I see why the other location (near target) is better than this location will ever be. I ordered curbside. The order went passed 15 minutes... I was forced to walk in to see the dilemma. To find my food still sitting there while the women inside never delivered the orders outside infuriated me. When I finally notified staff not only did they have an attitude they were not accommodating. All they could give was a sorry... sorry doesn't get my 15 minutes back, it does not make my food warm , it doesn't even give my money back. This restaurant is horrible! This Whataburger in Pearland was NOT the business. My visit to the drive-thru on June 24, 2021 was not a good one at all. First off, it was summer time in TX, so waiting in a drive-thru line can be brutal!! This particular location has a double drive-thru so you'd think it would go faster. Nooooope. Not the case (at least when I was there). Second, the lines were moving at a sloth-like rate. When I get to the window to place my order for one item, I didn't think I'd have to wait forever for it. I was mistaken. I waited forever for it, alright. When I get to the pick-up/pay window, I was told to pull over to the side because tthey didn't have it ready. Ummm, what?! Smh. Okay then. I pulled off to the side where maybe 4 other cars were also waiting. Sheesh. I can't even remember how long it took them to bring my little burger to me, but I do remember sweating a few beads in the Texas sun as I waited. Third, the employee didn't even apologize for the wait, but I wasn't expecting one at that point and didnt even care. I just wanted to gtfot! For Pearland Whataburgers, this one needs to take notes from some of their neighboring Whataburgers. I've gave them a few chances along the years and keep coming up with the same conclusions. I usually stop at this one on the way home as it's let crowded and easier to get around compared to the location closer to me. Service is slow from ordering to getting your food. The dining room is usually pretty dirty even though have lots of staff kind of lounging in the dining area. The food though it always tastes great always looks sad compared to the pictures or commercials. I think it's safe to say I won't return to this location. It hurts me to write bad things about a Texas institution but it had to be said. read more

They said they were never up but would be out. I saw ppl going in and coming out with their food and still nothing. I had a kid asleep in the car so really didn't want to get out. I was looking forward to pancakes, I was going to another place to get breakfast, then I saw Whataburger. Bad move, my order was taken by an employee outside in the drive-thru. I got my order and that's when things turn ugly. I went into the bag to get my hash brown, and I got a hand full of sticky syrup and no butter. Then I bit into the hash brown and yuk-yuk!!! Just left the Doctors and I am sooo hungry. I was hesitant about stopping because from the street the place looks too busy..especially since was the lunch time hour. I said to myself, what the heck and go ahead stop in. To my surprise WB team almost cleared out the drive thru that was wrapped around the building; as well the parking lot that lacked parking spaces. These guys and gals handled their business. I ordered the number 2, a double meat WB with added bacon. I haven't ordered this sandwich in over a year and half. But today was different; I wasn't sure if I would finish it. My order came out very fast-even despite the lunch rush . The fries were not very hot but they were better than fries that are warm. The apple like the fries were not very hot but not warm but good. Every time I visit here and she's at the register or working the drive thru, she's unprofessional with no customer service skills with a bad attitude.
