Luckily the food is good here because the service sucks. I've been sitting in the drive-through line for 15 minutes waiting on pancakes why they let all these other cars go around me. Last week when I came here to get breakfast they gave me the wrong order which I didn't realize till I got home shame on me for not checking. This particular store has some Basic problems. Today, I got in the drive up where some one took my order. It was a simple breakfast. After about 20 minutes i finally made it to the pay window where the staffer was obviously confused about my order. She simply could not find it. If I could give this location a 0 star I would. This whataburger has the worse customer service I've ever came across. When you are ordering your food their cutting you off mid sentence. I have been to this new water burger three or four times since they opened on 19 February the first time everything was great the second time everything was great the third time they put way too many onions on my chicken fajita when I requested no I onions so when I went back I requested no I onions again the manager told me they come in with the peppers i said that is fine but the cook went and removed all the onions for me ! Horrible. We waited 10 minutes in line while the incompetent lady that took our order fumbled with the microphone. We asked to order breakfast at 10:59 but the lady refused because "it wasn't 11 yet" um excuse me I waited 15 mins and you can't microwave a biscuit and put chicken in between it?? Never had a problem during the day but the service I got from the night crew tonight was horrible. First I pull up to the drive thru and the lady asks for order and then asks if we could wait a minute, after about 5 mins we say hello maybe thinking she forgot we were there. She responds with I'll be with you in a minute. Another 5-7 minutes pass and the cars are starting to line up. It wasn't until a car behind us starts yelling about us being in line for like 15 minutes does she take our order. We pull up to the window to pay and no one is at the window the worker is outside talking to one of the cars that was waiting for our food. When she finally comes back in to charge she informs us that there's no Powerade on top of the milkshake machine being closed. She charges us at 12:19 and at 12:28 after smoking her cigarette inside the kitchen tells us that they are out of apple pies as well. So we tell her we just want our money back then they employee gets annoyed that we want a refund. Starts complaining about how we are cancelling our order over an apple pie. We get our refund from the manager or supervisor with no apology. When we left there were about 10 cars in line. Worst customer service experience ever!!! read more

As soon as you walk into the restaurant there is this strong odor that honestly took my appetite way. The staff was friendly, and seemed to be cleaning the place often but still something about the odor that was persistent around the entrance of the restaurant and towards the back. This has to be my least favorite Whataburger just because of there customer service. First of all we stood there waiting for our order to be taken for a while because it seemed like we were invisible to the staff until a young lady finally saw that no one was helping us. Even though a man that worked there passed us by more than a couple of times, he took every ones order except for ours Then the high chairs for toddlers were dirty, we got our food so late and the same guy that didn't attend us was looking at us very unpleasantly. If you go through the drive thru at this location don't get in the outside lane. It takes forever as you see the inside line moving with no issues. Not sure why the food takes longer to cook if your in the outside lane. read more

We always go to Whataburger, It's probably one of our favorite fast food restaurants but this specific location. I don't think so.. First of all one of the employees at the window doesn't know how to count money and gave us the wrong amount of change. We asked for extra ketchup and two sprites. We got no ketchup and flat sprite. Ended up going to the Whataburger on 105 and everything was perfect and they are used to people going to there location because the new one isn't good. We went again a few days later to see if it was any better.. We were filling up our drinks and of course they were out of straws and all of the employees were hanging out gossiping behind the ice machine and we asked for straws.. They gave us two, mind you there is 6 of us and they were completely out of straws in the front. Never going back here again. read more

This location is literally the worst. Every single time I come here we have nothing but problems. Either our order is completely wrong or we have to wait for 40 minutes until we get our food. I am currently inside waiting because I was in the drive through waiting for 15 min. When I was going to order my food through the drive through, the lady told me to hold on and then never came back. I said hello 3 different times and got no answer. Finally I went inside and waited for 10 min and then someone took my order. So I've been here a total of 25 min and finally someone talked to me. If I have to wait this long I might as well go sit down at a normal restaurant. Now as I am writing this a woman just came inside and complained how she has been waiting for her food for 40 min. The staff here are not helpful whatsoever. They do not apologize for their behavior nor the unexplained and unusual wait time. This is the second time I have made a complaint about this location and I was assured that situations like these would not happen again. Unfortunately that has turned out to be completely false. Now I have my order (another 10 min later) and I am in my car. I just checked my food, and it is completely wrong once again. The most perplexing thing about it all is that they are not even busy. This is by far the worst whataburger I have ever been too! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are literally on my home. But every single time I go I have to check the tea and the tea is ALWAYS bad, every time I order drive thru they take forever and always miss something in my order, every time I come in and order to go, there is never anyone at the counter...the staff is not welcoming at all, they don't greet, they sit around and talk to their peers. I usually wait on average 20-25 minutes for my food. I am on the go a lot and the point of fast food is for it to be fast. This place needs new management and staff fast! read more
