This location used to be so fire but it's been straight abhorrent the last few times. They cannot for the life of them give me my entire order--I keep getting swindled out of at least one thing. It was medium fries, this time. Also, don't bother with curbside. Just go through the drive through. It doesn't matter if you say 20 minutes from now or "ASAP," you're gonna be waiting awhile even when there are only two other cars in the parking lot. I ordered takeout to be picked up curbside. I actually ordered from the wrong store but that was ok, it wasn't that much further from the one that is closer to me. I've been craving a hamburger and Whataburger is my go to, when I don't want to venture out further. Let me say first, I love Whataburger but my last two orders, which were curbside were lacking, especially today's order. This order, as well as the previous curbside order, the burger was cold. Today's burger was a mess and sloppily thrown together, as well as cold. I get that there are changes due to the virus and perhaps even new help, but really? I ate the burger anyway, after warming it up in the microwave, because I was hungry and it's still a Whataburger. I expect better of Whataburger - I've grown up on their burgers since high school but I was terribly disappointed with today's order. I am a patient, understanding person. Mess up an order every once in awhile? That's ok. That's just being human. But the last FOUR visits here in a row over a span of 2 months have been WRONG. Is there a literacy problem at this location? Can they not read the order? They usually cheat you. Order a double. They'll give you a single. Add extra hashbrowns to a taquito - nope you're getting regular hashbrowns. Change the cheese to shredded cheddar, nope - you're getting that standard slice of American. the weird thing is - they mess up the order then they want the food back - even with your bite in it. Like they can't believe their cooks mess up so much. Well, they do. I usually get them to correct it. I gave up on this location after today's error. Fast food should not be a hassle. Always open your food wrappers and check your order before you leave this place, if you must come here. read more

They made it wrong twice and refused to fix it. I ordered a breakfast burrito with shredded cheese, sausage, hashbrowns and Rancho Verde style. The first time they made it it was not Rancho Verde style it was just Sausage hashbrowns and shredded cheese. I went Inside the store to get them to correct it And then they Didn't make it Rancho Verde style they just added jalapeños and salsa on top of the messed up burrito and American cheese. I told him I ordered shredded cheese so instead of remaking it they just gave me straight it cheese on the side and they never made the burrito Rancho Verde style. This location doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I placed a mobile curbside order for a taquito and a medium drink. About 10 minutes pass, and someone brings me the drink and says the food will be out soon. About 30 minutes passed before someone else came out to deliver someone else's food. I got their attention letting them know I've been waiting for 30 minutes. She comes back out to deliver another person's food, then comes to me and says, "Are you sure you ordered at this location? I don't see your order." I tell her I already got my drink, and show her the order on my phone emphasizing it's just a taquito I'm missing. Another 10 minutes pass before she comes back out to tell me there's a hold on tortillas. Tortillas. For 40 minutes? I tell her I just want a refund and she says I have to do it through the app, and of course, that wasn't easy. read more

They have messed up several orders of mine. My favorite was ordering a breakfast on a bun and getting one taquito. Today when I placed my order in the drive thru they tried to upsize me and I told them no. We had to start over. I pulled thru and a girl brought me my drink. She told me she would go get my change. Then she brought the food. I assumed my change was in the bag. My mistake. That amounts to theft. Too many food businesses now are trying to keep your change without your approval. For those that think this is no big deal, think of the big picture and how much money it can mean. Better still, since money is no bog deal I challenge you to give $20.00 a month to St. Jude's Children's hospital. read more

The service at this location is really slow. After waiting and finally getting my food realized my kids' fruit snacks were missing so I had to go inside to get them. I don't usually have a problem with this What a burger but when I do. They made a mistake on the order. When I complained the young man tried to blame me. Saying "Do you even know what you ordered?" Not very nice. I know it's a busy place but what happened to "the customer is always right "? I complained (when he finally wanted to listen) that the what a burger Jr looked like a just a burger. Now If the Jr has been downsized then tell me. I can deal with that. But don't insinuate that I am too dum to read the receipt. This review is for the fast food category. This place serves large burgers and they have larger ones on the menu. It was very tasty but the fries and spicy ketchup are the very best I ever had. I want to try their spicy chicken next time. Their medium soda is an extra large in the rest of the universe. Busy Saturday lunch made the parking lot a bit tricky to maneuver. The staff was very friendly and attentive. And yes the bathroom was spotless. I will be trying other burger joints in the area but it will be had to match this WHATABURGER. read more

This was my first time at this location and only my 2nd time eating at a Whataburger. To understand this, we relocated here about 6 years ago and there are so many food options we could live here for decades and still not have tried them all. I started a new job in this area not long ago and am working my way through all the available options in this area. Today I felt like a burger so that's how I arrived here. I am only reviewing my experience going through the drive-through. There are two lines and two order takers with what look like iPads outside. The drive-through is extremely busy so I was a little hesitant because I didn't want to spend half my lunch hour in line. But I decided to keep going and this place has it down! I even saw a manager walking food bags and drinks to the cars in the line that don't go by the window. Great team! Really good burger and fries, they remembered my napkins and ketchup. My rating is not for the food itself , it's for management. This location has a manger named Cheryl that is a rude person. She treats her employees like trash IN FRONT of the customers. That's not right at all and where is the respect. I've heard her yell at them when the lobby was open before COVID and same thing now in drive thru. It's ridiculous. Always a long line at the drive thru. Best bet is to park, then order inside. They are right next to a Walmart, so there is plenty of parking. Their sausage and gravy biscuits are the best! Great taste and awesome biscuits. Always fresh! Biscuits always wrapped individually and the gravy in a covered contained so you can use as little or as much as you want. Coffee here is good. I can't drink coffee from just anywhere, but this place has drinkable coffee without being too strong. Staff at this location are not as friendly as other nearby locations, but still said have a nice day. read more
