    Left: Tuna. Right: Mahi
    Yu S.

Easily one of my favorite food trucks in Jacksonville so far. The seared tuna is in long succulent strips. The mahi in the first street taco is perfectly grilled. However, what's equally important is the pineapple mango salsa, as well as the Peruvian sauce and pico de gallo with the mahi. It offers the intense umami contrast that I often crave. You can get even more of that appetizing sourness if you get the cucumber salad as a side instead of fries.

Found this cool Air Stream Food Trailer parked at the community center in my neighborhood when leaving the pool. It had a nice size line in front so had to check out the vibe. Saw they were serving seafood tacos and the menu was super welcoming. I figured I would get one and try it by the pool. That Ahi Tuna Taco was so good I came back and got another 2 and the fried shrimp basket! Do your self a favor and check them out. Totally worth the "experience" Super happy and friendly crew also

I checked out the menu in front of this airstream trailer and everything sounded good. They offer fried chicken, fried shrimp, grilled mahi, and pan seared ahi tuna tacos with various toppings. If tacos aren't your thing, they also have shrimp and chicken baskets, and hush puppies as a side. I was at a food truck event so I decided to try just one taco from this place so that I would still have an appetite to check out other trucks. When I went up to the window to order, I asked whether the taco was was served with anything else. Often times, a few chips or a small side will accompany the taco. For $6, I thought that might have been reasonable. But, this truck just serves a single taco. I ordered the First Street taco - grilled mahi with a pineapple mango salsa, peruvian sauce, and pico de gallo. When my order was ready, the ladies in the truck joked that they almost ate my taco because I took so long to come back to get it. The taco had a huge piece of fish, much larger than the size of fish that I was anticipating. It was sitting on top of a regular-sized flour tortilla and it had a good amount of toppings. Initially I was worried that the tortilla would not be able to withstand the weight of the fish or the juice from the salsa but surprisingly, it all held together. The fish was very nicely prepared and seasoned and the sweet salsa complemented it so well. It was really good and it all tasted very fresh. A grilled tortilla really would've made this wonderful. If I see them out again, I will definitely stop by. It was worth the $6.

Here at Greystone Park until 2PM (5/24/18)!

Best Ahi Tuna Taco hands down! Supreme deliciousness! Talk about perfect lunch with large portion of 6-7 perfectly and very lightly seared ahi tuna slab pieces...melt in your mouth delicious accompanied by a bit of shredded lettuce, fresh pineapple chucks and a very tasty Shoyu sauce all wrapped in a yummy larger flour taco wrap! Another great food truck with super food selections and customer service (1230 showtime and no wait and no line this Thursday) that I'm adding to the Food Truck "must hit up" list! So good, you can't pass it up!

Street taco with Peruvian sauce on the left and key west taco. $4 each but you might want to buy at least 2 for complete meal.

Would you like to know the catch? The service. (Do all us Yelpers and yourself a favor and remove your "unknown" deal off your Yelp page if you aren't keen on honoring it.) The catch is that they don't want to honor the Yelp check in reward (1 free drink with food purchase). They deny knowing anything about it. Then they try to get you to sign up with their own rewards program. Then put a guilt trip on you. The guy trying to convince me to sign up for their rewards program called out very loudly over my shoulder to the guy in the food truck, "oh i guess i'll pay for this one." Meh. not going there again. I can always go to Flying Iguana for some delicious tacos. (I've only had a small glimpse of Flying Iguana's legendary goodness at the MOSH Yelp event and I am already hooked. They were bursting with much more flavors than the tacos at What's the Catch.) However, If this guilt trip and outright denial doesn't bother you, then feel free to have a taco here. They are pretty tasty and they have creative combinations of flavors. At Whats the Catch, the Key West taco has a nice mix of flavors and the 1st Street Taco has peruvian sauce in it. Delicious! But still not as spectacularly tasty and addictive as the taco I had from Flying Iguana which definitely runs miles around the Whats the Catch tacos. Also, Whats the Catch tacos cost twice the price of my favorite go-to taco spot Mr. Taco (which also features tacos with more flavorful depth than the Whats the Catch tacos). $4 per each taco at Whats the Catch vs. $2 per taco at Mr. Taco. FYI. Service? I'll take my money elsewhere, spank you very much.

