We have been coming there for a long time. We got a large mighty meat pizza. This was the worst pizza we have ever gotton there. It looked like it was thrown together. There was a 2 inch ring all around the pizza with nothing but a over abundance of sauce. The pizza had a very unfamiliar taste to the sauce. The topping started 2 inches from the edge of the crust. It sure wasn't worth the 28.00 we paid for it. I hope this was just a one time thing. read more

Pizza 54 Express. Last night, my son ordered a pizza from them. Loaded with everything but anchovies. When it was delivered they left it laying on the porch, no knock or door bell. When I brought it into the house & opened it I was stunned! Burned crust and cheese only. He paid $56.00 for it! He called them, they would not send out another pizza & they would not refund his money!!! Not a great way to do business especially when you pay that kind of $$$. We are done with them!! read more

My wife and I just placed an order online and couldn't be more pleased The online ordering was simple and the pictures and descriptions of products was very good. We ordered a deluxe Stromboli and stuffed breadsticks with cheese with a side of garlic butter. The order was ready for pick up exactly as said I was greeted warmly upon arriving at the convenient drive thru. i understand that this was about 3 hours after the power got turned back on but it took me being at pizza express for a hour because they had to fire up the pizza oven and then got both of our orders wrong even though it only had 3 toppings they still forgot the ham so then they just added it on after I will also say for the price that I paid I would have expected some kind of coupon or something especially after they got the order wrong and i was there for a hour!! my order was one personal pepperoni pizza and a large Hawaiian pizza I feel like that's pretty simple but it might be just me.I could also hear them in the back just talking about gossip while making my pizza that could have contributed to forgetting my toppings and messing up the personal pizza.i would have expected better from 54 pizza express. read more

I order my second pizza from 54 Pizza on Tuesday 5/14/19. The first pizza I order a few weeks ago was great! This latest one, not so much. After eating 3 slices of what was delicious pizza, on the evening of 5/14/19, I woke up the following morning with stomach cramps and major diarrhoea. I rarely get sick and at age 61 I have had food poisoning a few times. I was fairly certain I had it again. On 5/15/19 I called the store I ordered the pizza from to express my concern. I was met will a tone of "really dude ... that doesn't happen with our pizza". The person I spoke with said he would relay my concern to the owner whom I never heard from. UPDATE: Late night I ate a piece of the leftover pizza I had frozen from the 5/14 pizza. I thought maybe I had just had a touch of the flu. In the past, I have had a great experience here, and the food is really good. However, this past week I ordered to go. When I got my food, it wasn't right. I had ordered two chicken bacon ranch subs, add onions and mayo. When I got our food, it was just onions and mayo. I called to let them know that my order was wrong. Instead of helping fix the problem I spoke with Jennifer who made our order and says she made it correctly. I took a picture of it, and it was wrong. Jennifer had a serious attitude about it but said the next time we came in they would take care of it. So a few days later I called to make the order and the manager said that she believed Jennifer and would not take care of our order. This should have been no big deal and easy to fix, but instead of taking care of the customer J-E-N-N-I-F-E-R (she very rudely spelled her name to me on the phone) wanted to argue. At this point, I don't want the order remade, I straight want my almost $40 dollars back. And I most certainly don't want J-E-N-N-I-F-E-R to make my food!!! Just know that if they get your order wrong you will be met with argument instead of a solution. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! RUDE EMPLOYEES! After a screwed up pizza from a competitor, we ordered pizza from 54 express. It was 10:50 pm on Saturday night, 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. We asked for delivery and the gal told me it would be an hour to get the pizza. So I asked if I could come and pick it up and she said yes. Definitely worth the drive from our hotel downtown!! First time we ordered a pizza anywhere with double pepperoni and actually got double pepperoni. Toppings were tasty. But the five star rating was earned by the customer service we received. They could have easily told me they were closing in ten minutes and couldn't make the pizza. But they took the order and cooked a delicious pie. read more

I was taken here by a work colleague who knows the owners. I really enjoyed the food. They building is nothing to write home about, but the pizza and bread knots make up for any lack of ambiance. My friend always orders that Buffalo Chicken salad and seems to enjoy it. Once while here is ordered and we split an order of the pepperoni bred knots. Next time we agreed we need to skip the other stuff and just order these. :-) Super good and filling. I usually order one of there specialty pizzas. Great crispy crust with toppings to the edge. I am so glad I took a chance and ordered this pizza! I am new in town and ya just never know if its worth the risk. This is a great little pizza with lots of flavor and cooked just right. The salad was fresh and tasty as well. I meant to save a slice of my mini pizza for tomorrow but I ate the whole thing tonight! The delivery was on time and the driver was very nice. Best pizza in town hands down. My family and I have been going to this location nearly every Friday for a few months now. It's the most delicious rut I have ever been in. The pizza is always top notch. I don't know if they're using a different cheese blend than other pizza joints but I swear their cheese is just better. My husband loves their Stromboli and my son the sandwich called the extra. Dine in customers also get a free chocolate chip cookie warm from the oven. Who wouldn't love that? It may seem pricey compared to national chains but you get what you pay for. The quality is better and they don't skimp on the toppings. read more
