Pad Thai, medium heat.

Whealthy is almost there, I think they have a pretty sweet concept and some unique equipment to carry out their vision. They are just missing the final execution to tie everything together. Known for their build your own stir fry, Whealthy takes the Chipotle style selection process and turns it into a place where custom stir-fries are at your fingertips. I actually really like their general concept. You choose a flavor profile, a grain, some veggies and a couple of meats to round out your creation. They mix everything into a rotating pot-like cooker, a piece of equipment that I've never seen before. The spinning motion mixes all of your ingredients together and the large flame cooks everything in the pot and puts on a show. While the food in general tastes decent, the preparation seems a bit clumsy and unrefined. I came to try their fried rice and the final product ended up being a container of mushy rice with all of my meats and vegetables. I think the rice ended up becoming too oily and wet from the stir fry sauce, causing the rice to become mushy. I came on another instance and ordered their pad thai. Although I chose the ingredients, the final product resembled nothing of a pad thai. First off, they don't have rice noodles so I settled for udon noodles, not the biggest deal. The big problem was that when I received the final dish, all of the noodles were sitting in a pool of liquid, and a lot of it. Again, it caused the udon noodles to become mushy, and pad thai isn't even a liquidy dish to begin with. In the end, there was enough liquid to act a soup. Again, the final dish tasted decent, but had some flaws. My final complaint is that lack of spice control. The jump from mild to medium gets really spicy way too quickly. Whenever I order mild, it's missing some flavor and flair. When I order medium, my mouth becomes a blaze. There needs to be some middle ground spice level in my opinion. Overall, Whealthy just needs to tighten a few things up and they will be perfect!

All self ordering through a kiosk. 1 kiosk. Ordering can be REAL slow depending on who is in front of you . You pick noodle type, veggies and proteins and they mix together for you. Tried one cream pasta and one bulgogi. Small restaurant, few tables .

This place is a must try. The dine in experience allows you to see how the food is uniquely prepared, the staff is very courteous and the food is well seasoned which I prefer. You can dine in or enjoy your food outside.

Whealthy offers great options of rice and noodle bowls packed with authentic Asian flavors. All of the ingredients are out on the counter so you can see them as your order and everything looked fresh. Essentially the menu showcases a variety of cooking options and then as you go down the counter, you can custom pick your noodle style, 3x vegetables, and 2x proteins. I ordered the Egg Ram don bowl with egg noodles, mushrooms, green onions, broccoli, shrimp, and pork belly. They didn't seem to be that strict on 3x veggie limit so that's nice too. After ordering, the staff makes your bowl individually behind the counter and you get to see the blow torch heating up the food. It's a unique concept and definitely a great way to keep food separate for anyone with diet restrictions, as each cooker gets changed out between uses. I definitely recommend the Egg Ram dom, but note it does have a slight kick to it (called out on the menu, but slightly more than I was expecting). I also really liked the pork belly and when I come back I'll probably do 2 pork belly protein choices instead of the shrimp and pork belly. Solid lunch/dinner!

I was beyond pleasantly surprised when finally stepped through the door, and decided to give it a shot. I am not sure what I was expecting, but it surpassed my expectations. I really enjoyed the novelty of the barrels in which they cook the food. It reminds me of a sample coffee roaster (I am a bit of a coffee geek, and long time coffee professional). The menu was fairly simple, I think 8 main options, but then the ability to customize your dish was nearly limitless. Several different proteins, animal and plant based, including pork belly! Yeah! Who doesn't love some pork belly... nearly a dozen different vegetable options, and a few carb choices. On top of it all, prices are very reasonable. This is a spot that should absolutely be in your lunch list. Go check it out!

I usually go to Buford Hwy for my Asian food fix but Whealthy didn't have many reviews & I am a public servant at heart! It's in the Willie's/Trader Joes lot so there's ample, free parking. I was the sole customer as K-Pop videos played in the background & the friendly staff chatted me up. Then you choose noodles (Spaghetti, Udon & Egg) or rice (white or brown). 2 proteins (Tofu, Shrimp, Pork Belly, Beef & Chicken (dark meat only) and 3 veggies (jalapenos, roasted tomatoes, zucchini etc.) for $11.95. My chef recommended the Creamy Pasta which didn't disappoint. They were out of spaghetti so I chose egg noodles (stellar), chicken and pork belly, (bad combo but more about that later,) carrots, mushrooms and broccoli. The carrots had seen better days but the other toppings were fresh. The meat was cooked in a fire pot which was pretty cool to watch. In 15 minutes my meal was piping hot & layered with fresh parmesan cheese! The verdict - DELICIOUS. The portion wasn't huge but more than enough for the average appetite, especially at that price point. I was satiated. I LOVED the creamy sauce and the egg noodles especially! I'd never had pork belly & didn't care for its chewy, bacon fat texture & the sliced carrots were hard. But it was my creation.. I'd definitely order the Creamy Pasta again but with chicken and shrimp (or bacon,) mushrooms, broccoli & spinach. I recommend Whealthy & will return!

