We both stand there for EIGHT MINUTES before any of the employees even look up from their phones. Finally, they take his order. A girl puts down her cell phone right on the counter where they make sandwiches and starts making his sandwiches, with her bare hands, no gloves -- which are required. During the process of making his sandwiches, she puts the sandwiches down several times to respond to texts on her cell phone. I just couldn't believe it. I had just ordered my sandwich and was about to swipe my credit card. I was just about in shock from the blatant disregard for food safety and obeying the law, etc...
