I never heard of this chain, and it appeared to be the only somewhat decent alternative for lunch south of Tucson, especially after checking out a couple other options. The building looks brand new and seems to sit in a wasteland of nothingness. There is plenty of parking. There's truly nothing unique or special about it as it resembles any other fast food hamburger joint. I opted for a jalapeno burger, as that seemed intriguing enough to try, with fries and a fountain drink. Staff was courteous enough and seemed to hustle bringing out meals to people. They give you a plaque with a number and you are served after ordering. You do get your own drink. The entire meal was 'meh', bland, tasteless. The meat patty was limp and quite thin. The bun seemed to be the main thing, and it was lackluster too. Fries are fries and nothing special either. What got me was the men's room, filthy. Plus absolutely no paper towels or anything to wipe your hands. Two stars is a stretch, but at least the building looked fresh and new... and way more volume of space than ever needed. Next time I will do more research before randomly picking a place.

Had breakfast and it was amazing!! Service was great! Place was clean and well maintained! Highly recommend checking out this place

chicken #13 Whatachickn Strips 3 piecestrips

From when I got in the drive thru- getting my food, I waited 30 min. The most upsetting part was getting home and realizing what i paid for. These chicken strips are for a toddler and not worth the price. This is very upsetting.

Marcuis greater us when we walked in. Super friendly. Took our order and then we sat down, he brought out food to us. Food turned out great. Hot and only took about 5 mins to receive after ordering. The place is clean and well lit.

#2 double with cheese. And lame ketchup packet designed for dipping, not spreading. The burger is kind of messy.

Maybe a 2.5. Well, it's a Whataburger. The hamburger is OK, nothing to get excited about. I don't know what the draw is to this place that they open up a new one. I've had their hatch chili burger before and was totally underwhelmed. I thought I would give it a try again and I guess I am done. For a burger I will go to In-N-Out or Wendy's. They have a double drive through, but it is somewhat awkward. There is no double window, so someone comes out to take your payment and another comes out later with your food. For a double drive through, I thought it was a tad slow service. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Almost every table was a mess

Walked in the restaurant no greeting. The person at the counter finally acknowledged without looking up. Counted her drawer for 3 minutes. She finally took our order. Let's see how long this takes.

Ridiculous wait times

Wow! Perhaps this location should not have mobile order. The service is just not efficient enough for different lanes of service. The staff is nice. But I don't know. Maybe it's operating factors of why this location is just so slow, if you look at the picture you'll see the time of when my order was supposed to be finished and the time it is currently. I was excited to get a Whataburger instead of always having to go to Jack-in-the-Box but damn this place runs like shit.

No filters one 2 of 4 or more a/c vents
Veronica R.

Service is good, food is good, ambiance is good. However they have a sanitary issue which is their vents. They are supposed to have filters which they don't on any of there vents I counted over 4 so all that dust, debris, gunk is going on the air you breath and food you eat. It also bad for the restaurant because all that stuff will go to the A/c which will make the a/c work harder, break down faster and will freeze the pump which is like $ 800 or more.

I have finally had a burger from Graze and regret not trying it sooner. Everything was super fresh…read moreand the 1/4 lb beef patty was grilled well. In addition to the usual toppings, lettuce, red onion, tomato, and Graze sauce, I added grilled jalapeños, spicy mustard and cheddar cheese. I neglected to see ketchup on their toppings list due to order anxiety, but my burger and fries were so good, I didn't need it. The burger and toppings weren't overly juicy and the brioche bun didn't get soggy. I was really surprised how well the paper wrapping stayed intact and I didn't have to deal with any messiness. The fries were also really good. They remind me of fresh McD fries - the outside hot, crispy, and lightly salted and soft on the inside. I should have tried the seasonal shake which is peanut butter, because Graze's shakes look good and I'm a peanut butter fan. Hopefully, my next visit will be soon and I'll grab this shake then. Graze burgers are super good and am not sure why there aren't more than two locations.

Graze never misses. Ever…read more The Graze Double with sweet pot tots is my personal go-to and honestly... elite comfort food without the heavy, greasy regret. Every bite is savory, fresh, and somehow still clean. How is it indulgent and light at the same time? The burger is stacked perfectly, juicy without falling apart, and those sweet pot tots? Crispy outside, soft inside, and dangerously addictive. If you want something that feels indulgent but doesn't leave you in a food coma, this is it. 10/10. Always coming back - staff is welcoming and polite , I love. ALSO they have curry ketchup! It's just a must try and if you're a sweet tooth- the chocolate milkshake is killer. Provecho!

Because was waiting in the restaurant when it left the kitchen and I ate in the parking lot, it had little opportunity to continue to cook. The time between when it left the kitchen and I was in my car opening the container was like 45 seconds, maybe 50 seconds. My medium (pink in the inside) burger was grey and dry, more like well-done. See pics... The fixings were great and were what stood out...but there was little joy in the meat itself, as it was dry and overcooked. They weren't busy...was like 2:30 in the afternoon. It's hard to understand how a premium burger shop gets it that wrong, but it happens... Anyway, when you like Medium Rare and accept Medium because that's what most places like at a minimum, there's no dining pleasure when you get a burger that's Well Done. Did I enjoy it? Nope. But it least it was a high protein snack. That being said, am I irritated that I was served such a dry burger? Yep.

I had the Uptown burger which had a nice char - the caramelized onions and uptown sauce made it feel fancier than a standard burger. My husband had the Nashville chicken which was good too and packed a bit of heat. We shared regular and sweet potato fries which were crunchy and not too greasy - we preferred the regular ones. Food took a bit of time to come out even for a weeknight but it was worth the wait.

Located in northern Tucson, this restaurant is a tasty treat for burgers, good fries and delicious…read moremilkshakes! We came for lunch and able to sit indoors at a booth. They also have outdoor seating with heat lamps when it's cold. Their burgers are delicious and I highly recommend their garlic fries! They offer smash burger patties, so just be aware if you're looking for thicker patties. Their chocolate milkshake does not taste gritty and tastes like the real deal! There are large screen TVs at the bar area, perfect for watching sports games. If you're in the area and wanting a burger, definitely check this place out!

I wish I had better things to say, but today's visit to Truland felt a bit underwhelming overall…read more We chose Truland since it's the closer option to Oro Valley compared to Graze. Our waiter was kind, but the service was a bit inconsistent throughout the meal. The outdoor seating is a nice option, especially on a beautiful evening, though the cushions could definitely use some refreshing and cleaning. Now, food-wise, it was a mixed experience. My husband ordered the Baja Shrimp Sandwich, which felt more like an appetizer than a full entrée. I had a salad with added salmon--it was fresh and well-prepared, and the salmon itself was cooked perfectly, but the portion of salmon was tiny and didn't feel worth the added cost. My teenager enjoyed the Early Riser burger with a side salad. The truffle fries were solid, but the side salad felt overpriced for what it was. Overall, the experience just didn't quite match the price point. I really wanted to like it more, and it's honestly surprising to me that, with the same ownership as Graze, the experience felt so different.
