Posting this because my all time favorite guilty pleasure is the patty melt from here. As of the past few months about every other time i go to this location or more, they replace the texas toast with a regular bun and don't mention it. By the time I get home I am super bummed. I know it's a very "first world problems" issue but i'd rather not get it because the toast MAKES the sandwich. I don't know if they just haven't been ordering enough of the toast, but it breaks my heart every time lol. I'd recommend them letting the people know when they're out of the toast. read more

This restaurant NEVER gets my order correct, and it doesn't even matter if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's always wrong. I usually order through the app for delivery & it's a little frustrating because if anything is wrong with the order the store refuses to help at all. I order two breakfast bowls, with no gravy! When I received my order both bowls were smothered in gravy & the receipt in the bag, clearly said no gravy for each. Called the restaurant to see about a remake or refund & I was told to call customer care because they don't deal with orders through the app. So Unprofessional. This isn't the first time with this specific store/restaurant. The management are also unwilling to help and are very rude. I was in the lobby. I had to repeat my order five times before the clerk understood what I wanted. When I got the order one item was completely left out and I had to reenter the store to receive the item. When I got home I found that the hamburger I was charged for was not I received. Probably the worst customer service I've ever received at a Whataburger. Everyone seems zombified, and is not paying attention to anyone waiting at the counter, trying to fix the orders that for some reason is impossible to get correct. After asking 3-4 times for missing items, they STILL ended up not putting items in the bag. The items are printed on the receipt for a reason. This is one of the worst whataburgers i've been to, and only one near me unfortunately. If you order on the app its better to go in and get it. If you go through the drive thru or curbside it will take forever, almost always come out with cold patties and fries. Drive thru takes about 30 minutes if you pull up and are next to order. There is a 50% chance of getting exactly what you ordered. I would say its better to order when you get there and wait the 30+ minutes so its at least warm. read more

This is my favorite place to go to when i want chicken strips. Yes i am an adult and love chicken tenders. However, today was the day they finally upset. After going time and time again they forget little things and I'm like ok whatever. BUT THIS TIME...They forgot my gravy, they forgot to give me my drink and my fries were brown like they had been sitting for a while. Couldn't even pull out of line because you get trapped in line with cars in front and behind you and median to the side of you. Terrible experience. Didn't even apologize for the wait at the window. I've been here twice. My first experience the wait in drive thru was 30 mins I was annoyed but whatever. I got my food went home. It was average nothing special at all. My husband loves it so last night I thought I'd try it again see if it was just a fluke the first time. The drive thru was long and I didn't wanna wait the 30 mins so we went inside. There was no one in front of me I placed my order which was just three meals. A lady came in after me got four large drinks and 4 meals. They made her food before ours and she waited 15 mins. I ordered the Whataburger with lettuce, pickles, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. When we got home I tried the fries which are pretty good every time I have had them, but I unwrapped the hamburger the bun was dry and it had cheese, ketchup and mustard only. We will probably go back, but will avoid a weekday around lunchtime (12:30). The staff were ok, but were short when talking to us. For a fast food joint, they have workers always checking on you for drinks, sauces etc. And the burgers here are much better than any fast food spot. We let them know how impressed we were with there service there, especially it being a "fast food" Spot. Badda BOOM! Free meal coupons to come back.
