I love small town restaurants! The local home feel, even here at this Whataburger. I ordered Breakfast burger with Brioche bun meal. Meal came with Dr Pepper and hashbrowns. My order came our wrong and the staff was so apologetic. It took something like 90 seconds to get my replacement. Wow at speed and especially with the remake. The man braden or braeden, however it's spelt, is the truth! This guy helped me and my other whataburger mates out with condiments. He also helped get my online order when I ordered it from inside on the app. He asked what drink I got and even got it for me. He helped my table clean up too and introduced himself. Came in at about 7:30 or so to pick up an online order, the cashier was already helping someone but I was fine to wait. However, what I arrived at the register next the cashier didn't say a word to me? No greeting, a smile, nothing. Very cold, but I gave my name and they gave me my food. I decided to eat inside since I had some time, but after looking through my bag I had to return to the counter to get ketchup and salt. I did put it on my order that I wanted ketchup, so I'm not sure why it didn't end up in the bag. Anyways, the cashier was still very cold and didn't say anything even after getting their attention. Once I actually sat down to eat, aside from the onion rings (that are usually made to order) everything was cold. Not like it had been sitting a few minutes, but the fries had to have been under the warmer for a while and the chicken tenders were cold. About 2 hours later, my stomach was bubbling and overall I felt sick. In the end, Whataburger is fast food so I'm not expecting stellar service. But a simple greeting and care put into the food goes a long way and I could tell that this night shift just didn't care. read more

We just drove in from north Louisiana and was starving. Stopped here and ordered. Cheeseburger was a typical Whataburger but still very tasty. I had a cob salad, no meat, and it was large and fresh and they weren't tardy with all of the ingredients. I wish all in this chain were equally good. read more

The crew was arguing with a guest about is online order the guest told them that the triple burger had cheese added they argued with him and told him tough and sent him on his way. Also what gets me is the fact he ordered online and had to wait additional twenty minutes before he got his order and they still couldn't get the order right because they were goofing around and laughing about what they did to the guest and his order. I love Whataburger but every time we order here after 9pm not only is the food (burgers etc ) cold and just slapped together the fries are cold , stale and old sometimes even missing food after leaving to where i just don't want to eat there anymore simply cause the next closest one is 30 mins away ... It's Whataburger! As far as I'm concerned it's one of the better fast food restaurants for burgers. We don't have them in Michigan where we are from so when we are traveling in the south it's a treat to stop by and get them. This location was busy and got us our food fast. This is BY FAR the BEST whataburger I have ever been to. Every other WB I've stopped at, their burgers are sloppy and none of them seem to comprehend what no sauce and no lettuce means. I bought the number 2 with cheese, no sauce and no lettuce. My food came out ON POINT. I swear I'm so impressed I'm sitting in my car in the parking lot writing this review before I even started eating. The tomatoes look perfect. Which is low key surprising because tomatoes haven't looked decent in a hot minute. Side note: get some salt for your French fries. They need it. But they're still pretty damn good. I didn't expect the Whataburger at Livingston Texas to be the fastest Whataburger I've ever been to. The staff on a Sunday morning was alert, kind, courteous and efficient. I had a large order of 40 tacos that were ready exactly when I had asked to pick them up. I'm not through Livingston very much, but next time I'm in town I'm definitely coming to this Whataburger. read more

The portioning of my fries and my drink was surprising because for the same price, I would get a very small portion at a similar fast food chain in California. We placed an order on the app. It took an extremely long time for our food to arrive. The parking area for the carry out was full, so we parked directly adjacent to that parking on the side of the building. We waited a long time, and several employees walked by without paying attention. When our food finally arrived, one order item was incorrect and one was omitted. Both issues wew corected. We have not been in Whataburger territory for years, so we have been eating our way through the menu. We always say that because of the large portions of the food, we should split a meal, but resolve goes away when we get to the menu. Every single time I go through the truck drive through at this Whataburger I have to wait longer than the cars in the car drive through. Usually 5 cars that pulled in after me are served while I sit there and wait. This has happened at least 5 times. I swore I was finished patronizing this Whataburger after the last time, but I love Whataburger, so I tried again. It wasn't any better this time. Want throw the drive throw, the women taking our order was very impatient and sounded annoyed that we ask for a few minutes to look over the menu.
