Imagine my surprise seeing this as an option when visiting family. I'm sure to locals it doesn't compare to the "drive-in" across the main highway, but being able to pick up some of their coffee and a honey butter chicken biscuit on my drive into an empty forest was nice. I'm definitely more a fan of their breakfasts, but on my most recent visit my mom wanted to come by for lunch. It wasn't too crowded and everything was fresh. The only negative is some of the small touches which others familiar with this chain would expect. So while they brought our food to the table, they did not bring the condiment tray with napkins so I had to go back and grab some myself. Not a major deal breaker, but just one of those things that does set the TX chain apart from the bigger chains. read more

My god! Whataawful Egg & Sausage (ordered no cheese) on a biscuit! If I could have given no stares, I would have. I ordered at Restaurant 1176 in Pineville, LA through the drive thru at 10:47 a.m. I was told to pull up and wait. The order was delivered in about 10 minutes. As I was next door to Walmart, my next errand, I just left and parked at Walmart's. I then opened the bag to retrieve the biscuit. After making sure I wasn't going to get a cheese surprise, I took a bite. It was so dry I opened up the biscuit to check it out. The white egg was scorched brown on both sides, and the sausage patty had no moister at all. I was so disgusted, I through the rest of the $5.64 (highest price of all the other fast foods in the Alexandria/Pineville area) biscuit out of my window. AND ON TOP OF THAT CHARGED ME 50 CENTS FOR A SMALL CUP OF WATER FROM THE TAP! In comparison, Wendy's has two biscuit sausages for $3.00 and their biscuit, egg cheese & bacon or sausage is only $3.97 and the cup of water is free! I'm 75 years old and never felt so ripped off in my life. read more

We sat in line for 20 minutes to order, then another 10 to get our food. It's "can you pull up" - everytime we order from here. Drive thru guy that worked the window never spoke to us while taking our payment or when he gave us our drinks. There was so much noise and play around coming from the back - like - what's going on here. Y'all working or playing. My husband and I even understand being short staffed but have some courtesy and professionalism. read more

The Whataburger was a paper thin Patty absolutely no flavor greasy never again for me BK would be better. The Fries were warm at best needed Salt no jw my coke fountain drink it was perfect blend of syrup and carbonation!! The Dining area was immaculate as was the parking lot. It was 2 Adults Whataburger Cheese Combos for $24.79 should have gone to Texas Roadhouse for that Price and forget getting a Senior Discount!! Very disappointed read more

Great burgers, sometimes they overdo it with the onions. But their salads are real good or the last one I had was good, but they don't serve it anymore but last time I got to sell it over there I got a salad and no dressing. read more

The service sucks, and the employees are very unprofessional. On top of that they're overpriced you two chicken and biscuits $12 and all it is is a stripper chicken with a biscuit. read more

It's a burger place. Food was decent. Service was very good and fast. Staff was nice. Not much else to say.

Whataburger - Drive thru - Fast Food Near Me - Pineville, Louisiana

Super clean looks brand new. Staff is kind and efficient. They were able to help a large group of teens during a dinner rush while maintaining good delivery. read more

The person taking my order was super rude and unprofessional. Did not appreciate her attitude and the way she slammed the door after handing us our drinks. You shouldn't work in a public setting if you can't at least pretend to be nice. Everyone else was nice and the food was very good. read more

Went on Sunday evening. There was not one car in the drivethru. We ordered 2 Whataburger Jr meals with onion rings. We waited a long time for our order. They said the wait was because of the rings. After a VERY SHORT drive (less than 2 miles) the burgers were stone cold, and the onion rings were not only cold, but so soggy, we couldn't lift them from the carton without them totally falling apart. Almost like rings that had been microwaved. Our $16+ was a total waste. read more

I love the food i really do, but im tired of my order being wrong everytime i go. Ordered a chili cheese fry paid for it didn't receive it. Asked for a cobb salad no bacon i get a garden salad extra bacon? Also when you use the drive thru it swaps from 2 different people trying to take your order at the same time when only 1 lane is open. They were good in the beginning now it just keeps getting worse as time goes on read more

Been in this Whataburger 4 times, two of the times my Whataburger had raw meat, one of the times got my burger and someone had put their thumb through the top of bun and the last time not only were my fries were cold they were all broken up. Looked like someone had broken them in little peace's. The owners apparently don't care, I would start by firing every manager and get someone in there that cares about the customer. Will never go back. If anyone has ever gotten a good hot meal at this location they are lucky. read more

Great meal deal starting under $10! Burger fixed just the way you like it! Spicy ketchup limited edition is great on their crispy fries! Yummy!! read more

