I called multiple times, was told someone would follow up, and no one ever did. Eventually, they blamed their third-party vendor, but they didn't seem concerned about the delay or the lack of communication -- just business as usual. In my opinion, if that's the level of service they accept, maybe they need to reconsider who they're doing business with. I've liked the doctors I've seen here, but the customer service and follow-through from the rest of the team leave a lot to be desired.
