First off, let me say i love Whataburger. As far as fast food burgers go, Whataburger is at the top of my list. I was pretty excited when this one opened since it is so close to my house, but I don't think I'll be going back to this one. I've been a few times now and they've never gotten my order right. I always ask for no cheese, I've always gotten cheese. A few times I've tried to experiment with some toppings, mostly trying to add onion to things. That's never worked out well. The last two burgers were really the icing on the cake for me though. One was supposed to be a Whataburger, no cheese add mayo. The attendant repeated the order back to me twice (once at the order box and once at the drive thru window). What I ended up with was a Whataburger with cheese and extra mustard. The last one was a green chili double, no cheese add onion. What I got was a Whataburger with cheese and jalapeno. I mean, I guess this place is fine if you're willing to play burger roulette, but I don't eat enough fast food to gamble with the outcome. It's been a conscious effort to eat less fast food so when I go to a fast food place it's because I'm craving something specific. All that said, it's still Whataburger, so it's still delicious and worthy of the three stars I have them... But then again I love Whataburger. read more

Went through the drive thru around 715pm on Friday so it was busy but they do have two drive thrus. The menu has a lot on it so it took me (and I assume others) awhile to order. It's interesting with the two drive thrus as it does not merge into a single lane for pickup. The first lane goes to the window for pickup and the second lane continues to pull forward and the staff brings it out. Seems to work well though. Excited to have this new addition in the neighborhood. read more

Stopped here at 2 am after an event and my meal was amazing! It was fresh and still warm when I made it home. My burger with grilled onions and the fries with spicy ketchup was just what I needed. I slept well after that. Customer service was great too! read more

So I go through the drivethrough and order a double meat whataburger with cheese, no tomato, no onion (I CLEARLY said that), a small fries, a medium vanilla malt and a grilled cheese. "Grilled chicken or grilled cheese?" Grilled *** cheeeeeese ***. Got it. Locked in. They confirm they'll do a number two meal, double meat w/cheese, fries, shake. I get to the window. She tells me they don't have any small shake cups so they didn't fill the medium cup all the way. I said that I ORDERED a medium shake. Bzzt, bzzt bzzt.. no compute, no compute.. finally they realized that they can't do a small meal substituting the shake when it's a small FRIES but a MEDIUM shake. They filled up the shake. I take it all home. Open up the burger, a ton of onions and a ton of tomato. As predicted. I knew it would be so before I even opened the wrapper. Grilled cheese - good god. Like chewing on melted shoe leather. Malt was good. I COULD have said that made it a 2-star experience, but I won't because you. have. to. listen. to. the. customer. and. give. them. what. they. ORDER. in. the. first. place. *** NO TOMATO. NO ONIONS. *** Let's start at one star and see if maybe, just MAYBE, if there's a next time, things will be different and we can upgrade them to barely passable. But I don't think so. By which I mean I don't think there'll be a next time. read more

Three times we've gone to this location for shakes and the machine has been "down." Went last night and finally it was up, my husband got a shake and it tasted like rotten milk and marijuana. It smelled like it too. When we went back and told the restaurant about it the girl laughed and just said "okay." We sat and waited in the line for 10 minutes before just cutting our losses and going to In-N-Out for shakes. Ridiculous. Do better. read more

Ok, this location is only amazing because of Steven. Seriously the best customer service ever! I don't know what he's making, but it's definitely not enough! read more

I come here before work in the morning for breakfast because it is one of few places open that early. Always super friendly staff, clean store, and good food. Usually fast food makes me nauseous but this place seems like they put a lot of effort into quality because it has never made me sick. Their hash browns are excellent. read more

Whataburger? Whatadisaster! Train your managers better. Hand me my food, no shake, tell me to wait 5 mins or order something else. I don't want my food getting cold.l, so refund the shake. We can't do refunds? Really. I can't be your customer anymore. Terrible service. Terrible training. Never again. read more

Burgers were gray, wife refused to eat it because it just did not taste good. Daughter threw up five minutes into eating it. First time trying whataburger. Will never be back. Wish I could get my 40 bucks back. read more

