I've been here a couple of times because it is closer to my regular carwash and this past time is the last I'll ever go. To start off, I've driven by on Sundays forgetting they don't open Sundays, so that is an inconvenience. I also went by a couple of saturdays ago around 5:20pm (they close at 6) and they had already put a cone on the driveway and were not taking in new cars for the rest of the day. That being said, this last time (when I finally was able to find them open and taking in new people) the hallway floor, where the car wash windows are, was filthy. There was trash and paper towels on the floor. The attendant in the front desk was watching a show on her phone (so she wasn't too busy to pick up the trash on the floor) and made me wait to pause her show before she greeted me. When I got home after getting my car back, there was dog hair still on the back seat that they did not vacuum. I am never coming back here. I am normally not the type of high maintenance customer who needs everything perfect but I will not pay money for a half cleaned car. And it is a nightmare to find them open. I just rather drive the extra distance and know my car will be washed properly and I can cmgo on Sundays. read more

Everything was going fine until I was outside waiting for my car to be done. I watched 6 vehicles come out after me and get done and gone before ANYONE went over to my car. I went inside and said something to the lady at the register told me I would have to walk out to a man on the other side from where I was and talk to him. Why would I endanger myself with cars flying out of the car wash. This isn't the first time this has happened. They seem to like to clean for high end cars first. Hopefully we will get a new car wash so I can take my business elsewhere. read more

They pulled my car out of the way and left it for 30 minutes. While they dried and did the interior of cars that came out afterwards. They use to be good but it looks like they have no management outside helping ensure the cars are done in any order, just where they are parked gets priority. read more

I needed my car cleaned for my upcoming wedding. I saw the reviews online and thought it should be ok. I paid for the top of the line package that includes air freshener. First off didn't ask what scent I wanted so I figured due to supply chain maybe only had one scent. Get to my car after they say it is done. The dashboard wasn't cleaned at all. The cups in the doors not cleaned. Then notice nothing is cleaned or armour all put on anything. Waste of money. read more

Honestly if there was a negative number to give I would give it. I totally understand stuff happens but what I don't understand and will never understand is lack of integrity. We went to have my car washed today my car is my baby I absolutely love my car that being said when my car came out of the car wash my husband noticed the passenger door flew open, keep in mind it's a 2016 Dodge Challenger and the door doesn't just swing open(had it been closed to begin with). That being said we watched them do their thing thinking well if there is any water they are taking care of it whatever. Wrong! They waived their towels went to the car the carpet on the floor was soaked my seats are leather and they did their best to make it look like they didn't get soaked....I was livid they KNEW they did this yet they did NOTHING until it was brought to their attention. I did get a refund and they did try to get all the water out of the car but the fact remains they knew and did nothing .I mean the seatbelt was soaked the carpet was saturated I mean the door was open through the whole dang wash and yet they said nothing. Like I said I got a refund after I HAD to ask for one and they did use some sort of thing to suck the water out but like I said they knew and never said a word. I will never ever go back based on that alone like I said integrity is everything. read more

The two times I have sent my wife there it has been issues. This last time I was there we parked and handed the keys off to the host. We made sure windows were rolled up and all their requirements were checked. Car comes out and the car seat is filled with water, floor mats were soaked and personal items were wet. Off course we don't speak Spanish so we asked for a manager, and all he offered was a insinuation that it was our fault, and they weren't responsible. We know that the windows were up for sure, and the way the manager felt with the situation was sub-par at best. It is a shame I even tried to call and ask to speak to another manager, but no return call. We got our car clean up. If you choose to call and have a problem you can expect this type of integrity. read more

This was the second time I've been there in the past couple of months. And I must say I am NOT impressed.....I had to ask again about them vacuuming my car out. It looked it had not been vaccines. Then after leaving I notice that they didn't even get all the spill spots washed out of my front passenger seat. I was very disappointed today . . . after taking my Jeep Wrangler to Main Street Car Wash, countless times in the last five years . . all of a sudden, today, they implement a new policy against a vehicle with an after-market, albeit dealer installed, roof rack. Never been a problem for all these years . . . but today they ask me to leave, un-serviced, after waiting in a line of about 20 vehicles. Thanks a lot! On a related note . . . today was the day I was going to mention to management, that I and others, have had I-phone chargers go missing, while the vehicles were being cleaned. Nice! read more

