Good and bad I have had at this Whataburger. The good is the burgers. They are great tasting and filling. The bad... I thought I tried the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strips Sandwich. I asked for it without the ranch dressing and it came the way I ordered it. I just wish that it came with extra new, "oh-so-special Buffalo sauce." The sandwich was very dried. This is my all around favorite place to stop on late nights and early mornings. If you have not been this is not another fast food joint. I made the pleasant mistake my first time of ordering two cheeseburgers. These are real cheeseburgers with 1 being enough to fill you. I have been here multiple times using both the drive through and inside. They have gotten my order correct 100% and I have always left full and satisfied. I enjoy the spicy ketchup, the great tasting burgers, and pleasant service. I have two small complaints-the seating area is so small only a few families at a time and it is not designed for larger framed people-not just fat bodies but tall as well. The other is even though they have two lanes in the drive through the wait time borders on obnoxious especially when coming back from a show and wanting to get home-was over 20 minutes last time for a basic order. read more

Had never had a Whataburger, but had read loyalists rave about them. Tried them for the first time this week. Ordered a double meat whataburger meal through the drive-thru. Service was prompt. Burger was cold, fries only warm and priced a dollar higher than the Quarter Pounder meal at McDonald's.....and you don't get cheese unless you pay extra. Lesson learned....go one mile east to In N Out, get a hot burger, fresh fries and a coke for about the same price. read more

I Love Whataburger chicken strips and white gravy but yesterday at this location the gravy was like white water, very disappointing as I don't eat fried foods or gravy very often, so it's a treat for me. I had to to drive thru and eat on my way to Ring the Bell for Salvation Army or I would have gone back. I've been going to Whataburger for a while and their pricing is somewhat comparable to other burger establishments, but unfortunately their idea of a size of a side is grossly underwhelming and a rip off. I went through the drive-through earlier today and got a double burger and went on my way before I realized I wanted to add green chili to it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find time to eat a burger because of appointments, but I find myself going through their drive-through again getting myself a Green chili double and asking for a side of green chili to take home for my other burger. They charge me $.50 and it was a respectable size container, yet when I got home there was only about a teaspoon size portion in this little container. They could've definitely put more in there especially for the price of $.50 charge, and yet when I called back and talk to the manager he reads me off some explanation that that is the directive from corporate which they claim is an ounce. This is just another poor example of customer service and value from another fast food establishment. Bad form. So sad. read more

The cashiers we dealt with the past 2 times we've gone were especially rude, and my expectations are generally pretty low. If we have a question, it's met with an eye roll. Our orders are never right. The last time we ordered, we asked for a medium fry, which we didn't get. We saw on the receipt that they put through the order for the fries and then removed it like they cancelled it. Certainly not the end of the world but annoying anyway. read more

2018 June visit at 7:30pm to Whataburger at 8922 W Bell Rd Peoria, AZ 85382 - The store was well lit and had very few people in it. The inside of the restaurant was dirty and needed to be cleaned and mopped. With only one employee working, this was impossible. The manager was hiding in the back of the store an letting the employee do all the work. - I felt sympathetic to the employee that took my order. You can see she was exhausted from running around and doing everything. She was still able to greet me with a hello - I ordered the Double Meet Whataburger and fries. It took about 10 minutes to get my order since only one person was actually working in the store. - I received my order and headed home to consume it. The fries were good and fresh. The burger was excellent. 2nd best fast food burger I ever had. - I will definitely be back again - I only gave 4 stars for this visit since they were short staffed and the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant. read more

Have went to this location twice now, service is fine, food is good...would be so much better if it was actually hot though. Not a big fan of the burgers but their chicken strips with buffalo sauce & onion rings hit the spot, perfect late night munchie meal the drive thru wait is kind of ridiculous for it being a fast food establishment read more

We come here pretty regularly but today's visit was disappointing. We always ask for our fries to be extra crispy. Today, we think, they barely made it to the end of the timer. Cashier, Elexis, was barely paying attention to what I was saying to her. Asked her to put only a certain amount on one card, trying to use it down, and she just ran it without putting that amount down. Tried to do the survey, but our receipt has no code. They can be a bit slow at times (hence 4/5) but otherwise the food is awesome, the place is clean, and the staff tends to actually have personality rather than be zombies like elsewhere. Every time I am on a contract in the phoenix area I always have to insist here... their grilled chicken sandwich & spicy ketchup is just too addicting to pass up! read more

Due to my job I tend to be out and about at crazy hours. So this is a place I tend to hit up between 11pm and 1am. It takes a while to get your food, but in this case I am saying that is a bonus and not a negative. Their food is always fresh and worth the wait. read more

This location has the worst customer service I have ever had! I would give 0 stars if possible. At least twice I went through the drive through and got something wrong with my order. Forgot my fries once, next time all our food was ice cold. When I called to let the manager know about the issues I had she asked me to allow her to replace my order. I went in to get the replacement order and the manager on duty Michelle grilled me as to why I didn't bring the cold food back.She proceeded to tell me they don't do that but she will this time but told me to go to another store since I have so many problems with hers. She then only replaced the burgers, no fries and I got home to cold burgers again! I'm sure this was on purpose. I will NEVER go to another Whataburger due to this terrible experience. Went for a quick lunch today with my daughter to Whataburger. I forgot how good their burgers are, and how big they actually are! We ate inside so the fries and burgers were piping hot, and the gravy to dip fries into is well, gravy on top! It's been a while since I ate in at this location, so it looks like they did a little fixing up inside, looks good. We will be back for sure! Five stars, keep up the good work! I entered this establishment today and I was immediately greeted by what I assumed was the manager. Being in the same industry, I look for little things most don't see. The staff was friendly and had smiles on there faces when interaction with guests. That impressed me, but, what most impressed was the one I assumed was a manager asking how my food was as he cleaned his restaurant. To me, that shows pride in you're job. This Whataburger is ABSOLUTELY terrible!!!!! Do not I repeat do NOT go there after 5pm or 6pm. Tayquan the drive thru order taker is absolutely terrible, no personality, gets orders wrong every time, can't even have good customer service. Another girl there Jessica G is a snot, I asked her to fix my order and she rolls her eyes, tells me "what" and still manages to get it wrong! Every single time I go through the drive thru at NIGHT they have the worst attitudes, the worst customer service, the worst experience EVER. Then I speak to the manager Jesus and he just seems careless didn't care about anything I had to say. Was a loyal Whataburger customer but what a horrible store at this location!!! Everytime I have gone through the drive-through they screw up my order. Don't even bother ordering a Lemon Pie...you won't get it or you will get an apple instead!!! When I called on the apple pie and was told to return the pie with the receipt. I returned to the store several days later to try and get my coorect pie and the clerk they sent out argued with me and lied as to remembering that he told me they were out of lemon so I ordered a cherry?
