Auto Body Express repaired damage to my Durango caused by impacting a fox. The front bumper was replaced. It's a large plastic bumper that required removing and replacing lights, painting the new bumper to match the car, getting the new bumper in place... They did an excellent job. No hassle at all on my part. I took it by for them to assess the damage, they did all the paperwork for my insurance, ordered parts, set up a date to bring it in (just two days later). When I brought it in I just dropped off the keys... came back later and the car was like new. They washed it for me too. Absolutely no hassle for me. Everyone was extremely polite and easy to work with. They asked for my deductible to be paid in cash or by cashiers check, which is something I can relate to as a small business owner. They were recommended by State Farm and have a good relationship with them. They are able to handle all the paperwork so all I had to do was give them my insurance card, answer a few questions and we were done. So I did receive a new headlight that I installed myself today. The old yellow headlight that "Auto Body Express" put on my vehicle last week had only two of the four bolts required to safely attach. They were the two you could easily see. The hard ones were not even there. Honestly...stay away from these shysters. They don't perform even standard work. I would never use them again. My car was there a month for minor damage. In fairness to the owner, he planned to fire the person responsible. I would call to get an update. I would be put on hold for 30 min. I was suppose to get updates on my phone but this never happened. The delay was not because of insurance. They tried to communicate with them also. I was not the only one this happened to. read more

They had the car for almost two months . . . and I am still dealing with a poor quality job. This was not a big repair (about $1,000) but they somehow found a way to keep the car forever. When I finally did get it back the interior door panel (speaker grill) was broken, missing a part, and three different color (and broken) door panel clips. To do the job perfectly would have taken another twenty minutes. Have been trying to get the owner, Travis, to take a look and fix it. However Travis is NEVER available. I am sorry to say this has been a really bad deal for me. Such a simple repair turns into a Federal project. Sad indeed. read more

This rating is not for the work that was done but for the unethical way our claim was handled. We were given an estimate by them of the work that needed to be done to our vehicle. We told them not to do anything additional unless they called us and got our approval. However they contacted our insurance company and got a copy of what they had approved and paid to us for the repairs. When we went to pick up the vehicle ABS had almost DOUBLED their original estimate, and lo and behold it was within $100 of what the insurance company had paid us less our deductible. All without any prior authorization from us. Not a very ethical way to do business! read more