BAD NEWS, AVOID! I brought my truck here on 5/12/18 to get a regular wash. I thought they did a fair job (not spectacular, but certainly acceptable). But on my way out of the wash, something felt odd with the drive. I looked down and noticed a small floor mat from the back of the truck (extended cab) was now on the spot where the driver mat was. I quickly returned to the wash and asked to speak to the manager. She got the person responsible for the wash and they showed me a ticket where they circled the number "2", indicating I only had 2 mats. But currently there were 3 and when I arrived I had 4! So I told them this made no sense, someone can write the number 99 on the ticket for all I care, it doesn't prove or mean a thing, because I'm missing a floor mat that was there when I arrived and gone now! But someone knew there was a missing mat, because they moved one of the small (and completely different shaped) mats from the back of the cab to the driver's position. I got nowhere with the manager as her English was poor and I had another appointment to go to so I left and called the car wash when I got home later, asking to speak to the owner. The owner never bothered to call back after 3 messages were left over the course of a week, so I guess he/she decided tough luck for me. There is a sign posted that says not to leave valuables, but one would never guess that included your floor mats! If you decide to visit this car wash, and I'd advise strongly against it, please take thorough pictures of your vehicle before they take it because you never know what will be missing when they turn the vehicle back to you. read more

I was here on 12/26/18 and had a wonderful experience. Yes, the wait in line was much longer than other car washes but once I saw how my car came out it was completely worth it. I was hesitant to come because of negative reviews on here and I believe my positive experience was due solely to the woman who worked on my car after it went through the wash. She really took the time and did a fantastic job on the inside. It looks new and smells fantastic - I chose the new car smell. I will be back and recommend giving this place a try. read more

Was not very impressed with the quality of work here. Had to call one of the workers back to reclean the dash and console. Didn't notice they missed spots on the rims and the interior floor and seats were also still dirty after they were done. I was recently there on 1/20/2018 and paid for the full wash with the RainGuard. For the past couple of times I have not seen or smelled the fragrance of choice in my car they claim to give you. Then to top it all off when you go in to pay after your car has been through the wash they have a memo posted on the glass of the car wash near the register stating, " For safety reasons they will no longer be washing your wheel fenders, thanks for understanding". They should have had the sign posted on the outside before going in or the attendant should tell the customer of the new policy so you can make an informed choice. Needless to say, I had red mud and salt under them from all the recent snow. They washed my car and tires but left the muddy wheel fenders. It looked terrible and royally pissed me off. I won't be going back until they figure out a safe way to wash my wheel fenders along with the rest of my car since this is what I paid for. SHAME ON YOU! read more

On 11.3.18 at 3:00pm I bought your $28.00 Guardian Package (for my garage kept) 2016 Honda Odyssey. After waiting 40 minutes, no problem, I start to leave and notice the carpets weren't vacumned properly. It was promptly taken care of. While this was being done I looked the van over, finding 3 bugs remaining in the grill and windshield dirty in the very center. I could have lived with this. I left and about a mile down the road when the sun came through windows to allow me to see what they looked liked. There was dried glass cleaner on the entire windshield, the back window had dirty water streaks (three) down back window. Here's what else was wrong: no air freshner was applied, second row seats not vaccumned , side mirrors were cleaned in the middle only,windshield and 4 side windows coverd with cloth fuzz, drivers side window also had dried glass cleaner and a long smeared streak that wasn,t even there when I brought it in. The upper edges of all the side windows had not even attempted to be cleaned. Yes, I could have brought it back and pointed these things out but after finding the number of things not professionally handled I was certainly not in a frame of mind to waste any more time to a service I paid for and will now have to finish myself. Windows have been an issue in the past and there's always a redo but everyone has their limits and I have reached mine. I will no longer do business with your establishment and I will make sure if someone asks for a good car wash, I will have to tell them to avoid yours.