    Ahi Tuna Taco

Hi, my name is Maya and I have a Food Truck addiction hahaha. This trip was my 4th truck in a week and I had swore that I'd not go to another one after the 3rd truck. I couldn't resist since I'd never had them before and the prices were reasonable. My coworkers and I found them on Jax Truckies and decided to go check them out since they were nearby. The guy at the counter was friendly and offered us suggestions based on what we were in the mood for. I got a Ahi Tuna taco and a bag of chips. Simple lunch. Though it's just one taco, it's pretty big and it hit the spot for a lunch meal. The tuna was nice and fresh and the pineapple made it perfect. I did see that there was a check-in offer for a free drink but I had already paid for my meal. I'll save it for the next time I'm feeling taco-y to see if they'll honor it.

wait what...I haven't reviewed this truck??!! About a grillion years ago when food trucks were a new and different thing, my very first food truck eats were from What's the Catch..i remember that shrimp taco as if it were just last night..and I also remember the friendly face and great customer service I experienced. Fast forward to now..i went to the taco takeover food truck rally..i went after the gym, so I was sweaty and hungry! My friend and I had the Key West taco which was grilled mahi and had a jalapeno aioli...it was perfection, and not bogged down by any heavy ingredients so I felt like I was making a somewhat smart choice..it came with a hushpuppy and some lime slices as well..great presentation, awesome flavors ,and that same smiling face that greeted me last time. I love this truck and will always remember the taco that made my life different all those years ago.

Overpriced but tasty tacos. I think they have a special or at least when I ate there - You get two tacos and a side of fries for X amount. I thought I took a picture of the menu, but I did not. Would I eat here again? Yes, probably.

The Key West taco, Baja Beach taco and Blue Lava tacos

I love seeing this food truck around town - the 1971 throwback silver Airstream always catches my eye when I see it around Hodges and events around Jacksonville. What's the Catch has the best fish tacos I've ever had in Jacksonville - and I've tried a lot! The fish (and toppings) are always fresh, grilled with a light crisp and served with great flavor combos. They also don't skimp on the fish and shrimp as I've seen other spots around town do - these are big chunks that won't disappoint. So far I've tried the Key West taco (fresh grilled grouper with citrus, chopped lettuce, some pico, avocado, cilantro and a drizzle of lime cilantro sauce), the Baja Beach Taco ( blackened grouper, corn & black bean salsa, some chopped lettuce and their signature sauce) and the Blue Lava Shrimp Taco (fried shrimp covered in a mild Buffalo sauce and Blue Cheese dressing, with celery and carrot shavings on top). All worth trying, and I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. Even though they were busy when I stopped by, the staff was handling the crowd with ease. Our order came out quickly and the girls up front were very nice. Thanks for a great lunch!

Taco combo with a brew (sold from different location)

Tried this place for the first time. Will I go back, hell yes!!! Had the Spicy Seared Ahi and Blue Lava Shrimp taco combo with Hush Puppies. Food was excellent and online ordering was simplistic and spot on. As I pulled in to the lot for my chosen designated time a text was sent that my order was ready. Perfecto!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

You can also make any of the burgers using Beyond Meat! We ordered: +the Mercury - made with 2 patties of grass-fed halal beef, yellow American cheese, caramelized onions, crunchy potatoes, Galaxy sauce, Rocket Sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on a potato bun +Cosmic Fries - shoestring fries with house seasoning and Parmesan, served with a side of Cosmic sauce The burgers were described as 'smashburgers', so the patties were cooked all the way through (which I prefer!); the burger itself was actually okay, but there was something in there that made it taste slightly off - either it was the caramelized onions, the Galaxy sauce, or the Rocket sauce, there was something that was a bit too sugary/sweet; I think without this element, the burger would have been better! Maybe I'd ask for the sauces to be served on the side. The fries were okay - they did fill the styrofoam box to the brim and was generous in serving two cups of the Cosmic sauce; I think these could have been dropped fresh, as when we received them, they seemed as if they were prepared in advance and was sitting for a bit. Service was super friendly and welcoming! It's located off of Zetts, just down from Touchless Car Wash; note that this area can get jampacked and backed up on the weekends where everyone is trying to get their vehicle washed! I ordered online for takeout and got the Mercury combo (Mercury burger & cosmic fries) for 15$ and the Venus wings for 135. The mercury burger was by far my favorite item I had but i was expecting that it would be a little bigger with the price tag but I ain't mad at it, it was still a great burger nonetheless. The cosmic fries were below average and that could stem from the way the fries are made (shoestring style) but even then the seasoning on it was nothing special. The cosmic fries came with a cosmic sauce that was great and was a perfect addition to the burger. The Venus wings were solic with pretty good texture but ridiculously overpriced with a price tag of 13$ for 5 wings which is a scam, if you charging 15$ for wings they gotta be the best wings ever (they weren't). The Buffalo sauce that comes with the wings was definitely hot and the bba and ranch were decent. All in all, it's a solid spot that ! could see myself coming back to for their Mercury burger.