Food was standard although the chocolate malt was bland. The most obvious issue was the service; no napkins or ketchup were offered when the meal was brought to me. Requested napkin was a ripped off paper towel from the back. The Whataburger at 19th and Durango far exceeds the service provided at this store. read more

They wanted to charge us 38 cents for ranch to go with the onion rings we ordered. We've never been charged for ranch dipping sauce for our onion rings anywhere They listed the dipping sauces on the order board but no cost was listed. read more

Worst meal ever! Burger was cold, the cheese wasn't melted and the fries were cold and stale. Service was also terrible. We will not be eating here again! read more

Two items you all need to try, the pico de gallo hamburger and the biscuits and gravy. Both some of the best fast food around. And the staff are always friendly and quick! read more

Was excited to have a Whataburger added to the area. This one near PV mall has only been open close to a month, and they have work to do. Half the order was cold, stale old french fries, and a cooled down burger. They "ran out of soda" but charged us full meal price for the fountain water substitutes. What a heartbreak, I was expecting so much more. And, since they are a fast food restaurant with a drive through, no COVID free-pass for poor quality. read more

So excited about this but after 3 trips, 2 have been sub par. First I got dry biscuit sandwiches. Ok. Not great but edible. Next I got a spicy chicken sandwich, and I'm sure the patty was sitting under a heat lamp for a long time before I got it. It was soggy and disappointing. read more

Whataburger - The worst part of whataburger is the wait. The food is usually pretty awesome though. - Fast Food Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Always fresh and very large,I recommend a triple with cheese and green chili.Everyone is nice there

Customer service was great! Food came out fast and was hot and delicious. Restaurant and bathrooms were also clean.

came through the drive through. on our way in the lot and we saw both workers standing outside, and then headed inside once they saw our car. we then proceeded to wait in the drive thru for 17 minutes just for them to tell us that it'll be awhile for them to make the eggs for our order. we decided to just get a refund and cancel it since it was taking too long. read more

I really hate writing bad reviews but what happened to me was absolutely absurd. As usual Whataburgers have a bad rap for being VERY slow. I know what I'm getting into when I go to any of their locations, but when I get up to the window only to be told to park in the front so someone can give me what I ordered really doesn't make sense? Especially when the people behind me zipped right on through. Not cool. THEN to add insult to injury the place they have you wait blocks people from having to pull out if they are in a parked spot. You guys REALLY need to work on speed or don't have people wait additional time to receive their food OR you move the cones to where no one is blocked in. Also... the person that took my order was incredibly rude and very condescending towards me. I called corporate as they so lovingly told me to do so and corporate did nothing...not sure why they would need to take down my address and phone number to file a complaint? Yea... I won't be back...EVER. Not worth my time or money. read more

This is my new favorite spot! Service and food has been great so far. Most of the employees are welcoming. Braedon was especially friendly at the window as I picked up my breakfast this morning read more

I truly had a magical experience at this location. I met my amazing girlfriend here. Well, idk if she knows I exist, but I saw her from across the dining room, and I think we made eye contact. We definitely had sparks, ok. Anyway, I'd also like to thank my amazing cashier person, I don't know his name, but he was blond, and was eager to help us even at 10:40 at night. I will definitely be coming back. :) read more

I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and the meat had pink in it. My onion rings were cold. My son ordered a plain cheeseburger and it had mustard on it and a piece of diced onion stuck on the bun. The buns did not seem very fresh. He also ordered the chicken strips and they were also cold. We only live 6 minutes away. We ordered one milk shake and was charged for two. Did not get our ranch dressing. The positive: The young women at the window was nice. When we got home we called the restaurant and the gentleman on the phone said we could come back and they would re-do our order. By this time I was grossed out by the pink meat and my son did not feel like driving back so we declined the offer. We just will not ever go there again. read more

seriously, so disgusting. I called to let them know there was a hair in my shake and I had to wait extra long for it since the guy took me out of line and made me wait extra long so while I was watching cars pass me by I was waiting for a guy to serve me a shake with his hair in it. Stephanie, the manager wanted me to come back instead of just working with me. The last thing I'm doing is ever going back to this place. read more

