yeah the last time I came here was on 7/26/2026, I got a burger with some barbecue sauce. the manager was not only extremely rude to her employees, rushing them, and getting the orders wrong. She charged me for the two barbecue sauces I asked for, and didn't put them inside the bag. I didn't get her name, but she really needs coaching on how to treat her employees. The only reason Im writing a review here is because the QR code on the receipt I saved is faded. read more

All Whataburger's but particularly at Spring Cypress and 249. Great staff, food etc and Well run!! For something a little on the healthier side I get eggs fried and sausage without the biscuit. Extra napkins and squeeze any visible grease out. *** (Extra to take home!!!) Do t forget the "senior drinks". read more

I had a good experience with Whataburger on a Friday night. The wait was decent, food was correct and cashier friendly. I ordered Whataburger meal, chicken strip meal and the spicy buffalo chicken sandwich. Not sure if I will get the chicken again, it was super wet and messy. The ranch sauce was almost over powering and I love ranch. The chicken strips were a nice size though. Otherwise the other items were good. read more

Went to this location midnight thur the drive thru on July 17th 2025. Unfortunately there was a long line of cars and took a while for them to dispatch the food. Are you confirm that the condiment requested we're incorrect and missing. But to make matters worse the fries were cold and stale. Next time I'll remember too have to ask for fresh ingredients made. read more

8/11/25 11:00pm Walked in and was never greeted, there was nobody to take an order at the counter. An employee walked by to the restroom, still did not acknowledge me. Another customer walked in and he was greeted before I was by the same lady who did not acknowledge me while on her way to the bathroom. I did use the app to place an order so luckily that cut down my wait time read more

Yes, I'm back here again after a few days. Yes I saw the chili burger advertisement on the building at the last location I was in and yes, I fell for the marketing of "NEW". This a heavy boy, The burger is two beef patties with two slices of American cheese layered with Whataburger's own beef chili, crunchy corn chips, tangy mustard and crisp onions piled high on a toasted five-inch bun, I subtracted the mustard and added Bbq sauce. This is not a burger you eat in the middle of the week. This is not something you eat then just go on back about your day like it never happened. This behemoth of a fast food burger will slow you down and make you consider some healthier choices. . Call this for short the HumbleBurger. The chili on this burger is great, it's not spicy but it gives a great impression that it might become spicy. read more

Whats the point of asking if we want condiments if you mark them on the receipt but dont give it to me? Terrible service.

Love love Whataburger. Ordered through drive through. Busy by the way but when you love the food you will wait. Picked up order. Paid for order. 3 taquitos. Hop on freeway. 2 taquitos and 3 salsas. No turning back. You can do better. Instead of a $3 Taquito-we ate $5 taquitos. Not worth $5!!! Moral of the story. Check your bag- all the way. Don't assume 3 salsas equal 3 taquitos. 1 of us is still hungry...hangry. read more

Don't try ordering through the drive thru. This lady was on the other end getting our order and got absolutely nothing right. For someone that has food allergies she is not okay to be put in the drive through. Our food that we ordered correctly ended up coming out all wrong. The service was horrible never have I been yelled at by a manager for her mistake I placed an order for 6 meals they forgot to give me half of my drinks and one of my meals when I tried to explain what happened and what I was missing she raised her voice and was very rude she said that she decided to remove my Monterrey melt because the customer infront of me said he ordered the same thing I don't understand what two separate orders have to do with each other and when they started making decisions for the customer so instead of asking me if that's what I ordered she just took it off and the crazy part is I am a women and the other customer was am man you mean to tell me you thought we were the same person. I can't believe the horrible customer service I received and from the manager no less. Do better Whataburger. read more

I've had Whataburger before, and it's just okay--a safe choice. My wife tried it for the first time, and her experience matched mine: basic. The burger is decent, and the fries are fine. I'd eat here again, but only if I was in a rush and starving. read more

Curbside Side Service at this location Sucks!!! Ordered on the App and scheduled to pick up at 11:30AM. Did not get my order until 15 minutes after what I scheduled. I mean for a fast food QSR model. They are head and shoulders above their competitors ie In N Out, McDonald's, Burger King , Wendy's...you get the idea. What makes them really shine is their Whataburger app, their constantly gives you free offers on the app which honestly will lure me in 100% of the time. The quality of burger is top notch. My go to sandwich there is between the Patty Melt add fajita onions and bacon or the mushroom Swiss onion burger. I'm so happy I live so close to a Whataburger when I need those burger cravings satisfied read more

