Two employees walking around the lobby trying to look busy (maybe they were on break). We initially ordered with no issues and no wait. Before leaving, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onions, mustard, and tomato to go. We waited for several minutes. A worker appeared and handed a bag to another customer. The customer mentioned that it wasn't his. So, the worker handed me the bag. Since I am Deaf, I constantly repeat everything back to ensure I have everything correct. I said, "Bacon cheeseburger, correct?" He replied, "Yes, it is." I said, "I ordered two shakes. One was white chocolate peppermint, and the other was chocolate peppermint." He replied, "Okay," Within seconds, he returned with two shakes. Here is the kicker: The receipt with the ordered items is taped to the outside of the bag. It listed everything that I ordered, yet he was oblivious to the taped receipt. Of course, we left without checking each item. Well, three miles down the road we discovered that the burger didn't have bacon, onions, tomato, or mustard. Also, both shakes were white chocolate peppermint. Ineptness was on overload at this location, and its the better Whataburger within the Nashville region. I'm starting to feel like any Whataburger outside of Texas will have significant issues. Perhaps, this is the result of expanding outside of your core territory. read more

The burger was like nothing I've ever seen. It was grey and very thin. Kind of like a piece of bologna. The trim of the meat had a grill mark but centre was like it had been sitting in water pan. Remind me of the hospital food. No resemblance of a grilled or bbq burger whatsoever. The thickness was less than 1/8th ". I don't know what the hype is about. Super excited! Whataburger for goodness sakes! Having grown up in Phoenix, AZ where Whataburger is king, it's been a while since I sunk my teeth into one of these monsters. I was really looking forward to visiting this newly opened location. By comparison to what I grew to love, this location falls short. The employees all are super courteous and friendly, the facilities are spotless, location is an easy drive from Interstate 40. The burger ... well, it was dry and the bun was not soft and chewy. Whataburgers are typically not the cleanest, not the best customer service and the slowest food chain in the world. However, this one broke the norm. Every associate was friendly and helpful and conversational. They were actively cleaning everything with sanitizing wipes and the food came out before we even sat down! It's weird to recommend a fast food place but if you are looking for quality and fast service and a clean place to eat, go here! read more

I wanted to get my meal after work as I get off at 10 nearby. So I come to the drive thru and I see one car leave before even taking their order. So I wait about 20 minutes before I'm even able to take my order. Once my orders taken, it takes another 15 minutes for me to pay for my food. The person working the window was the only good part about this experience. He apologized multiple times and made my food large for free. It takes about another 5-10 minutes before I get my food. So I then drive home and find out that I received a medium onion rings in one order, I order fries everytime I go, and in the other order I did not receive even a single side. On top of that, the coke was colored soda water with no bit of flavor. Extremely disappointed and will not go back. read more

Alrightie, I'd like to first start by saying that I frequent this locations drive through in the middle of the night. When that happens the wait is epically long which I think it's most people's complaints. They've also really messed up our orders multiple times in the drive through. HOWEVER, they are there when I need them and I thank them for that. HOWEVER part two, they redeemed themselves today when I went nearby to get a manicure and some groceries and then made the decision that even though I bought groceries, I needed food. I didn't take photos of my food cuz I devoured it but the restrooms were clean and the entire restaurant was spotless. The booths were comfy and the manager came through to see how everything was and if we needed any additional condiments. It wasn't a 100% trip, they didn't have any sweet tea and I specifically got a large drink so devour many ounces of sweet tea. I settled for another drink which in my book puts them down to a 95 in my book. Glad there's this option! read more

Don't order dine-in. Be prepared to wait 15+ minutes for your fast food. (To give credit, this is the case for all four Whataburgers in the area) The gentleman who brought us our food was surly and combative. Sir, I understand that you are be legally blind but how am I supposed to tell? I only asked about our drink/shakes that we had not received. The only saving grace was Brendon at the front. Every time we go here they get my order wrong and the wait is inconsistently bad. I've ordered ahead multiple times, sometimes as much as 30 minutes ahead and still had to wait another 30 for my food. Amazing experience. Staff is so friendly. The manager on duty by the name of Cameron was nice talking to! The food was made right, came out in a couple minutes, and fresh. Parking lot was near packed. Almost had to park in the Publix parking lot. Will definitely be back again soon! read more

The quality of service has fallen considerably since grand opening. A lot of errors in order and service friendliness have gone astray. Served food with cold meat and fries. Had to return sandwich and not the fries (to save my time.) Please return the service as of there is a grand opening every day without end. At first the service wasn't the best but they have definitely worked hard to turn it around. The food is great!

My husband and I went around 10pm to grab a burger and fries to share. We get to the window, place our order and drive to the window. The server took my card and returned it with my receipt and we waited... and waited... and waited...and waited! After looking on my online banking, we were waiting for 14min total!.. for 2 items! I tapped on the window and asked about the 1 burger and 1 fry and the response was ..."OMG, we forgot to place it"!!!! So we STILL had to wait for the order. For a place that just opened, we won't be going back, the wait time is not worth the food. read more

Went to my vehicle to check what time I arrived and it was 22 minutes, for a 9 piece chicken! The incompetence is ramped with these folks... the GMs walking around measuring stuff but not addressing the piss poor management directly in their faces. I did speak with a GM and he was nice and offered a coupon, not sure what good a coupon is if they can't get a basic order done... these whataburgers are doing a disservice to the name and what I remember from TX and NM. read more

The app messed up and made my order for a location across town without me knowing. The manager at this location went ahead and honored my order even though his location didn't get the money. Big shout out to the manager, Corey, and Wes for the amazing service. The food is Whataburger Gold standard as always!
