Ordered a chicken sandwich, it came with rancid black rotten lettuce. Ordered fries, they came out cold Ordered sauces, they weren't included No part of my order was enjoyable and I don't think I'll ever return, since it's obvious food quality doesn't matter, as well as order correctness. read more

$5.50 for a single patty burger that they could not make properly. Chewy bun, no cheese on the burger, and very pricey for what you got. The folks on the headset were also not ready to take the order... I did wait a few minutes before being greeted. I'm not mad about that part, but the price/quality was not worth it at all. read more

Ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders with cream gravy. The tenders were more like slightly larger chicken nuggets. The cream gravy (no lie) came in a small container about the size of half a cup but only 1/4 of the container (so 1/4 of half a cup) of gravy. Enough gravy for almost one "tender" the Texas toast was burned and missing the Texas and smashed almost flat The fries were so soggy. I've never cared for whatabutger but I was gravy tenders with cream gravy. Not worth the $12. Should've gone to canes next door. Way too expensive for this trash read more

Ordered through the app a couple of weeks ago and they completely forgot an order of onion rings. I called immediately and told them and the girl, named Deedee, said she was sorry and that I could go back anytime (no time restriction) and get my onion rings order that was owed to me. So I go back today because this is the first opportunity I have to go, and the manager I spoke with, Cynthia, said that it was so long ago that they could not do that, and that any complaints need to go through the app- which I have always called and they have always replace my order this way. And the cherry on top was that there was no Deedee that ever worked there. Why someone would think I would make up a name to get some free onion rings is beyond me. Another Whataburger location it is. read more

Burger was precooked w cheese already w two other cold pieces of cheese put on the burger. No grilled onions. Horrible cold burger. Delivery drive stole my shake. Called her three times b4 she answered. Said they didn't give it to her. I can tell a liar when I hear one. Order was $30!!!!! 'SKIP this Whataburger!!!!' Quality & serving customers is not their priority. read more

Stopped by this location yesterday for lunch and used the drive-through. Got home to find a cheeseburger with the cheese not even slightly melted, with a bun that was stale and that should have been discarded. On top of that I would guess my fries were about half of an order. This location sets the low limits for Whatabugers nationwide. read more

They gave me a cold ass Whataburger when I ordered a Monterey melt and put the Monterey melt sticker on it, i ain't goin lie I still ate it. I'm not mad just disappointed. I understand work sucks but we all have to work, all I ask is you give a little bit of a fuck damn read more

Spent 30.00 bucks to get it wrong and asking for the food back. When replacing the burger and fries.

If I could've give you guys half a star I would've do it, I received a burger from this place, WITHOUT the MEAT, they just send me the buns and the vegetables but no meat read more

Whataburger - A burger without the meat from whataburger, this is just dumb bro - Fast Food Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Actually, the food at Whataburger deserves 10 stars. However, this location can't ever get things straight. Never gets my order right, super dirty and the rudest staff ever. And this only happens at this location. I never have any of these problems at any other Whataburger location. I guess they need a management change or something. I am rating the service here, not the food. read more

Whataburger - a man and a woman in a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Not gonna lie, the food here is awesome, it's just the drive thru is so slow and I bet people get impatient when only one line is open..

This place is always chaos. Rude employees bad services poor quality. Go to another location

Whataburger...where do I start? Is it any more delicious than McDonalds or Burger King? No. Is it better priced? No. Are the portions bigger? No. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut you still need to try Whataburger! It's fast food through and through. Greasy, cheesy, addicting and extremely bad for you. Talking about WB in a general, chain matter, the burgers vary and specialty burgers are always being added (and taken away :( so sad). They also have chicken strips, sandwiches, and some other stuff that I find myself brave enough to try after a bar crawl. I do like their fries on a fast food, chain level. And WB isn't everywhere (only in the southwest region or so I'm told) so it's worth a try during a visit. Now to this WB specifically. This one is pretty standard for the El Paso area. Generally clean. Fast service. Hot food. Everything you want in a WB. And if you've never been to a WB be forewarned...this is where everyone ends up after a night out since it's open 24/7. read more

I just arrived home from ordering the honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich and when I opened the wrapping I was shocked with only seeing one chicken strip in my sandwich. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK . P.S I went back to fix it with the managers but they all didn't care and were being rude even though I brought my receipt and all they had to say was too bad. read more

Do not go through drive through, girl taking orders for not listen and gets orders wrong. Would not recommend this location

This is the absolute WORST Whataburger location. It took us almost 30 minutes to get TWO items and it doesn't stop there. The girl taking my order wanted to argue with me that breakfast was over and when I said it's not 11am yet, she goes completely silent. I have to say hello after a few minutes to see if she's still there. She says okay, you want the breakfast burger? I tell her yes and if she can make it Ranchero style. She asks me to repeat myself, I do, and she goes silent again and then tells me hold on. Another few minutes pass by and she says, "okay." And I order the honey butter chicken biscuit. We get to the window finally and the girl asks what our drinks were, I told her we didn't get drinks. She then pauses and asks what we ordered. I repeat it to her and she looks like as if she doesn't understand the menu herself. She says okay and walks away. After another while, she hands us a bag and I look in it and it has taquitos or something. Completely WRONG order. I hand it back to her and told her that wasn't our order. She just goes, "Oh." And walks away. After waiting awhile again, she finally brings us our order. When we get home, they gave me a jalapeño cheddar biscuit instead of a regular biscuit. I would understand if she told me they didn't have regular biscuits, but not a freaking peep. I hate jalapeños and what if I happened to be allergic?? The incompetence is insane and I'm pretty sure I lost brain cells communicating with them. I love Whataburger, but avoid this location like the freaking plague and go to the Whataburger located on Lee Trevino, they actually know what they're doing unlike this place. read more

