They claim to be Lexus experts (my car is a Lexus). Different employees told me different recommendations which was concerning. I dropped the car off and the next day got a voicemail that the car was fixed and ready for pickup. Great, when I finished transferring my belongings back into my car I am told it just went up on the lift to get worked on. No work had been done whatsoever. Lots of miscommunications on their end. Finally, when I schedule an appointment to get the car fixed the following week they tell me they can't get me in/don't have a loner car until the following week because some people blew their engines and their cars were being worked on. I said "forgot it, nevermind" and went to a competitor I used in Greenville before. They fixed my car in less than 24 hours and had the loner car ready. Ridiculous..

Great. But after another three hours with no updates, I finally asked what was going on; only then did they tell me they didn't even have the correct brake pads and had been waiting on replacements. Had I known that up front, I never would've wasted my entire afternoon sitting there. I was finally out the door five minutes before closing, and they charged me nearly $300 for the privilege of waiting around all day with zero communication. On top of that, I have a blood clotting disorder and currently have two clots in my legs. Sitting for four hours straight without warning put my health at serious risk. If they had simply informed me they were waiting on a part, I could've come back later or made a safer decision for myself. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing, and I will not be returning.

It's a large plastic bumper that required removing and replacing lights, painting the new bumper to match the car, getting the new bumper in place... They did an excellent job. No hassle at all on my part. I took it by for them to assess the damage, they did all the paperwork for my insurance, ordered parts, set up a date to bring it in (just two days later). When I brought it in I just dropped off the keys... came back later and the car was like new. They washed it for me too. Absolutely no hassle for me. Everyone was extremely polite and easy to work with. They asked for my deductible to be paid in cash or by cashiers check, which is something I can relate to as a small business owner. They were recommended by State Farm and have a good relationship with them. They are able to handle all the paperwork so all I had to do was give them my insurance card, answer a few questions and we were done.