This is my second time ordering out from Whealthy and I have mixed feelings about them being less than a mile from my home. On one hand, I'm happy to have finally found some decent shrimp fried rice that I enjoy, these Chinese restaurants out here just don't compare to what I'm used to. On the other hand, I will have to practice self control whenever I'm hungry and feeling lazy because this spot could easily be added to my weekly food rotation! My two issues are how oily the rice is (both times I've purchased from here I have found the rice to be excessively oily) and the fact that they're putting piping hot food into cheap plastic containers. This promotes leaching, which is the transfer of leaking of chemicals from the plastic into the food. I know tons of companies use these types of plastic containers, but the fact is that they're extremely unhealthy, so it's disappointing that a company claiming to promote that "health is wealth" would use them.

Had a early dinner here Great little place with descent food. Try them out it's worth it. Just be cautious when asking for spicy level.

If you think the Creamy Pasta is a little bland, put a table spoon of regular miso and mix it... trust me. SOOOO GOOD.

We decided to try this this Asian place for the first time today based on their reviews on Yelp. We also got the Traditional Chinese Dumplings (Pork) and I have to say I was not impressed, the flavor was just plain. I got the non spicy Sesame Chicken which was not bad but I've had better and it didn't have that many "sesame seeds" on the top like I've gotten from other places. My partner ordered the Sweet Pineapple chicken and it wasn't bad, to me it was just okay. We ordered the traditional Chinese fried rice (Combination) which was good. The lady who welcomed us in was very attentive, her service was lovely. The restaurant it's small but it has a charm to it and the Jazz music that was playing was very lovely.

On the other hand the food was ok, in my opinion, the fried rice was the best, but I have to say the beef in the fried rice tasted strange. We also ordered the Sesame Chicken, was like a 7. Then we had Sweet Pineapple Chicken, was like a 7 as well. The Crab Rangoon were a bit salty, for my taste. And last we tried the Pork Dumplings they were also okay. Not too impressed with this restaurant. It's soooo hard to find a truly amazing Chinese/Asian restaurant nowadays. Sorry, not sorry. My opinion.

There were groups of people who ent I early, so I thought I'd see I asked the host and he said they do open at 11:45, but they were open and took me to a table. The waitress was prompt to take my drink order and was welcoming. It'd been years since I've gone as I live in Duluth and don't get there often. I was there for the sushi so I headed straight to that section. Since it was early, the sushi looked fresh and had detailed signs of what each rolls or nigiri had. One thing I noticed, the pieces were much smaller than what I remembered. The fish was thinly sliced, so it seemed that two pieces were the equivalent to one piece at other sushi places. I got my plate of sushi and then went o get a plate of the salads and cold vegetables. The presentation of each salad was nice when they are first put out. I did go look to see what hot foods were available but decided to wait until I finished my sushi and salads. Once finished, I did go back to the hot dishes. I was pretty full by then, but thought I'd try a few dishes. The steamed fish was gone as well as some of the other dishes, so I thought I'd try only a very few dishes---bulgogi, jap chae, and a battered sweet chicken. I bit into the chicken and it was cold! This was a dish that was on the steam table. The bulgogi and jap chae were so so. When I looked at the chicken dumplings and shu Mai, they looked dry and over steamed. Unappetizing in my opinion. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and the wait staff were bustling with clearing the plates as well as refilling the hot tea. I was actually surprised when I got the bill. It was $20.99 before tax for lunch. I thought that was the old price when I was on the website. But that seems to be cheaper than other sushi buffets in the area. I don't think they impose a time limit and they don't tell you that you have to finish what you get before you can get another plate. I'll go again because I love sushi!

The inside is counter service with 6 tables and the staff is very friendly and helpful when deciding what to eat. The inside also has a really impressive mural on the wall. The service was quick and the food was fairly priced. The food was largely tasty. To start with the best part, I had the sesame chicken and it was very sweet which I really liked. We also shared the pork dumplings which we enjoyed, but we might try out a different type of dumplings next time. I also tried the pork burger which had really good meat, and in the future I'll try to see if anything can be added to boost the flavor a little bit. My girlfriend has the chicken fried rice which she enjoyed but said would benefit from just a little more flavor. Overall, Handmade Dumplings and Noodles was a great experience and we look forward to returning.

When they say it's handmade, they aren't joking. We watched as dumplings were being made there on the spot. The atmosphere is almost like a quick serve spot with to-go lids by the door, but the don't let that fool you. The Dan Dan noodles were tasty and it was a pretty large serving. Texture of the noodles was nice and they tasted fresh. The menu says they are spicy but I found it pretty mild. If heat is not your thing, it's probably fine. I'd say it was a 2 on a scale of 10. I prefer something more like a 6 to 8 so I would just ask for it to be spicier next time. If were to go there by myself, I would probably just get an order of the dumplings. An order contains 10 dumplings which was more filling than a mere appetizer. It was also a really reasonable price for the quality and quantity of food you get. Really tasty filling, but the taste and texture of the dumpling dough was the standout for me. I went with the pan fried version which gave them a nice golden crisp on one side as you can see from the picture. If you are in the Marietta area, I would give it a shot. I'll likely be back. Fresh, handmade, and tasty food, at a reasonable price is hard to beat.
