the tour buses and very appreciative they had on hand. I wish I had time to explore the shop because it was top tier looking!!
