After submitting my inquiry, I was contacted almost immediately by Adam. After I answered a few simple questions, regarding the property and vehicle, my appointment was set. My options of day and time were very accommodating and we had no issue setting up an appointment the next day. Nick showed up on time and ready to begin. I should note here that the property is from the 1920's and has no garage or other typical accommodations. Access to a shady space, water, and electric posed a challenge but Nick thought around these limitations and was soon hard at work. I have a medical service dog, a short hair breed, and the interior had amassed a collection of her fur in some hard to reach places. She also drools quite a bit and had left one of my door cards painted in drips. Add to that the left over pollen and dust and it was safe to say that Nick would be putting in some work this day. While getting set up, Nick was very laid back, personable, and communicative. Then he got to work. The interior came out much better than I had expected and I was left with that "new car smell and feel" once more. Nick did not rush through the process, taking his time in each section to ensure the best possible results. I never once felt as though I had been taken advantage of or that I had overpaid. I have no qualms about coming back for another seasonal refresh. I do have two suggestions based on my first experience. I rent my space and the property management company has a zero tolerance policy for smoking, even in the yard. It would be a good idea for C&M employees to ask the client if its ok to smoke on the property. While I have no issue with this personally (former smoker myself), it does violate my lease terms and could be a potential problem for me (office is right around the corner). Id also suggest providing a summary of the proposed services at a given price point. This would also be good for business as it would provide you with the opportunity to upsell add on services. For example, Id have been happy to discuss getting the car waxed if offered. In the end, I feel as though I received better care and service than expected. At no time did I feel like I was just a number. The persons I interacted with treated me with respect, professionalism, and a friendliness that reminds me of why I support local business. I wont hesitate to return when needed. read more

I recently got a car for my teen and there was a pretty awful paint spill on the cloth in the backseat. I reached out to C&M Mobile Detailing to see if they could handle it.
