The service was horrible never have I been yelled at by a manager for her mistake I placed an order for 6 meals they forgot to give me half of my drinks and one of my meals when I tried to explain what happened and what I was missing she raised her voice and was very rude she said that she decided to remove my Monterrey melt because the customer infront of me said he ordered the same thing I don't understand what two separate orders have to do with each other and when they started making decisions for the customer so instead of asking me if that's what I ordered she just took it off and the crazy part is I am a women and the other customer was am man you mean to tell me you thought we were the same person. I mean for a fast food QSR model. They are head and shoulders above their competitors ie In N Out, McDonald's, Burger King , Wendy's...you get the idea. What makes them really shine is their Whataburger app, their constantly gives you free offers on the app which honestly will lure me in 100% of the time. The quality of burger is top notch. My go to sandwich there is between the Patty Melt add fajita onions and bacon or the mushroom Swiss onion burger. Love Whataburger, just not this one. They almost always get my order wrong. Drivethru is slow. Today not only did they not get the burger order right, I asked for unsweet tea and got sweet. (you would think when I asked for sweet-n-low they would have at least asked if I wanted sweet or unsweet tea), No napkins, and no straw for the wrong tea. Drive thru service is slow. Maybe instead of asking if I am going to use my Whataburger app (every time) they could spend the time improving the speed thru drive thru or confirming my order. The fish is a large rectangular shape on their standard hamburger bun with lettuce and mayo. It was a good tasting sandwich and along with their good French fries and self serve drink machines made for a nice meal (3.5). With Whataburgers clean and attractive restaurants, good customer service and table delivery service of your food makes coming to them a pleasure. I heart Whataburger. Whenever I visit Texas, I try and go here at least once. The burgers are far superior to any of the other large fast food chains. I love their fries and the Whataburger ketchup is great. It comes in rectangular containers that make dipping easy, even if you're driving. The staff at this location was super friendly. I ordered a unsweetened tea. I drank most of it and left the ice and cup in the car overnight. The next morning I took a sip and some sort of gelatin substance came up the straw. I uncapped it and looked to the inner bottom and there was some sort of kombucha mushroom gelatin taking up the entire bottom. They need to scrub down their tea container, because that fungus or whatever can kill someone. I hate iced tea, but soda is pure kidney poison and I had to order a drink with fries to get my burger. Maybe it was slime from their ice machine. I will never trust their location again for anything. read more

Great location! I always order on the app for curbside pickup and the service is great and made to order correctly every time. It's a quick in and out and back to work. My one complaint is the drive thru line blocks the curbside pickup spots when it gets too long. Other than that minor inconvenience, this is a top notch location. read more

You can never really go wrong with Whataburger! This location is "a-ok" as my 3 star rating shows. We went in on a Saturday night around 10:30pm, it was very loud. There was one large and extremely drunk group, they were singing/yelling/cussing..throwing napkins at each other etc. Everyone else in the establishment seemed to be pretty annoyed with them and their were families with children, so the guests' behavior wasn't the most appropriate. But they were never told to keep it down or leave. Other than that...everything about this location is "a-ok". Not the best or cleanest but also not the worst.
