I received my food and did a survey which I placed my concerns of worry. Went back through the driveway to redeem my survey coupon and was met with hostility from the managing staff. Refusing to give me fresh fries. Insisted that I show my receipt in order to prove that I recently ordered the fries. Filled with so much attitude and says this was by far my worst experience with the company. There were also homeless people sitting outside of the property, making it unsafe for customers. I would like to be contacted in regards of the inhumane services I received.

I told him no and said that the app was telling me they were in line waiting to pick up. My dasher then told me they gave my order to someone else (another dasher) and are refusing to re make my order due to those reasons. I called this store and they pretty much told me the same thing that they couldn't remake the order and that they have no idea where my order was now and I may or may not receive it. Well it never came. Had to then contact door dash to get a refund and after an hour of playing phone tag with all these company's had to load up and go out and find dinner. After a 17hr work day over the road that was the last thing I wanted to do. All because they gave my order to the wrong driver. I could be wrong but I believe they are responsible to have to check and make sure the driver picking up has all the correct information and what not.
