Whataburger is my favorite restaurant, for multiple reasons: You cannot beat the taste of a Whataburger with Bacon and Cheese, period. They're open 24 hours a day. Just waited 15 min to get my food 1st, asked to drive up and wait for drinks ANOTHER 11 minutes. Runner then asked if I'm still waiting for drinks and I annoyingly said YEs. They finally brought my drinks out with the inside bottom of the plastic bag filled with a spilled drink! I said I'm not taking that with soda at the bottom. THEN i never get my damn drinks! I parked and walked in and annoyingly asked why I have not gotten my drinks. The manager was sitting in a booth just looking into the kitchen asking who this and who that....total 32 min waiting. This is not the first time this has happened, but this independently owned establishment NEEDS better staff starting with management. I downloaded yelp and created an account just to say how slow this place is. I went when their was only 4 cars. 2PM(not busy) and it took over 30 mins. This place blows. I had enough time to Forge my own sword out of iron and slaughter my own Cow, process the beef, cook it in a faster time than It Whataburger to make me a patty melt. The Whataburger in Manor, Texas on a Sunday morning is total CHAOS! I went thru their drive thru and placed an order for just 2 breakfast tacos.. only two. That was exactly 10:44am. We didn't get our order until 11:12am. The workers seem unorganized, disinterested and non motivated to try and get the many cars that were sitting in the drive thru. By my count, there were 12 cars SITTING in the drive thru. The Manager for whataburger Manor needs to get her act together. Almost waited 25 minutes. Extremely disappointed. read more

Coming here is the worst. Give yourself 15 minutes to sit in the drive thru MINIMUM and if you have anywhere important to be in the next 45 minutes, don't bother. Every time I come here I have to wait 40 minutes to get my food, this place has been like this since they opened. And its not because theirs alot of people in line its because the food takes forever to get to the person at the front of the drive thru line. Idk if its because the cooks are slow, or if maybe theirs not enough people working inside of this place but something needs to change. I'm eating here at like 7pm and its not even ruch hour time and still the workers inside the restaurant are taking forever. Everytime I come here I see lots of workers. Undoubtedly the WORST Whataburger I've ever been to! I waited FOREVER while countless cars got their orders and left. All for TWO honey butter chicken biscuits. They didn't know which order was mine when I got to the window. They told me to pull forward so I did. They brought out the WRONG order to me. Then came back a second time to ask for my receipt. Then they told me to pull forward again to the front so more cars could go past me. Then I waited for at least 15 minutes before she finally brought out my order. When we first walked in it was about 5 people waiting on food and was waiting over 30 minutes the tables were dirty we sat down and waited for 45 minutes to an hour when we finally got our food orders was wrong we tried to tell them to fix and the manager started arguing saying it was right, when they finally fix the food fries were cold. read more

Not a single part of my order was decent. Was asked to repeat my order 4 times. Then my drink selection twice. both drinks were wrong, fries sucked, waited 15 minutes in line, even though it wasn't busy the staff was clearly overwhelmed by taking on the simple tasks they are required to perform EVERYDAY. The kitchen clearly wasn't busy since my food was cold. They just couldn't seem to figure out how to take an order, throw some food together and put it in a bag. Went back in to swap drinks myself, the tea was bad, and the Coke fountain was hooked up to diet instead. I cannot tell you how many surveys I have filled out on the receipt about the food and service and all they want to do is band aid the problem by sending you free coupons. I DONT WANT FREE! I was asked to move multiple times in the drive thru and people with far larger orders who I saw order at drive thru left before me. At 8:36, my food comes out.. oh and no drinks.. Had to wait again. Didn't think she would ever come back. My app order was our favorites and in that requested catsup as well. I leave so frustrated. The reviews for this establishment are accurate. Absolutely without a doubt the slowest Whataburger in the country. If you need a nap while waiting the 45 minute lead time for your food in the drive-thru (only 2 cars in the line) then this is your place. I've come this location four times since its been open (it's new I figured a few kinks) first time I came, I went through the drive thru, perfect. I came a few times back a little late at night, there was no one in the lobby. I know it's new and they're slow and they're still working out their kinks, everyone knew I was in lobby, but no one came to say anything. I work in the service industry so I know it gets busy, but their drive thru wasn't that busy. A simple "1 second, we'll be right with you." They kept trying to not make eye contact. This has happened to me twice. Another time was last night and we sat in the drive thru for 20+ mins (I kid you not) only to find out that they bumped their our order and never made it. I know it's fast food but it's really frustrating to waste my time here, like it's just annoying. I know it's new and they have kinks they need to work out, but this place is a mess. Their district managers need to give this location a boot camp, because something here isn't working out and they should probably figure that out. read more

Don't come here unless you have at least 45 minutes to spare and if there's no line you'll probably still be asked to pull and wait for such and such . One time they made me pull up and wait for hash browns . I'm not mad because I'm waiting but because it took them 5 minutes and hash browns take a 1 minute and 30 seconds I know cause I use to work Update: I came last week and there was no line . I pulled up to the window and there's two employees one is obviously higher than a normal manager . They had none of the usual employees . TWO PEOPLE got me my food in less than 1 minute . Honestly it's a shame. I don't know who runs this store but it needs serious help. Like seriously y'all need to start praying for this Whataburger. Line takes way way way too long, staff is usually confused and unorganized, it kind of feels like chaos, orders are always wrong.... You dang well better check your bag before you leave....in fact if they actually get your order right you need to play ice cube's (today was a good day) and go buy a lottery ticket. Came to order a shake at the drive thru, was told they don't have shakes right now. So I go to pull through to get out and this establishment wants to use their thru lane as part of their drive thru. So there is NO WAY to get out of the drive thru if they aren't going to offer what it is you came to order. You literally have to sit your way through the line waiting on other people to get their food all because this establishment thought it would be a good idea to not have one drive thru lane and one exit thru lane like every other fast food place.