I ordered $34 worth of food and sat in the drive thu for 10 mins before getting to the window I had my hungry crying toddler in the backseat waiting for his lunch all this to get home and the order is not right.... I ordered cinnamon buns with the kids meal but received graham crackers and also had a small fry i paid for missing. After waiting over 10 mins for the food you would think it'd be steaming hot freshness but it wasn't. My toddler was hungry, crying and ready for a nap so who wants to get back in the car and drive all the way back to the place I get order corrected when it should have been correct from the start. You counted my money correctly so how hard is it to read a screen and bag the good correctly. I will not be a returning customer. read more

There is a young man with red hair that is the perfect order taker at his location. It's hard to find great people working in fast food but this guy was extra ordinary. He was personable took my order and made sure it was done correctly and thank us for visiting. Whataburger this guy needs to be considered for up and coming management. read more

I don't leave reviews; but enough is enough for this location.. I've grown to enjoy Whataburger over the years. However this "new" location is in shambles, 4 out of 5 times in a month I go and their Soda machine had "no carbonation" how do you guys manage to ruin your 2-3 soda machines? These are brand new and shouldn't have an issue at all. Do you guys not know how to hook up the Co2 properly or do you need more training? What's the deal??? It's soda... I'm always missing food items from order(s). The sweet tea I received instead tasted like dirty ice, unchanged tea bag hours old Every time I say I have a reward you guys tell me it will be taken off at p.o.s, I always get charged without my reward being used. Another time I ordered biscuits and gravy and who ever put it in the bag put it in side ways and I have soggy biscuits in a box and a bag full of gravy. Come on people... I'm done with this location and will be going back to the other locations that have it together. read more

Christina provided me with outstanding customer service. She was very kind and she went out of her way to over achieve the service she provided me with. This was my second time here so I didn't really understand the drive through. I have a small car so I sneaked my way through the cones like a ninja of the night. I felt bad that Christina had to walk out my food when the lane I was in was closed. She was super nice about it though and I really hope she gets a promotion! She's a hard worker and her work ethic and customer services shows how outstanding she is! Thank you queen ! read more

10/10 burger, 10/10 service. I can't believe I haven't tried this place sooner. The pricing for the size of the meal you get is insane. The cheeseburger was HUGE with a perfect amount of lettuce, tomato, onion, Mayo and ketchup (I asked for no mustard). The fries were okay but I liked the burger so much it like made up for the fries. The employees were so nice and efficient too!! read more

Food was ice cold Cheeseburger was cold cheese was not melted and I called very nonchalant attitude could've cared less

Worst Whataburger around. I've tried this location three times now and at this point, I would rather drive to the Bell road location (even though this is right around the corner from me). Dr. Pepper was flat, fries were half full, and the drive-thru takes forever (despite there only being a few cars in front of me). This has been my experience every time. Not making that mistake again. read more

A 24 hour burger place that rand out of buns. This is ridiculous , will drive further to avoid this place

We waited in the drive thru line for about 5 minutes, then a lady came on the com and asked what we would like we, told her we had two separate orders then she told us to give her one moment. About another 5 minutes go by and she comes back into the com and asked what we would like, not even being able to get through half of the first order she interrupted us, and said sorry i'm backed up give me on moment. Another 10 minutes goes by and she starts taking orders from the people in the lane next to us. Confused we just waited assuming our order was next, but to our surprise she went on to take the next 3 cars orders in that lane. At that point we had been there well over 20 minutes and still nothing. We waited probably I wanna say about another 10 minutes before we decided to leave. I called and asked to speak to the manager and I found out she was the one taking the orders. She went on to tell me that never happened, we were never there, she never spoke to anyone like that and never would. I then tell her that we just pulled away it wasn't even 30 seconds ago when we left. She then tells us there's nothing she can do and tells me to call back at 9am to speak to her manager. Appalled by how i was spoke to I agreed and will be calling back. Her name is Melondy and she has no respect for anyone or her job!! read more
