And we came at night, so it was a little dicey, but we were able to order in the drive thru and leave with no issues. The employees were friendly. The shake machine was down which was a bummer. I took time to call back the person on the other end of the phone says "what's the big deal it's just lettuce". At that point, I asked to speak to the manager he said his name was Mike. He said I need to turn around and come back to the store and bring the burger for an exchange. I told him I was in the Galleria by then and it was too far to turn around. I've only been through the drive thru here so once again that was my experience tonight. After you order food you pay at one window, drive up and receive your food at the second window. Both women working the drive thru had attitudes, were unpleasant and looked and acted like they were annoyed being there. I continued to try to be pleasant with them thinking maybe they were having a bad night. After receiving my food I drive off and go home. I mean, if I can't go inside because I'm sick or in my pajamas or whatever, I literally give myself twenty minutes to sit in line just waiting to order. There was one time I got stuck in this drive thru for almost FORTY MINUTES. I think it had to do with a difficult customer, but still. I couldn't get out, either, since I was sandwiched between poles and other cars. The solution is just to go inside. I do that whenever I can. They're super friendly and even have table service. We opted to go into the lobby and eat inside. Many of the reviews for this location are about a negative drive through experience; our dine-in lunch was very positive, though. Staff was very friendly and attentive; interior was clean and well maintained; our food was delivered to us promptly and cordially; restrooms were also in good condition.
