They left me trapped in the alternate drive thru lane without taking my order... When the stars aligned and all the cars behind me backed out to go into the other lane, I finally was able to back out so I could park and go inside. I informed the cashier of the issue and he asked me if the light was on. Well the menu was lit up and no indication of the lane being closed was visible. Not to mention I'm sure they have cameras and saw me sitting there. They showed no sympathy for wasting twenty minutes of my time and even more after taking several early model SUVs full of aboriginals ordering fried chicken and customized side salads. Have been a customer for about five years. Very inconsistent. The lettuce on the burgers is usually very old and stale if not the core. Have gotten home to find a burger in the bag with raw meat in the center. Today I got a cinnamon roll with the meal I am when I took a bite it was frozen solid. I called to let them know and she told me "our microwave broke and You could put it in the microwave at home and it would get hot again". The only thing they can get right is the fries. The managers have no problem sending out items knowing very well arent right. For instance multiple times my soda was flavorless, when I call they say "oh yeah we know". Despicable! read more

Slowest service ever. The staff is pleasant but the wait will surely test your patience.

I like the food but the service is slow slow slow. I try to stop at the drive thru when on my way to work only if there is no other cars in it because I can be the only one and it takes forever. I tried a few times giving the benefit of the doubt but each time I was looking at a 10 minute wait. Almost making me late for work. I can go to McDonalds who can have a line wrapped around their building in the drive thru and get my breakfast a whole lot quicker. All and all Whataburger has good food but do not recommend if you are in a hurry. read more

Everything I have had at whataburger has been great.my grandkids love the chicken biscuits.

My second time using the online ordering to save time and it will be my last. They couldn't find my order, third try was the charm, the app screwed up and put the pickup time at the time I ordered rather than the time I asked to pick up. Therefore, they had no food ready for me, so I'm sitting there embarrassed because I have a whole line of cars behind me waiting for them to cook my large order. I would have been more than happy to move out of their way while they finally cooked my food, but no one would even look my way when outside so I couldn't ask them anything. Finally come out with my food, no I'm sorry about your wait, just here's your order, have good night. Then I get home to a bunch of mystery drinks, the app changed the mayo on my grands sandwich, to BBQ sauce. Daughter didn't get her onion rings, and no fries to replace it, no nothing. One of my brothers sandwiches was on texas toast, not ordered that way. My sandwich was so smothered in mayo and catsup that I had to wipe all the lettuce and tomato off to get enough off to eat it. We've been eating here a long time, seems to be hit or miss on when it's right or not. I know a lot is going on, but simple manners go a long way, we're sorry you had to wait so long, would have gone a long way. read more

I've never had problems with this Whataburger until now. I ordered a Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich and they gave me honey butter.

I recently visited Whataburger on Stewart Street in Milton and I was EXTREMELY pleased. I typically don't eat at Whataburger, or fast food in general. I've been to them all around town and other than Chik-Fil-A, I've never had such wonderful service. Especially from the young man, Justin, who took my order; He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and even made sure to make my drink as soon as I got to the window so it would be fresh. The manager on duty also prepared my food and both ensured my meal was hot prior to picking up at the window. Very impressed! Keep this young man around! read more

What a great place. Open 24 hours and when you spend time at Blackwater River State Forest that "BIG" burger really hits the spot. The help was really friendly and didn't take long. The server brought napkins and trimmings just in case we forgot- which we did. Great place to cool off and fill your tummy. read more
