It was our first time at Whataburger and our cashier Lilyanna was amazing . She explained the burgers on the menu , what came on them,what the shakes were and the special shake flavor. She was very friendly and attentive which being a food service manager myself is a very rare quality. She checked on us often and catered to the needs of the rest of the patrons as well keeping the dining area tidy . We will definitely be back to see her when we come beck down from Washington state .She definitely needs a raise . read more

We could've gone through another drive thru 4 times with how long it took. I understand that some times you're short staffed but then make better management decisions and close one of the lanes instead of letting each line order and sit for so long. You close the second lane and now that employee that is assigned to take the food out to the second line is now free to help the cooks who are clearly getting slammed. Horrible customer service and the manager needs to be fired since he can't figure this out on his own. read more

I actually really enjoy the food here. I come for the biscuits and gravy every now and then in the morning. But I have to say it's getting really annoying that EVERY single time, something is missing from my order. I came here last week and I did not get my fries with my meal. Just went there this morning and I did not get my hash browns with my biscuit and gravy meal, or silverware. I'm a Native Texan that adores Whataburger and this is by far the best location I have visited outside of the Lone Star State. I've visited at least a dozen times and have consistently had good experiences. There have been a handful of hiccups--one time I received a burger with a bunch of toppings I did not order/could not eat. Another time one of the workers at the grill was new and over seasoned the burgers to the point that they were inedible. In each case they went above and beyond to make it up to me. The first issue with the wrong toppings was resolved with them remaking the burger correctly. I had also ordered a chicken sandwhich that was fine and yet they remade that for me alongside the burger to make it up to me and it really warmed my heart. The other time they remade my burger alongside my two friends--an employee made sure the new worker put the right amount of seasoning that time and it was all good from there. The employees are nice and several of them go above and beyond. A couple of the workers I've interacted with have not been the nicest but I don't think it's their fault and regardless, the other employees and the service I've received is satisfactory to the point a 5 star rating is deserved. read more

Ordered said bacon extra crisp so they charged me 1.50. For 2 combos was 27.00 then I waited over 5 minutes for them to pour me an ice tea because it was turned around. Then they forgot our jalapeños so I went up and waited over 3 minutes while food got cold. Worst whataburger ever. The manager needs to learn how to manage! Whataburger is usually fantastic. However, when I visited this location it was terrible. The drive-through line is super unorganized. They have two lanes and the employees are walking back-and-forth in confusion trying to get you your food. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive through only to find out they were out of green chilies. The whole reason I came to Whataburger was for a green chili cheeseburger. Also, the shake machine was broken or they ran out of product which was another disappointment! First I received my drink and then minutes later I received my food. A total wait time of twenty minutes. Other people in the drive-through line had received their food but could not pull away because the people in front of them had not received their food yet. Very unorganized. I spent $13 on a hamburger, fries and drink and did not get the burger I was hoping for. This visit was a complete disappointment and I hope they change the way they do things. Third time I have been since they opened. First time was for breakfast the week they opened. The honey chicken biscuit was horrible. Biscuit was rock hard as was the silver dollar sized chicken. I am a native Texas gal and I have a fondness for Whataburger! So, when I found out they were opening this location near my home, I was quite excited for sure. My favorite is their green chili double cheese burger. If you want heat, get jalapeños on your burger, green chilis are for flavor. This burger is sooo good! Okay now for the not so great stuff about this location. First, they are slower than any Whataburger that I have been to and my order is not right more than it is. I have been patient letting them work their kinks out but I think time has run out. I have come here because they are so close to me but I unfortunately cannot anymore. The staff is nice, somewhat clueless, it is clean and the food when you do get is the Whataburger flavor I love! And the size of the burger and price point can't be beat. I was the only car in line when I first got there. Waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes without a single person saying anything, so I called. They came out 5 minutes later and said they were waiting for the biscuits and I didn't order anything with biscuits. Continued to wait but my little one needed to use the bathroom so we went inside. I showed my receipt and told the girl what happened and I still had to wait another 10 minutes. After I got the food I was not happy and just went home. First time eating at Whataburger. I had the green chili double burger, and it was delicious--hot and fresh. My husband ordered the patty melt and fries. The fries were hot and just the right amount of salt. The patty melt was very flavorful with the onions. The bread was good but could have been a little more toasted/crispy. Overall we give it 5 stars and will definitely be back to try more, especially the shakes. The employees were really great too. The restaurant was pretty full but still clean. read more

Usually I enjoy a Whataburger every now and again. This time the food was warm, the fries were inconsistent, some soggy some cooked. The soda was handed to me dripping. I do not understand why the individuals at the window are not trained to clean the cups. I also wonder why you have to ask for napkins. Overall the food today was mediocre. I think a name change for this location may be in order! Whataburger it is NOT. Sorry to slam a new restaurant however I would not eat here again if they told me the food was free. It started with the cashier at the counter telling us, "everything is made fresh with each order" well if this was made fresh perhaps they need some new cooks! The hamburger was completely dry, the tomato looked as if it was left out overnight and the bun was hard and stale. I'm sorry but if hamburgers are your main draw into the place you'd think they would know how to prepare one?? Not sure what's up with the soda machine but it too wasn't right. The wife had a patty melt and it was greasy with some kind of sauce coming out everywhere. Her drink too tasted off. Even the damn French fries were cold. Needless to say we will never go back to this place. In a few months the brand new Portillo's will be open right next door, want a great hamburger, just walk over to Portillo's! We have been regulars with the kids here for at least 10 visits over the last year. We have given you excusable every time, like post COVID, it was busy, hard to find good help but I'm tired of the slack. Y'all (managers included) have F***ed up every order on every visit. This time order number 951840 your team only got 2 items correct. The kids burger and the cookie (cookie is prepackaged so another freebie). Other Whataburger's haven't made mistakes so it's not the hireable workforce, just you. The old army phrase "soup sandwich" comes to mind. It's not just the cashier cause we ordered my son's burger with just ketchup and mustard and y'all put mustard and mayo. Staff is always friendly but friendly doesn't mean you can listen to an order or cook a burger. The store was neat and clean. The employees were courteous and friendly, and the food was fresh and hot.

I get that this is a newly opened location but the people taking orders really had no idea what they were doing with even the most basic requests like onion rings instead of fries. Also there was a group of what seemed like management people with laptops sitting in the dining area being rather loud and not seeming to care about the fact there was a long line of people to order because the service was so slow.