This use to be one of my favorite Whataburgers to go too but lately the staff sucks, they can't seem to get the order right. The food doesn't taste as good anymore and when I tried to talk to one of the managers, she was rude and just seem like she didn't want to listen and make things right. In fact she charged us after her employee messed up. Do yourself a favor and go to another one. read more

The whataburger on Zaragoza has always been my least favorite location of this heavenly franchise. However since there recent renovations I have been pleasantly surprised on numerous occasions. The honey butter chicken sandwich was on par and the same goes for the burger and fries. This Whataburger seems to be on the right track, however I'd still choose Yarbrough, Mesa, Lee Trevino as my go to Whata's. read more

Their A-1 Thick & Hearty burger is awesome. Their onion rings are batter dipped and deep fried. A tasty meal, just a little on the expensive side for fast food. read more

The manger on 10-24-15, Lucy, was extremely awesome and really went above and beyond! The whole staff was friendly and greeted us immediately upon walking in. Servers act like lost zombies. The seating structure of the so called restaurant is really inconsistent. food came out fast, but cold and watery. Fries are not bad, but they remind me the the ones from KFC decades ago. Servers bring food to your table and following they bring a tray with napkins and ketchup. Most of people coming to the restaurant were overweight; may be because they come here and eat late at night. Restaurant opens 24hrs: my overall experience to include my family: poor read more

Whataburger - Dining area whataburger Zaragoza, El Paso tx - Fast Food Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Although I am a bay area native and in and out is in my blood, This place was not bad. Pretty filling and tasty. Nothing comparable to 5 guys, In and out, shake shack and all those other chain burger joints such as white castle. Solid burget and fries. You can pretty much customize your burger to whatever you like. From just the patty and bun, all the way to all the sides on the burger. Nothing to great to brag about, just a ok burger and fries. read more

Worst whataburger location! Twice in a row I've gone and I gotten my drinks wrong ! Last visit I asked for 2 drinks , a Powerade and a sweet tea, when i received the drinks there were 3 in the cup holder. I told the young guy that I only asked for 2 drinks that this is not mine, he told me that the extra drink was just another sweet tea for me to just take them. When I drank my "Powerade" it didn't taste like Powerade although it was red in color, it was not Powerade, the other 2 drinks one was coke and the other raspberry tea, none which I asked for ! Today I asked for 2 powerades and received 2 sweet teas, how can someone get a tea confused with a Powerade?!? But that's not all, I also asked for onion rings and was charged for onion rings and I didn't get them! They need to do something and start managing this place correctly, because this are mistakes that shouldn't happen, or at least not in EVERY SINGLE visit ! read more

Did the order wrong; paid extra for the cheese and they didn't put it in. They gave me the wrong drink (they also put ice in the drink when I specified no ice) and did not give the cookie in the kids meal. The order was not complicated so I don't understand why they messed things up so badly; additionally, it was not busy. I probably will not return to this whataburger location. read more

This restaurant will get your orders wrong at the drive thru. Ordered a triple, and they gave me a chicken sandwich. Then I went inside to get the order fixed and they still gave the wrong item. Not worth going back to this one. read more

So I waited in a long ass line for a cold ass burger. Literally you can tell someone got a cold patty that had probably been sitting there for a while an threw a piece of cheese on it. You know how I know because the cheese wasn't even remotely melted. As a consumer if we are waiting in line for a long time at least make it worth the wait, there's a difference between being busy and being lazy. Oh and since when do we not get ketchup? Of course we want ketchup. What are ya'll Mcdonalds now? Maybe we do need an Inn & Out here Whataburger, maybe we do. You get one star for the tea because it was perfectly brewed an one star for the brand. read more

This Whataburger is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get. Order a double meat, get a triple. Order the breakfast platter w double the hash browns and get none. Last night I went to this whataburger, I had ordered through the drive-thru and I got what was supposed to be my biscuit sandwich and it was something completely different from what I ordered. I went inside the restaurant and I believe it was the manager, Oscar, that assisted me. I told him what happened and he just went absolutely above and beyond for my trouble. Not only did he make sure my order came out right but he upgraded me to a combo. He was extremely kind, and understanding and made sure I was taken care of and I wanted to say that he did absolutely more than provide excellent customer service and hopefully I can bring recognition to that. I already called the 1-800-6burger number to notify them of my great experience at this whataburger with Oscar, and hopefully this Yelp review helps with anyone else's experience read more

I love whataburger. This location will not disappoint. Their staff is friendly and very efficient.

I love Whataburger in the mornings. Their breakfast taquitos are warm and filling. Unfortunately, this location lets me down every time I go. Today I waited over 10 minutes and my taquitos and the bag it was delivered in had remnants of perfume that had likely been sprayed in the area. I am unlikely to recommend this location and will not be back. read more

Not sure why this place has such a low rating - it's a Whataburger like any other. I like this location more so than others because of the outdoor seating patio. Also, this place is phenomenal when you're drunk. But what place isn't? read more

Like any true Texan, I love Whataburger, but this location is horrible. I ordered in the drive through and it took 15 minutes for the food.