Love Whataburger, just not this one. They almost always get my order wrong. Drivethru is slow. Today not only did they not get the burger order right, I asked for unsweet tea and got sweet. (you would think when I asked for sweet-n-low they would have at least asked if I wanted sweet or unsweet tea), No napkins, and no straw for the wrong tea. Drive thru service is slow. Maybe instead of asking if I am going to use my Whataburger app (every time) they could spend the time improving the speed thru drive thru or confirming my order. In fact why don't they make it incumbent on the people who use the app to scan their receipt with their Whataburger app and stop making the drive thru even slower. read more

They are unorganized and extremely slow. Waited 30 minutes. And the food was wrong. This location is truly awful. Spilled milkshake on the floor and it took 13 minutes to clean it. This is pathetic. I don't give out five stars to fast food places but omg my bf has turned me into a whataburger connoisseur. I now know what it means that a location should taste like the one in corpus. The buns were perfectly toasted. Cleanliness - 5 stars! Super friendly staff. Granted I came for a late lunch/early dinner. Ok let's be real - I was craving whataburger. The onion rings were so fresh that they were super crispy and done right. What can I say. Whataburger over any other fastfood chain in Texas. read more

Whataburger - Happiness on a tray. - Burgers Near Me - Jersey Village, Texas

I heart Whataburger. Whenever I visit Texas, I try and go here at least once. The burgers are far superior to any of the other large fast food chains. I love their fries and the Whataburger ketchup is great. It comes in rectangular containers that make dipping easy, even if you're driving. The staff at this location was super friendly. Our food was delivered quickly and was hot and fresh. Whataburger is not only their name, it is an accurate description of their burgers. read more

During Lent, Whataburger offers a fish sandwich which I had for lunch yesterday. Making it a combo my total cost was a little over $6. The fish is a large rectangular shape on their standard hamburger bun with lettuce and mayo. It was a good tasting sandwich and along with their good French fries and self serve drink machines made for a nice meal (3.5). With Whataburgers clean and attractive restaurants, good customer service and table delivery service of your food makes coming to them a pleasure. This location had a lady standing outside during lunchtime assisting the drive thru customers with pre ordering to speed their service. Everything here was A-OK! read more

slow service and non knowledgeable.. seen ignoring customers and not caring about the food being made and putting care into it and effort ..

Extremely slow... I do not understand the point of a mobile order if they do not have it ready at the time specified. Waited 30 minutes after I had to go inside. Not the first time with issues. read more

First off Whataburger is amazing but this location is a total lack luster. Here's an idea. Greet your customers with respect, a smile and a hello. Keep your place nice and clean. Get your customers orders out fast and correct. Stop all the employee group bullshit / gossip gatherings in the kitchen. Then maybe just maybe I'll be back. Go next door to your new chicken neighbor and learn from them. Probably why every one of their locations are the same with a line out the door. Just saying. read more

Hey Whataburger, I get it during the lunch hour it busy! But do you really think your customers want a cold cheese burger after just leaving the drive thru, I know I don't. Whataburger quality is being replaced by quantity! read more

I ordered a unsweetened tea. I drank most of it and left the ice and cup in the car overnight. The next morning I took a sip and some sort of gelatin substance came up the straw. I uncapped it and looked to the inner bottom and there was some sort of kombucha mushroom gelatin taking up the entire bottom. They need to scrub down their tea container, because that fungus or whatever can kill someone. I hate iced tea, but soda is pure kidney poison and I had to order a drink with fries to get my burger. Maybe it was slime from their ice machine. I will never trust their location again for anything. read more

Great location! I always order on the app for curbside pickup and the service is great and made to order correctly every time. It's a quick in and out and back to work. Just the most absolute garbage of an excuse of a whataburger, got rushed in drive thru, got order wrong, food was cold and bland. Patty melt was absolute shit. Avocado burger was shit. I normally don't like Whataburger but this one is good. Only problem is the drive through is the slowest I've ever been through

You can never really go wrong with Whataburger! This location is "a-ok" as my 3 star rating shows. We went in on a Saturday night around 10:30pm, it was very loud. There was one large and extremely drunk group, they were singing/yelling/cussing..throwing napkins at each other etc. Everyone else in the establishment seemed to be pretty annoyed with them and their were families with children, so the guests' behavior wasn't the most appropriate. But they were never told to keep it down or leave. Other than that...everything about this location is "a-ok". Not the best or cleanest but also not the worst. The service was a bit slow but no outrageous wait times either. read more