Whataburger, the name says it all, What-a-burger! I have tried multiple things from the menu here and have loved everything that I have gotten. It always tastes fresh and comes hot from the grease. The people here are great, as well. One caveat is sometimes the drive thru can get backed up and takes a bit to process, but the food is worth the wait! Make sure to stop in, if you get the chance! read more

If you are looking for a place where you can wait in line for incorrect and cold food have I got a place for you! I know they just opened but come on wanted 3 bacon cheeseburger meals. I got 5 different kind of burgers, I got some with mustard, some with Mayo, some with cheese, and some with chopped onions. Got 8 small orders of fries that were all cold and hard as rocks. Just wait a while and when the crowd thins out some give them a visit. It's not worth it at the moment. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. I waited for an hour for a wrong order. It was Friday night at 10 so I get it but one lane was closed and it was literally 1 hr and 5 minutes before I got my burger. I ordered it with everything but the mustard and got a burger with nothing but the patty. The only silver lining was that the guy at the end of the line helped fix the problem and gave me a fries on the house. read more

It is official this whataburger has the worst service of any fast food Resteraunt in the Pineville area. Service is painstakingly slow and rarely do they get your order correct. Customers should stop rewarding this mediocrity with their patronage. read more

Start out by saying food is great. Never had a bad meal at a location. This one has a serious issue with managing the rush. Waited in the restaurant for 40 minutes for an online order. Could have been in and out of the crowded drive thru twice. If you're offering online ordering with a 5 minute wait time window try to follow through. Had to ask management for my money back before my food made it to me. read more

Online order via app. Order ready in "5-7 minutes." Arrived in 9 minutes and checked in for curbside pickup. Other customers, but no real line. No food after 20 minutes. Called store. Mediocre phone greeting. 7 minutes later hot food arrived. At least they re-made the food and served it hot. read more

I can't say if the food is good or not. Ordered in the app almost hour ago. Still sitting in spot #3. This is ridiculous.

Waited a whole hour for my food ... not to mention I had to drive aggressively because some jerk tried to skip the line ... But any who the cinnamon roll I ordered was flipped upside down and had residue all over my bag #StickCarRideHome read more

Very friendly staff at both windows today, personable and pleasant. Fries were hot! Overall enjoyable experience.

I know this place is new now and they have two lines but this afternoon which is 2/8/21 one line was moving one line was not their associates were using line number to taking orders bringing people their food, that line was moving the line closest to the building was not moving I sat there for 45 minutes now I'm not pleased , yes the food was awesome but that was ridiculous now something needs to be done this was a problem thank you read more

This place is amazing! Amazing service & amazing people. They were so welcoming to a bus load of students and our orders came out right away. The burgers were FRESH and extremely delicious. On my recent visit to the Pineville area to visit family, I was pleasantly surprised with the Whataburger. My nephew was raving about how good it was and I was skeptical. But he was right. The burger itself was juicy but not greasy. I also loved the sauce. What impressed me most of all was the generous portion of onions and mushrooms on my hamburger. Most hamburger places put only a few scrawny pieces but my burger overflowed with delicious onions and nice sized mushrooms. To top it off, the customer service was great. The girl taking our order was patient with our carload of customized orders and she was very friendly and got it all right. There was a wait but it wasn't too bad and worth waiting for. Very happy with Whataburger and bummed they don't have one in the town where I live. read more

This is the second time that I have tried Whataburger and had to wait 30 minutes for my food to come out. This time I actually got the order wrong and I had to go back in before I drove off to get it corrected. Not once did any employee apologize for the 30 minute delay in getting my order the first time or apologize for getting the order wrong. I will not come back to this place. read more

Abysmal! The server at the 2nd window didn't care about the leaking cup she tried to serve us. She was also not speaking apparently today. Drink order was wrong and our fries weren't in the bag. Will not be returning. Location is nice , the building is nice, personnel needs major overhaul! read more

Extremely polite and friendly taking our order. Well organized and clean set up. Got our order right (large family that never happens). Moving as fast as they can despite the rush. Would come back based strictly on how kindly we were treated, but everything else was great too. read more

Waited in line for an HOUR, to get one sandwich and a drink. It was 6:40pm when I arrived so I figured it would be a wait, but this was unbelievable. Double drive thru, dine-in closed due to Covid and it still took 63 minutes to get a sandwich. Meanwhile, multiple employees are in and out of the building, being extremely loud and unprofessional (one literally dancing across the drive-thru line of cars, on her phone) Employees coming out, hanging out with their friends who are in line, employees on their personal iPhones, and even getting INTO CUSTOMER VEHICLES while wearing their "sanitary" gloves, chatting it up in the line directly between other customers' vehicles, shouting at each other and customers they knew across everyone else's cars. Unbelievable. Having a relaxed work environment is great, but show some semblance of professionalism at your job, and maybe help your coworkers out when you have 40 CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU, rather than dance around on your phone IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. read more
