2 days ago, my wife & I ordered via the drive-through window. My wife had a Junior burger- she said was OK. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was HOT (temperature) and the chicken was a big portion and had good taste. The bun was VERY soft (& hot, too), the lettuce was limp and very warm, the flavored mayonnaise ran out of the sandwich, over the paper it had been wrapped in and covered the outside of the bun. I couldn't eat the sandwich without getting the mayonnaise all over my hands and dripping it onto my lap. Two tomato slices, also warm, were dripping juice adding to the liquid mess. I know how it got like this. The GRILLED chicken sandwich was cooked and put together ahead of time. when ordered, they MICROWAVED it. That made the chicken HOT, softened the bun to very soft, ruining it; the lettuce limp & warm; the flavored mayonnaise watery, running out all over the paper, the bun and my lap; the tomato slices soft and hot, their liquid running, thinning out & adding to the mayonnaise mess. Most all of us have microwaves at home and learn very quickly NOT TO MICROWAVE ALL THISE DIFFERENT THINGS TOGETHER BECAUSE IT RUINS SOME OF THEM AND MAKES A VERY BAD MESS. It tasted good, but I would never order another grilled chicken sandwich here because of the mess; and the cook's/chef's/whomever's indifference to the effect microwave heating has on an assembled grilled chicken sandwich. It ruined it, trying to APPEAR to have a grilled chicken sandwich "cooked when you order it" as Whataburger has claimed as a trademark for decades. The microwave heating was obvious, and a failure, turning me off and losing a customer. read more

Purchased a breakfast taquito and also a Whataburger Junior with cheese. Both were absolutely terrible! Taquito had burnt hashbrowns and was exceptionally greasy. The hamburger had a stale bun. What is happening to Whataburger these days? This is not the only location that is serving disgusting non-par food. The location on sawdust is also just equally as poor food choices. read more

Michael working the drive through was amazing! He paid so much attention to every request I made. And how are you so bubbly super early in the morning? He definitely started made off right. The food was hot and fresh after a small wait. I didn't mind that at all. Was glad I didn't get some hours old food. All in all I was in and out of the drive through in a decent amount of time. Wow. I have been here in the mornings and the service was quick and got my food. We went at night the time and the rails came off. We waited for at least 15 minutes to order. There was a customer ahead of us that did not have the amount , she went out to get more money. That wasn't enough and she had to leave again to get more money. All this time, no apology from the clerk. Nothing. They could have at least suspended her order, let us order , then completed the transaction when she came back. Nothing. I asked my son to bring me a jalapeño cheddar sausage biscuit. He may have mistakenly asked for chicken. The few times I have had chicken tenders from Whataburger, they have been hard. I'm totally down for this place. It's like In N Out but I can actually get bacon on my cheeseburger. Thank goodness! Last night this served as an easy family dinner. I went and sat inside with my family. It was daylight. The restaurant was busy. The woman at the front counter was so nice. However, as we sat eating, a German roach crawled up the wall and near our heads. To my knowledge, roaches usually scatter and hide during the day or when there's light. Went here after a flight in from Denver. It was one of the best visits. Ordered a Jr. Double with bacon and cheese. Absolutely one of the best Whataburger visits in about 10 years. I just moved to Texas. They say everything is bigger in Texas. I guess that includes the wait times. 18 minutes tonight when there was no one ahead of me inside the restaurant. I noticed there were quite a few people in the drive-through. So this restaurants procedure is take care of the drive-through, regardless of how many people are waiting inside. I'm not so lazy or disheveled that I can't walk into a restaurant. I actually distain the drive-through. My family and I had went to this location for dinner. There is a young man name Malachi if misspelled I do apologize. But this young man is amazing he is very polite. Good burgers as usual but this location is just the slowest "fast food" I've ever been too. The first time I thought it was just a busy Saturday. Nope it's always like this. Our 3rd time here I got in the drive through line at 1:45 pm, by 2:10 I had only moved by 3 cars. My husband got out went inside (while I was still in the drive through!) ordered and got our food in 6 minutes. Seriously?! That's pathetic. Typically I like Whataburger.. Can't say I have ever had a problem with an order except maybe when I order extra crispy bacon on a Breakfast on a Bun. Well, we had pulled the lifeline on the hub's car the evening before and took it to a place who buys cars and the next day he took mine to work. I had to fend for myself with UBER the following day since I was going to Woodlands St. Luke's from Magnolia. Had a bit of time to kill before he got off of work so I hung out at Whataburger. As always, it was busy. I ordered a Whopper Jr. with Cheese, Mayo, L,T,O and Pickle. I took one piece of bread off. I always do and took a bite. The meat had a bit of gristle to it. Next bite the same. I put it down and took the lettuce and tomatoes off. OMGoodness, the meat was raw to raw rare. I left about 3/4 of the burger, not one waitress stopped by to see if I needed Ketchup or why my burger wasn't finished. However, as I was leaving I did show them the Manager the meat. Excuse, was sorry we are training a new person. Well, don't get me wrong, there is nothing better than seeing ppl having a job, but how hard is it to look at what you are sending out whether a new employee or not and where was this person who was doing the training? I generally try to give any place the benefit of the doubt. I've even had a positive experience at the College Park Whataburger a while back. Three times in a row, I have received cold food. I know, fool me twice... My fault more than anything. But, my burger right now is soggy, my fries are droopy and cold, my gravy I ordered wasn't even heated up. And, it certainly wasn't different the last two times. I don't know how you make something "fresh" and hand it out the window cold in a couple of minutes, but it must be an unattained art to some. And my drive home is roughly 7 minutes. I even tried the fries upon leaving the drive thru; COLD. So, if I can stop someone from having the same experience, I will do my best to try. Do not go to this Whataburger. Drive the extra distance to either 1488 or whichever you'd prefer that isn't out of your way. You're welcome! read more

I came at 1pm on a Saturday and there were 7 cars ahead of me (which would take maybe 5 min at a normal fast food establishment). It took 24 minutes!! The quality has gone down hill, from my recent trips to the hospital close by this is the fastest alternative to hospital food in the area. I've started going inside as the food I've received through the drive thru usually comes out luke warm, though on occassion they've left items out.
