He explained that the service department was closed for the day, but he took all of our information and encouraged us to come in first thing in the morning and speak with the service department. He also informed us that he would leave them a note to expect us. He was kind enough to even give us lodging information for the night. We had called another dealer two hours away. They told us they could see us on Monday. We have a 2 Day drive to get home and needed to be to work by Monday. We were in a pinch. James went above and beyond with kindness and consideration and knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some service to their vehicle.
