To start off, I've driven by on Sundays forgetting they don't open Sundays, so that is an inconvenience. I also went by a couple of saturdays ago around 5:20pm (they close at 6) and they had already put a cone on the driveway and were not taking in new cars for the rest of the day. That being said, this last time (when I finally was able to find them open and taking in new people) the hallway floor, where the car wash windows are, was filthy. There was trash and paper towels on the floor. The attendant in the front desk was watching a show on her phone (so she wasn't too busy to pick up the trash on the floor) and made me wait to pause her show before she greeted me. When I got home after getting my car back, there was dog hair still on the back seat that they did not vacuum. I am never coming back here. I am normally not the type of high maintenance customer who needs everything perfect but I will not pay money for a half cleaned car. And it is a nightmare to find them open. I just rather drive the extra distance and know my car will be washed properly and I can cmgo on Sundays.
